Cons:
Car had a bulge in the tire. Noticed it when I pulled into a gas station to clean the windshield which was bug spotted. Called and they said don't return it, call Roadside Assistance. No other cars local so they had me drive to another city. That location rented the car they told me was saved for me so I ended up in a Mitubishi Lancer - which is no Mustang.8,0 Very Good

I liked the Kia Soul, it was comfortable and fun to drive. I also liked the blue tooth calling and satellite radio which was helpful on my 4 hr drive8,0 Very Good

Cons:
I feel the rental person rushed through the application so that I wouldnt be aware of the additional fees that i was going to pay. At my drop off in Bloomington, my balance was twice as high as I thought i was paying.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The employees were nice and wanted to accommodate my needs.Cons:
My vehicle was not ready when I arrived, they were sanitizing it. Then they didn't have the class of car that I had made my reservation for and it wasn't available at any other location in town. They even called and confirmed it the day before.2,0 Poor

Nothing. The staff at Enterprise in Springfield was extremely unhelpful. I was never even able to rent a car, and had to refund the insurance I paid for.Cons:
When I showed up to Enterprise, they told me they had no cars available (despite my reservation). They left me stranded for 2 days as I awaited a car. I’ve never been so upset, angry, disappointed with a company. Ever. I’m a traveler from abroad so I was left abandoned because of their lack of prep.6,0 Okay

Pros:
They did't slam us with extra fees at pickup like some competitors do. Pickup was quick and easy. Staff was polite. Cars weren't too far from the terminal.Cons:
There's wasn't a great selection of cars at this location, we ended up with a bigger vehicle than expected, but it was clean and ran well so it's not a big issue.2,8 Poor

The customer service rep at the Springfield, IL airport was very helpful.Cons:
I had a hold on the account because of an issue that I was unaware of through Enterprise. I was renting this on a Sunday and the office that could have resolved this was closed. I am thankful that there was another car rental company available. It would have been helpful to have known about an issue before or as I was securing my reservation.4,4 Mediocre

Cons:
I had to get a rental and be on the road at 12:30. So I scheduled the pick up for 12:00. At 12:30 the vehicle just showed up, I then had to wait for it to be inspected and cleaned. This made me late and having to hurry to catch a flight out. Was any apology or compensation offered, NO. Very surprising in a market w so many choices.2,0 Poor

The counter was closed when I arrived to pick up the car. I had a family emergency and needed to get home to Washington DC early band was unable to make my flight that evening. I will never rent from Alamo again.Cons:
Everything. And when I sent them an email about it they had the audacity to wish me a happy new year. They don't even deserve 1 star.6,8 Okay
