Pros:Staff!Cons:It's unclear that when you pay online, your reservation cannot be changed to return or pick it up on a different day. Thankfully you can upgrade. The 1st car only had 1/2 tank. The upgraded car was full.Reviewed May 15 2019

CorollaPros:Ease of pickup and availability. Corolla was clean and easy to operate.Cons:‘Maintenance Required’ indicator appeared the third day we had the car. Returned the car on Sunday and was surprised office was closed. This was not explained to me and assumed I was to drop the keys off into the Express Drop Off box.Reviewed Oct 22 2018

Worst experience everPros:The people in the road side assistance are wanderful.Cons:I rented an economy car, they gave compact one. It had an issue with alignment. And they replace it for me, the gave me a car without remote control or croess control. I didn’t really think they make such cars :( The lady took more money for the rental even thought I paid everything online. Her excuse was, I didn’t pay all taxes. How is that even possible?? The transaction clearly shows I paid taxes and I should her the email. But it didn’t change anything. I am actually considering canceling all my future reservation with them. Pros:They changed the car when the original car was having very very stained seats.Cons:1. The original car had all seats very very stained. How can they think of offering such a car. 2. The new car was good from inside but exterior was full of scratches all around the car and lots of chips went off the front of the car.Reviewed Jul 17 2017

Really An Excellent Rental ExperiencePros:This was my first time renting from this Hertz location. The staff were friendly and responsive. The car was clean and ready. The customer service rep explained everything and told me how to return the car on a Sunday. (Hopefully I did it correctly! :-)) I'd definitely rent from this location again.Cons:Nothing comes to mind in relation to needing improvement (not liking).Reviewed May 15 2017

BEST DEAL EVER!!Pros:I got my rental for $12/day, which was great..and then when I arrived to pick up my car from Hertz I also received a FREE UPGRADE! So I ended up with a full-size car for $12/day. The service I received at Hertz was professional and friendly. All in all, one of my best rental car experiences from start to finish!Cons:There was nothing I didn't like!Reviewed Apr 25 2017

Hertz was Great -Pros:No wait at the Hertz counter. Friendly and efficient rep. The only problem was that they didn't have any record of my reservation thru Kayak. Not sure who's side the glitch was on and thankfully I had a copy of my reservation on hand. They didn't miss a beat, gave me exactly what I'd been promised. I would give them 5 stars if they had my reservation, would not have been happy if they didn't have a car for me as it's a smaller market.Cons:Didn't have a record of my reservation, otherwise a 5 star experience.Reviewed Jan 30 2017

Good experiencePros:Pricing seemed reasonable and I was able to drop the car off at a different location.Cons:Felt like I was being upsold quite a bit. Somewhat annoying. The car was supposed to be able to play my music via bluetooth and from the usb docking station. I took time to set everything up prior to leaving. Could only get the phone calls to work, was never able to get the audio to work. I wouldn't normally care but I was listening to a book that I was hoping would help pass the time driving.Reviewed Sep 20 2016
