1 They did not have the car I needed when I arrived for my appointment, gave me a poor substitute that was filthy 2 It took 4 calls to customer service before I even got to talk with someone who could help me. 3The only reason I even give 1 star is the awesome clerk in Fort Walton beach that got me what I needed and adjusted my bill for my inconvenienced. 4 3 days after returning car ON TIME, I received a text stating I needed to return the car. Pickup in Winston-Salem was great! The problems arose during my drop off during after-hours at RDU. Website reported office would be closed, but car could be dropped off and shuttle service would be available. I arrived and followed signs to leave car in Avis lot...there, I found a car blocking the entrance. Another desperate driver arrived and helped me navigate around the blocked car. We had to drag our luggage around for several minutes to find a shuttle service at another rental company. Airport police was called but couldn't help. Officer indicated this was a problem reported previously. I would have missed my flight without the gentleman's help...this was after driving 2 hrs to arrive by 3am. Pros:Staff was nice. Car was clean. Service was quickCons:The car was not filled full tank which I realized only after I started driving, but I re-filled it full tank before returning. I didn't expect..Pros:It got me there with no major issues.Cons:It had been smoked in and it surprised the attendant whose cleaner didn't alert him. It felt like it was a car on the Log Ride at the amusement park so either the alignment was off or this is the scariest designed car ever.Reviewed Jan 11 2018

Pros:Short line checked out quickCons:Girl at desk was rolling her eyes and slightly aggressive towards customer on phone.... no customer wants to see that. There was also an issue with a partial refund ( for the gas I put into the vehicle I had to return) for which I was dissapointwd to see her blame the previous employee that rented me the car. I ended up only getting part of a refund I was promised but dude that even bother mentioning as it was all I could handle.
