Cons: I reserved a small suv for pickup at Budget (in a Sears auto place) for pickup at 2 pm on Sat 17 Feb. I arrived at 215 only to find a sign at the desk that they are out but will be back (open ended I later learned). I called the number and found out they closed at 2 but didn't have an suv evendors if they were open. I contacted the closest enterprise and rented with them.

Easy, fast, super friendly!
Pros: The concord Airport is very small, the rental car options are right next to baggage claim, and the rental cars are directly outside. No shuttle and no long walk. Our car was clean and in great condition. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and helpful.
