I was charged another 250 dollars at the counter, not explained to why. Days later told it was a deposit and returned the car on time with the required gas and no damage and still 5 days later haven’t received my deposit return…. Went through kayak then was switched to another company. None of them had worked with budget at all, so I had to pick from the cars that were left. The poor kid behind the counter tried to help as best as he could for the situation he was handed.
