Pros:This is a small outlet with the manager running the place. He was great to deal with.Cons:The car had an issue with one tire. I don't fault the location because that happens and it was a slow leak that would not have been obvious when the car was returned by the previous driver. Another Enterprise took care of the issue and had the tire replaced.Reviewed May 19 2021

Pros:Drop off was easy. Car was clean.Cons:The woman at the desk was inpatient, rude and unpleasant. Sours your company and overall experience right out of the gates. Your front line is of utmost importance and when the rep is as above described it’s hard to recover.Reviewed May 17 2021

Pros:I didn’t like my experience period!Cons:The fact that I wasn’t told that the deposit was $400+ by itself was an extreme aggravation! I was also told that the size and type car I wanted they didn’t have! To add insult to injury being that I was inconvenienced because they didn’t have the product I was looking for, I was still expected to spend more money foe a larger car or compromise my comfort by downsizing! A complete waste of my time and a huge disappointment. I don’t know why these companies are overcharging for rentals now (on top of still being in the middle of a pandemic and most people don’t have a random $400 bucks laying around for a deposit!)this needs to stop, it’s pure greed, period!Reviewed Mar 29 2021

Pros:Nothing this time.Cons:A lot! 1st and foremost our experience was not a good one. Your employee at the gate could not find my reservation. However this has been an issue in the past with you all. Always in fact! I rented several cars over a three month period with enterprise Jan - March of this year. Spending well over $6,000.00 in rental rates and not once was I treated like a frequent renter or ever even offered a discount. In addition to that I called two weeks ago to rent an SUV and no one could find any of my previous rental reservations at all. Now let’s go back to Charlotte your employee had no clue what he was doing he questioned my identification card and scanned it six times because he didn’t believe that the expiration date was real. I am almost 50 years old and my Arizona drivers license is good for 37 years like most all Arizona residents how he was never made aware of that is beyond me. In addition I wanted to upgrade to a better car but he said that I needed to have a credit card. Well we don’t need to have credit cards we make a comfortable living and don’t need to live on credit. I have eight debit cards but the way he spoke to me was almost like he thought I was a second-class citizen because I didn’t have a credit card! Needless to say this was not fun experience and to just make it all easier on everyone will never rent from you again!Reviewed Nov 10 2020
