Pros: Selection of vehicles in President circle was okay. Vehicle was clean. The checkout and return process was easy & simple.
Cons: Hertz employees at terminal A could have been more helpful and more friendly.

Pros: Kia Rio worked well on our Rv travels.
Cons: Expected more taxes at completion. ..the added $204 hurt!

Cons: I was to be charged $181 for one week rental. I found that I needed the car for only 2 days. I called to see if I would get a refund if I returned the car early and was told the amount wound be calculated on return. When I looked at my receipt, I found that the refund was about $10!! The company could now rerent the car for those 5 days. I use rental cars 2-3 times/year but Hertz, Dollar and Budget will no longer be in my plans! For a little extra revenue this quarter, they have potentially decreased their revenue for several quarters!

Difficult to find
Pros: Friendliness of staff.
Cons: Had difficulty finding this place. My GPS sent me to the right. Their competitors, Enterprise, directed me to their location.

Pros: The front desk woman is friendly, welcoming, helpful and funny.
Cons: The location is weird - I know, nothing you can do about it. And, we did find it.

Pros: Ocala staff was very professional when I picked up my car. I liked the walk around with the Hertz representative in Ocala and the receiving of the car condition photos to my email address. The daily rate for my rental outstanding.
Cons: Decore of the office needs updated.

Pros: I like the tool free rep who helped me out after the local office said I need a discount code, that no one ever told me about. He sent me away and told me to come back the next day with a code, it messed my whole day up.
Cons: I didn't like that no one told me about the cvp discount code I needed? I order through Kayak and they should tell people and I changed my reservation and she didn't tell me either, kind of frustrating.
