Pros:I didn't like anything.Cons:Better customer service. The most important thing is to have a vehicle when it is confirmed. There should never be a confirmation without vehicles. I won't use Hertz again. Employee was rude and unprofessional.Reviewed Apr 26 2021

Cons:This Concord NC location was ready right out of the gate. My wife and I were dropped off about 10 minutes early before they opened. It was raining and we were welcome to to sit until they opened at eight. Our agent ,Peter was very polite explained options and got us ready to go expeditiously. Pros:great economy. For a small car rode fairly smooth.Cons:One person taking care of cars. Floor seats had stains on them as well as a big stain on passenger side carpeting that they tried to mask with deodorizer..We waiting a half hour to return car to finally putting keys in box and leaving.Reviewed Jul 2 2018

I’ll use a different company next timePros:Not muchCons:Pick up : gas tank empty had to immediately stop for gas, windshield smeared, no windshield washer fluid. No place to park when car dropped off. Had to call for assistance when tried to call a second time the phone would not accept calls. Drop off desk was closed at 5:05 pm on a Friday. I had scheduled for return by 6pm, no indication they would be closed and no mention of this when car was picked up. Had a bad experience with Hertz a few years ago. Tried them again but will avoid them going forward.Reviewed May 12 2018

Always great customer servicePros:I love renting my vehicles from here this is the only place I will rent from,I actually drive 30 plus miles to rent from here of course I can rent from other companies close to my home but I rather rent from here because I’m treated like a valued customer Sharon and John knows how to treat a customer right. Dog hairPros:The amount I paid and the fast service was great.Cons:The car was full of dog hair from the previous renter I'm assuming. When I first saw it I thought it was just a little but but oh noooo... it was everywhere!!! Like how did the clerk miss that??? Like what if I was allergic to dogs???? DisappointedPros:PriceCons:I made it very clear the day before my trip that I needed a small car and the time I would arrive to pick up the car. I arrived only to find a note on the door saying back in 5 minutes and waited 40 minutes. I did not get what I had asked for and was given a choice between 2 vehicles which I was extremely unhappy about. Out of desperation I chose the somewhat smaller of the two, but found it a bit difficult to drive. I am very angry at how this was handled.Reviewed Mar 21 2017
