Pros:The customer service line was fine and was able to answer my questions, however my requirements for rental were not clearly pointed out. I reserved a car for the next day but the pick up location I was referred to was an airport which wouldn't allow me to rent with a debit card without a flight reservation. Just too much red tape. Cons:When I arrived at the airport at 1:30pm (driven by a friend), a nice, but very frustrated gentleman informed me that there were no cars available at this location, even though I had reservation for 2pm. I thought it was because I was early, but he told me there were 2 people in line in front of me and 1, also with a reservation, had been waiting since 12:00pm. The clerk called other locations and found out it would be 245-300pm before a car would be available, "possibly." He called the main location and I was driven by my friend to the other location in town to pick up my car. Apparently they were changing the oil in multiple cars and had no one to drive them to the appropriate locations. The car was cleaned but seats were stained. The windshield was dirty and there was no windshield washer fluid in the tank. So after driving through fog, I had to stop to clean the windshield because I couldn't see well. Rental 1-way was double the price of returning to the same location.

Cons:What is the point in making a reservation if the reservation does not actually reserve you a car? When I showed up to collect the car, the desk agent informed me that there wasn't actually a car there for us. That's not really a reservation, is it? Thank God it wasn't absolutely critical to have the car ready that minute for something like a wedding or a funeral. Also, we do not use credit cards. We do not own credit cards, but we have a bank card through visa. We were told that this was in adequate to use to pay for the car by the desk agent. The car rental was a gift for the person who was going to be driving it, and we had to end up asking her to use her credit card to pay for the car rental which we had intended to get for her. It was deeply embarrassing.

Cons:Girl at desk was rolling her eyes and slightly aggressive towards customer on phone.... no customer wants to see that. There was also an issue with a partial refund ( for the gas I put into the vehicle I had to return) for which I was dissapointwd to see her blame the previous employee that rented me the car. I ended up only getting part of a refund I was promised but dude that even bother mentioning as it was all I could handle. It's unfortunate paying less results in less customer care

Cons:The van I reserved was not available when I went to pick it up. I was overcharged for the vehicle after I dropped it off. Despite filling the tank, I was charged a $32 refueling fee. Took 4 separate conversations with customer service to adjust the charges and it still paid a higher than the rate I was told at the counter, "but there is nothing we can do about the representative giving you false information." The local facility is understaffed and the cooperate support / customer service is pitiful.
