The radio in our car didn't work so we called the main number. Woman told us to call the local rental agency and gave us two numbers, neither of which worked. We tried to use the bluetooth and stream music, but that didn't work either. We stuck it out with the car but no radio makes for a long ride.10,0 Wonderful

The customer service line was fine and was able to answer my questions, however my requirements for rental were not clearly pointed out. I reserved a car for the next day but the pick up location I was referred to was an airport which wouldn't allow me to rent with a debit card without a flight reservation. Just too much red tape. Went to Avis and rented a car within 30 minutes.Cons:

The staff at the pickup location was rude, made a comment about my inability to figure out the apple carplay when i asked for help, and also insinuated that i was upgraded to a larger car when in fact i got exactly what i reserved, and when i asked about the potential to upgrade i was dismissed. The tires on the car i rented should be inspected, i hydroplaned several times while driving in the rain going at or under the speed limit. Likely will not use Avis again.10,0 Wonderful
