Cons:‘Maintenance Required’ indicator appeared the third day we had the car. Returned the car on Sunday and was surprised office was closed. This was not explained to me and assumed I was to drop the keys off into the Express Drop Off box.

Cons:I rented an economy car, they gave compact one. It had an issue with alignment. And they replace it for me, the gave me a car without remote control or croess control. I didn’t really think they make such cars :( The lady took more money for the rental even thought I paid everything online. Her excuse was, I didn’t pay all taxes. How is that even possible?? The transaction clearly shows I paid taxes and I should her the email. But it didn’t change anything. I am actually considering canceling all my future reservation with them. It’s not worth it.
Pros:They changed the car when the original car was having very very stained seats.
Cons:1. The original car had all seats very very stained. How can they think of offering such a car. 2. The new car was good from inside but exterior was full of scratches all around the car and lots of chips went off the front of the car.
Pros:This was my first time renting from this Hertz location. The staff were friendly and responsive. The car was clean and ready. The customer service rep explained everything and told me how to return the car on a Sunday. (Hopefully I did it correctly! :-)) I'd definitely rent from this location again.

Pros:I got my rental for $12/day, which was great..and then when I arrived to pick up my car from Hertz I also received a FREE UPGRADE! So I ended up with a full-size car for $12/day. The service I received at Hertz was professional and friendly. All in all, one of my best rental car experiences from start to finish!

Cons:Car did not have an owners manual and took a considerable amount of time to figure out all the buttons, dials and displays. Returned the car two days early but could not get a refund directly from AVIS they told me to go to the booking company but no clue where to even start that process.

Cons:The Budget rental counter is not open at BMI. You are directed to Avis rental and the counter service there didn’t open for fifteen minutes.

Cons:The experience started pretty rough. There was only one guy working so he ended up being about 45 minutes late opening. Pretty sure he was checking cars, mileage, fuel etc. However myself along with five other customers were not aware of this until later. Two were quite upset, I was just frustrated from waiting so long.

Pros:It's a small, regional airport, so there was no line when checking in and returning. About 15 minutes after returning the vehicle, I realized that I had left a jacket in the back seat of the car. The employee was able to give me a special remote (no key attached) in order to go back to the vehicle to get it out of the car. Responsive to my needs - see the what I didn't like summary.
Cons:I was told the car was in a particular spot in the parking lot; however, after searching around, I ended up finding the car still parked in the "return" area. The car still had some trash in it from the previous renter, which I had to clean up. Upon starting the vehicle, I found that the gas tank was at 3/8 of a tank only, but the tank should have been full. I had to go back into the airport to the Budget (Avis) counter where the employee walked outside with me and directed another employee (a young man working in the parking lot area) to follow me to a gas station so he could fill the tank for me. The counter employee commented that someone was not doing their job and it shouldn't be that hard. Obviously, the car had not been "processed" properly upon being returned from the previous renter, which cost me about 30 extra minutes. Luckily, there were no mechanical issues with the car - I had no further problems.

Cons:We reserved a premium suv a week in advance for a family trip to Colorado (4 adults and 2 teens). I called mid-week to make sure they would have one on friday, he assured me they would. Arrived there as planned to pick it up and they did not have a premium suv. Tgey offered the 12 person cargo van, but we couldnt see it being comfortable for a 16 hour trip and we couldn't fold down the back seats to slide our numerous pieces of luggage in. It ruined our vacation.
