All goodPros:Everything was clear, easy, fruendly and efficient.Cons:Economy car was great. My credit card covered collision insurance snd my own car insurance covered the rest, so no need to purchase additional insurance, and, thankfully, everything went safely. Did not have the car I rentedCons:I had a mini van booked for over a week. When I went to pick up my car they said "this city is completely sold out of mini vans". Why guarantee me a rental if you don't have one available for me? It really screwed up my plans. I was pretty devastated.Reviewed Mar 29 2016
