Pros: The car was really nice.Cons: The service at the pick up location was not that good. They rented me a car with an expired sticker on the plates and proceeded to tell me it must of fell off. Well that doesn't stop me from being pulled over twice and feeling embarrassed and slow my trip down. Also told me that the rental insurance that I purchased online was a scam and he could sell me his insurance for 24.99 a day. No thanks.

Great rental experience!Pros: Hertz has always delivered great value and superb service for me, whether business or personal rentals. This rental experience was exactly the same. Check-in was fast, no delays. The car was clean, topped off with fuel and ready to go. I had the vehicle for a one week rental. No problems, the vehicle had been serviced prior to my reservation and ran superbly all week. Definitely a fan of Hertz and a continuing repeat customer!Cons: I can't think of anything I disliked about this rental experience.

Cons: Wife's new car was in the shop. Needed a car for Tuesday and Wednesday. Reservation was confirmed. Enterprise called 15 minutes later and said they had no cars and would I mind getting one a day later. I said then I would have to walk to work so cancel the reservation. They said they would keep it open in case I changed my mind. Does that help with the web site I booked on? Anyway, thanks Budget for actually taking the next reservation I made and actually having cars.

Pros: The front staff person was horrible. She was completely rude and uncaring. I had booked my reservation thru kayak and went to pick up the car at the rental place. When I got there, the lady at the front desk told me that I can’t rent a car without a credit card. I just had a debit card. This was aCons: New policy as of March 31st. There was no mention of it when I had made the reservation. She showed no empathy for my dilemma. It was a horrible experience. I went to enterprise instead and got a rental from them later that day. Will definitely never rent from Budget at Decatur airport.
