Waiting time was over 1 hour. Car had a cover loose and I had to stop over AutoZone 20 minutes later to get a clip to hold the cover that they left loose.

I never got the car. I was called the morning of my trip, suggesting that the car I wanted wasn't available and that I would need to get the next available size up at my expense. As if that wasn't bad enough, my travel plans had me in town around 6 PM, my reservation time. I was told that it needed to be by 4 PM. That was impossible, so I canceled the reservation. It was utterly unprofessional to blindside me like that on the day of my trip.
