Pros:The priceCons:I was disappointed I didn’t get the car I reserved. Customer service sucks. While doing the paperwork I noticed they were closed on Sunday which is when I was planning on returning the car and I was told just drop off the keys in the box. I then waited almost 30 minutes for them to bring me the car. The attendant gave me the keys and walked off. I then took pictures of existing damage and drove off. At the first traffic light I noticed the fuel tank was only 1/4 full. Not seeing a phone number to call I went back to the office to inquire and was told the fuel level is on the back of the key. I’m now behind schedule as it has taken over an hour to get the car and find a gas station. Super annoyed! Then my son gets into the back seat and cuts his hand on an piece of broken glass!!! Then when I returned the car in realize I had been given no instructions on where to park and the office was closed. Very annoyed with hertz.Reviewed Apr 12 2021

Pros:Check in staff very friendly and helpful.Cons:Hours limited, opened at 9AM for drop off. Actually, opened late, was number 4 in line. Clerk was helpful and courteous but late opening put me in time crunch.Reviewed Apr 5 2021

Cons:I would've appreciated picking up the vehicle on a full tank of gas. I didn't like having to get it, being on a time schedule then having to stop to fill up the vehicle. It was at half a tank when I picked it up.Reviewed Jul 4 2020

Cons:The customer service was horrible. It took me 30 minutes to simply pick up a vehicle. The vehicle was different than what I was expecting and then when I went to return it, it was very confusing where I was to leave the car. All around the experience was not worth it and I won’t be returning.Reviewed Sep 3 2019

Cons:Called ahead for reservation yet when I got there they did not have the vehicle. HAD to upgrade so cost was way higher. Also I CALLED about extending and the cost was crazy high. Your 1 800 number was terrible as well.Reviewed Jan 24 2019
