I rented a Nissan Marano when I arrived, they only had Mitsubishi something or another with 12 inch wheels. I needed to get back to Miami so I really didn’t care until I got on the highway. I didn’t realize that I couldn’t get over 50 miles an hour without swerving all over the place and jumping lanes. I attempted to call them. It was after five and held for an hour. Decided to get off the highway and spend the night and call them in the morning. They told me if I drove to Clearwater Beach 25 minutes away each way they will have another car for me when I arrive there. There was no car, but somebody walked in with the van and they gave it to me. I told him they didn’t even need to clean it as long as I can get back to Miami. I get the van with a quarter of a tank of gas stop at the gas station and It will not take gas. It took me 40 minutes to get 3/4 of a tank vapor lock on the fuel system seems to be clogged., running very very late now and told by the agency that there would be no extra charges when I arrive into Miami late what I did, I was very late because they shut down the I 75 due to an accident took me an additional four hours to get out of that when I arrived and enterprise was closed. There was signs on the doors. This location does not have drop off service and post their hours 730 open to Return the next day I come in the next day drop off the car and to my surprise they charge me an additional day on my credit card so we will no longer be using enterprise which used to be my favorite car rental while travelingReviewed Mar 16 2025

Pros:Staff was friendlyCons:The drop off location had been shut down and had to locate another drop off site. Gentleman was nice and waived the charge to return it to a different site than stated on contract. Pros:The staff and the lady that helped me was very helpful.Cons:I just did not like the style of the car. It was uncomfortable. It smelled like a dog had been in there previously. I had to drive to pick my son up and all of his stuff smelled like dog when we got home. Maybe take more time to clean it better before someone else rents it.Reviewed Sept 1 2020
