EVERYTHING! Rented car through Kayak/Priceline, but the location rented from in Savoy had ZERO cars available - at all - and could NOT honor reservation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!9,6 Wonderful

Cons:
Wife's new car was in the shop. Needed a car for Tuesday and Wednesday. Reservation was confirmed. Enterprise called 15 minutes later and said they had no cars and would I mind getting one a day later. I said then I would have to walk to work so cancel the reservation. They said they would keep it open in case I changed my mind. Does that help with the web site I booked on? Anyway, thanks Budget for actually taking the next reservation I made and actually having cars.10,0 Wonderful

The front staff person was horrible. She was completely rude and uncaring. I had booked my reservation thru kayak and went to pick up the car at the rental place. When I got there, the lady at the front desk told me that I can’t rent a car without a credit card. I just had a debit card. This was aCons:
New policy as of March 31st. There was no mention of it when I had made the reservation. She showed no empathy for my dilemma. It was a horrible experience. I went to enterprise instead and got a rental from them later that day. Will definitely never rent from Budget at Decatur airport.4,8 Mediocre
