Pros:Staff was friendlyCons:The drop off location had been shut down and had to locate another drop off site. Gentleman was nice and waived the charge to return it to a different site than stated on contract. Pros:The staff and the lady that helped me was very helpful.Cons:I just did not like the style of the car. It was uncomfortable. It smelled like a dog had been in there previously. I had to drive to pick my son up and all of his stuff smelled like dog when we got home. Maybe take more time to clean it better before someone else rents it.Reviewed Sep 1 2020

Pros:.Cons:Staff was rude and the manager is incompetent at the Enterprise we went to. I booked in February and they did not have my vehicle for me. They said because I went through a third party they could not confirm my rental. Big disappointment!Reviewed Mar 20 2019

Policy is terriblePros:NothingCons:They wanted a credit card from the first and second driver?? Why when it is secured by one credit card would we need to have a second major credit card? My son who is a seargent in the Air Force offered his military I D and his debit card was refused service! Thanx for nothing enterprise!! I am 57 and plan to travel a lot when I retire in a couple years and my son will be a career Air Force guy who has been in 10 years now and will retire very young and will be traveling a lot as well and neither of us will be using enterprise again. We understand you have to have your policies but if they don’t work for your customers then we individually need to move on.Reviewed Jan 2 2019
