Headlight not working - got me pulled over by police!Customer service - outstanding. The guys at the office are helpful, informative, positive. Well done.Hyndai Tuscon was nice. But headlight not working. Police pulled me, and had to talk my way out of a ticket.

Location too crowded and they hand you an undermaiUnderinflated tires--like, "warning light came on" underinflated, in three of the tires! Site was so congested there was no where to park the car upon return.

StrandedWe made a reservation to pick the car up at 5. We took an Uber from the airport to get to the rental office. It took longer than we thought, but I thought it would be fine since we had a reservation and the online hours for that office were until 7 pm. When we arrived, no one was there. The Autobody guy next door called the closest other office and they were about to close. They said, "sorry, its Thanksgiving and everyone wants to go home. " Thru connected us to yet another enterprise office. A woman there called around and told us to go to the airport and talk with Brandon, the manager, and they would have a car for us. When we got there, no Brandon and no cars available. Another customer gave us a ride to our destination, 2 hours away. Good thing they weren't a serial killer! Thanks for nothing, Enterprise.

I got a great priceI think I got some fluke, because I got a rental car at about 1/5th the price it usually is! That was GREAT! I even kept it a few days over, as it was more convenient for me, so that was great. I also got a pretty good upgrade because I think they just had extra larger cars and less small ones. Unfortunately, my larger car and the carseats made me wish I had check to be sure it wasn't curved edges on the seats in the back row, but it ended up the seat belt laws worked that I didn't have to shove all three seats in the back anyway, which was a relief.My oil light was on the whole 10 days I had the car, which was annoying. I asked when I was leaving, but the rep just brushed me off, saying it was probably because someone forgot to reset it. That is fine, and all, except I was about to make a huge road trip and a little more reassurance, or help resetting the light would have been nice. I actually called later, just to ask them to check their computer system to make sure the oil was recently changed. I am pretty sure I had the same rep from the office I was at, who again seemed annoyed at my concern. But blaring signs telling me that your oil needs to be changed isn't very confidence building--especially if I had to incur a cost, or end up sidelines because of it. After all, I actually have burnt-out an engine because of this same reason (everyone said it was fine...but the light hadn't lied and the oil DID need to be changed). Yes, I realize he didn't know my backstory, but that was my only complaint. He was compliant, just not over the top reassuring and helpful concerning my concerns.

The car was comfortable, clean, and fuel efficient. They gave me a ride to the Metro, but it's not close to the Metro.I was charged another day for late return. I thought I had until noon, but I picked up at 10:48AM. The location was in the basement of the Marriott with only one man working and only a couple of cars. When I arrived to return, the office was closed while the one man working there was buying his lunch.

Good Service - a few bumps in the roadGot a brand new minivan. Service was kind and helpful.The ezpass box was still open from the previous user so I was charged for tolls. I kept it open after the first one when I went through the full service line and it was automatically charged. Costs really climb with taxes or any added coverage.

The agency employee was very friendly and efficienHe was very pleasant and helpful, he even gave me directions since I was driving to my sister's house and I usually fly. When I returned the car, he was just as efficient with the paperwork and even asked if I had a nice visit with my sister. I only regret that I didn't ask his name so that I could let the company know that they've got a great employee in that office! Thanks

Major Mixup: Either Kayak or Budget Sent Me To TheThe car itself was just fine.Either Kayak or Budget really messed up by sending me an email confirmation to a pickup location that was different from where the actual pick up location was. The Budget agent was not able to locate my reservation despite show in them my confirmation email im person. They then proceeded to rent me a vehicle at a higher price than what I had a reservation for.

TThe staff working there are fantastic , and my experience tiurned out great. But does Hertz need more cars? When I arrived Hertz did not have the right size car. Last week I dropped off at a different Hertz location, and two women with reservations were told no cars were available.

The drop-off was TOO easy. They wanted me to just drop off the keys and leave, with no inspection of the car. No way I'm doing that: I don't want to have to worry that someone might ding the car with a door after I leave, and then charge me for the damage.They were friendly enough, but very slow. It took a long, long time for me to get my car.
