Pros:TCons:The staff working there are fantastic , and my experience tiurned out great. But does Hertz need more cars? When I arrived Hertz did not have the right size car. Last week I dropped off at a different Hertz location, and two women with reservations were told no cars were available.Reviewed May 11 2019

Pros:The drop-off was TOO easy. They wanted me to just drop off the keys and leave, with no inspection of the car. No way I'm doing that: I don't want to have to worry that someone might ding the car with a door after I leave, and then charge me for the damage.Cons:They were friendly enough, but very slow. Total rubbishPros:Staff were polite when the told me they had no cars left and wouldn't honor the bookingCons:Made a booking through Kayak, received a confirmation.
