Pros:The drop-off was TOO easy. They wanted me to just drop off the keys and leave, with no inspection of the car. No way I'm doing that: I don't want to have to worry that someone might ding the car with a door after I leave, and then charge me for the damage.Cons:They were friendly enough, but very slow. Pros:TCons:The staff working there are fantastic , and my experience tiurned out great. But does Hertz need more cars? When I arrived Hertz did not have the right size car. Last week I dropped off at a different Hertz location, and two women with reservations were told no cars were available.Reviewed May 11 2019

Total rubbishPros:Staff were polite when the told me they had no cars left and wouldn't honor the bookingCons:Made a booking through Kayak, received a confirmation. Cons:They wanted to charge me $100 drop off fee to leave it at Dulles airport rather then back to Falls Church -0 a distance of about 15 miles. CXL the whole lease and went with AVIS - which went great.Reviewed Apr 27 2016

Car with puke smell.Cons:Car smelled lemon fresh when I picked it up. After a few hours of driving I found out why. Someone must have gotten sick in the car and when the lemon cover up wore off it was difficult to drive without the windows open.Reviewed Mar 29 2016
