5,8 Okay
Pros: Apart from the bed bug on the first room, everything was good. The staff was nice, the upgraded suit was comfortable, the breakfast was good for a motel, and the surrounding area was nice, with a garden.
Cons: We arrived late in the night and when we entered our room there was a BED BUG walking on the bed cover!! I had read thoroughly all the reviews precisely to avoid that (as I’ve seen it’s very common in the USA) and we had chosen this motel because nobody had reported bed bugs, but there it was! We killed it and immediately went to the lobby. We received an upgrade to a very nice suite where there weren’t bed bugs and we didn’t have any further problems. But we couldn’t sleep well because we were afraid that there were more in that room.

Pros: I did not have meals in the restaurant since I have family in the area. The hotel was wonderful and exceeded all my expectations. There was children on the same floor that ran and played in the hallway; running from one room about 2 doors down from me to the very first room on the other side of me. I understand that this is not the hotel's responsibility so I never mentioned it. but other than this my stay was wonderful.
Cons: Parents controlling their children when in the hallways. Especially in the evenings. Nothing else. This was my only issue.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: very friendly staff
Cons: nothing I can think of
7,4 Good
Pros: The staff was very nice, and the room appeared very clean. The breakfast buffet is better than most at mid level hotels, and the bar is very nice.
Cons: That being said there were many small details that just seemed to not be as well maintained as in previous visits i.e. elevator kind of dirty, suggestion box falling off wall, etc. Small I know, but they add up. Was really annoyed I couldn't watch the Cubs game in my room, and we had an infestation of gnats. Refrigerator rattled, and even with the air set at 60 we were hot. I have always enjoyed staying here, but last time we stayed at the Hyatt, and pretty sure that is where we will return to next visit.
3,7 Mediocre
Cons: The room was dirty, with dirty wash clothes laying on the floor when I arrived. There was patch work done to the walls with no paint. The walls had many stains, scuffs, and mystery substances. The ice bucket had some sort of syrup all over it and in it. The bathroom had toothpaste all over the walls, the counter had not been wiped and there was someone else's facial hair trimmings all over. The wash cloths had holes in them as well. Can't say I would stay here again.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean. Everyone at the Front Desk was kind & helpful. The Breakfast Bar attendant was great... nice smile. Location was great right across from "Constitution Trail" for biking.
Cons: Not having digital cable in room so we could watch the Cards/Giants Post Season game Sun. night. Also, the word "Tavern" has an older meaning to it. I would suggest it be changed to "Bar & Grill" or something more modern.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It was a great stay as always. The breakfast is always amazing. Good restaurant and friendly staff.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for 2 nights during Special Olympics state competition, and were impressed with lots of delicious options at breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable. There were no issues with noise during our stay in late August.
Cons: It would be nice if the breakfast opened earlier than 7 am on the weekend.
7,1 Good
Pros: Staff was awesome.
Cons: Elevator and prep sink in eating area were in serious need of cleaning, which makes one wonder about everything else.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: The beds were super comfortable, my business partner was impressed with the complementary starbucks coffee.
Cons: Unfortunately the furnace was out.

Pros: I liked how quiet the hotel was. It was clean and comfortable. It was in a safe location. We stayed the night because we wanted a small getaway, and a relaxing night in a hotel.
Cons: The receptionist was rude to us, which was a bit off putting. The housekeeping walked in on us in the morning even though we had put up the do not disturb sign on the door. That was annoying.
5,0 Okay
Cons: First room smelt like raw sewage, second room that I was transferred to was not clean or put together. Third room was not the cleanest or fresh smelling but was comfortable compared to the others.
7,9 Good
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a small problem with the room and they were very helpful in getting everything resolved! Breakfast was much better than I expected and the ladies that took care of it were very nice and helpful. The front desk people are so nice and helpful. Love the complimentary cookies and lemon water!! Bed is comfortable and shower head is much better than I expected!!
Cons: Just a slight problem with the room that the front desk helped get resolved. The carpet in the room could stand to be replaced- looks to be stained in a couple places.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Lara was great as a breakfast staff person! There was variety on the breakfast buffet.
Cons: Staff spent a lot of time smoking outside the front of the property rather than being at the front desk. Exercise equipment needs regular maintenance badly. The three nights that we were there, spilled coffee was still on the baseboard by exercise equipment. The elevator had M&Ms and other sticky substances on the floor, the entire visit...it was never cleaned up. Our shower current had mold on it. The furniture was soiled badly. The cleanliness of our room was not good, needed carpet cleaning, and general overall cleaning. The small room refrigerator needed defrosting badly.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Good value and clean rooms with good amenities
Cons: Advertised airport shuttle. NO SHUTTLE! Had to use LYFT.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Price
Cons: Walked in the room and the carpet was dirty like they didn’t vacuum it. The dresser drawer wouldn’t stay shut. A pill left on the desk. Only had half of roll of toilet paper and no Kleenex. The wash clothes and towels were paper thin. I guess I shouldn’t expected much for the price .The hotel really just needs a renovation!
10,0 Excellent

Pros: Clean Quite Great Breakfast
Cons: No
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good complimentary breakfast, clean bathrooms with lots of bench space. Rooms were clean and bedding was comfortable.
Cons: Nothing, everything was clean, comfortable and nothing stands out as a negative. Although it was out of our way for our trip, the location is not a negative as for most people being near to the airport would be a good thing.

Cons: There was construction going on on the outside of the building which started at 7am banging, walking on the roof and the contracted workers on the scaffolding right outside my window. Talking about feeling like you’re in a fishbowl. If you’re going to do work have the courtesy to wait until at least 8am before you start and do not place someone in a room that workers are going to be right outside their window. Feeling of no privacy!!!

Pros: I checked in 30 min early
Cons: Filthy! Disgusting! I have pictures if you'd like to see them. I was horrified but it was a last minute stop in that town any other circumstances I'd left as fast as I got there.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were clean
Cons: The rooms were too small
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Fairly quiet, clean and comfortable room. A public notice posted about "quiet hours" should be standard in all motels! First time I've noticed one was here, reminding all guests that were here for rest and to respect the quiet through the night. Motel is close to the highway with easy off and easy on.
Cons: The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but good.
7,5 Good
Pros: It was quite all night. Breakfast was very good.
Cons: Not enough outlets close to the bed for cpap machine. Had to unplug click radio and light
4,6 Okay
Pros: Breakfast the second day was good.
Cons: Room felt tired. The bathroom felt dirty especially the sink. Took a cold shower the first day because I couldn’t get any hot water in the tub. When I told the person at the front desk they suggested that the faucet was backwards. I asked for someone to look at it while I was at work. Did not hear any update so I tried the faucet to see if it was fixed. Sure enough - it works backwards....the hot comes out when the handle is turned toward the “c”. Sounds unsafe but at the least it is inconsiderate of the guests!! The sink in the bathroom had either deep scratches or cracks and turned my stomach to look at it. The second day the cleaning staff had taken all of my washcloths and did not leave clean ones.
6,3 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: Front desk Emily sucked !!! No one at front desk when we came in around 5:40 PM. We waited more than 15 mins, rang the bell and called the hotel numbers couple times. We could hear the phone rang when we called the hotel because we were at lobby. No one was there. Finally Emily came from outside saying she was next door. Not very apologetic for not being there, in fact she blamed it on the phone that she carried with her that it didn’t ring. Almost like it’s our mistake that her phone didn’t ring. We told her we called the hotel couple times from lobby and she kept saying she didn’t hear the phone ring. She should have been apologizing for NOT BEING THERE. We were that closed to actually try to book a hotel next door. We drove more than 12 hrs from Texas and were supposed to meet friends for dinner and for her being not in the front desk made us only had less than one hour left to get ready once she finally checked us in. Really didn’t appreciate her unapologetic attitude as a front desk staff.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean and the employees were very friendly.
Cons: There is a bar next door and the music was loud which kept us up from 11:30 to 3am. People were yelling at each other in the bar parking lot . The hotel would get a 10 if it wasn't for there neighbors .
1,0 Poor
Cons: Very strong odor of chlorine though out the whole hotel, ants in bathroom, TV did not work, looked like a bullet hole in the window, stains on carpet., no coffee prepared in the morning. Not a good experience. Should have chosen another hotel.

Pros: Location was acceptable and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The wifi did not work. There was a gap between the outside door and the frame so I could clearly see daylight. There was not an amenity like coffee in the room. Not a lot of water pressure for a good shower after a day working outside.

Cons: Low water pressure in shower Sound on TV was awful
4,0 Okay
Cons: No fridge,no water pressure for shower.
6,7 Good
Pros: Ambience, location, walkable distance to Subway and close to Shell gas station.
Cons: No much options in breakfast.
7,5 Good
Pros: On the pro side, room had microwave and mini fridge and I prefer the laminate floors they now have. Room seemed clean, bedding unstained, and I enjoyed a hot shower in a clean tub, though in their typical tiny bathrooms. Employees were friendly and accommodated my request for a ground floor room. Room was very low cost and no extra fee for my little dog. I was happy to find something inexpensive at the last minute after extending my trip an extra day. I would recommend it to someone needing an inexpensive, clean place to stay.
Cons: Outside appearance run down, but typical Red Roof Inn. Didn't feel comfortable or very safe with the type of people clustered in groups and hanging off the balconies smoking and staring at me. Room was fair, due to remodel, but no toilet paper holder, no coffee maker, and no hair dryer were all cons. Bed felt worn out. Lighting was very dim. Woke to a loud brawl with one woman screaming, "Do you need emergency services?" Not the good night's sleep I was hoping for. Seems to be a popular place for traveling young workers. Most of my negative impressions were due to other guests, which can vary nightly.
5,8 Okay
Cons: everything was fine before when I saw a cockroach in the bathroom
10,0 Excellent
Pros: For a solid price I was able to stay with my husky. I was pleasantly surprised that RRI accepted pets with no additional cost. I will be staying again.

3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: It looked like a dump to me. The building did NOT look renovated. My key card did not work to access the building and I was not satisfied with the carpeting the floors in the stairwell were filthy. When I asked for my money to be refunded, which the person did, he asked did I use anything in the room. I looked in dismay! It took longer to get to the room because of the keycard, then it took a minute to open the door of the room, and then I looked in and came out. Now, how much time did I have to do ANYTHING when I didn’t want to stay there? I came back to the office the first time to ask how to get in. He says, “I’m just asking.” That was not the correct response. Never, again!!! That’s as honest as I can be.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Front desk staff was helpful.
Cons: Hair in the bed and in the shower, pillows smelled like dirty heads, room had not been swept, front door and window looked like someone has broken into them, poor water pressure in the shower, microwave and fridge were dirty...

Pros: Staff was helpful
Cons: How dirty the building and rooms were. We booked a room on the smoking area by accident they were not able to change it. It was supper smelly. The bed sheet where stained, ripped and cigarette burns. The bathroom was super dirty and the bathroom did not flush. I guess people live in the rooms because they were cooking and smelled like onions every where.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Room was very clean and the shower had hot water with good pressure. Room was easy to access. Motel was close to the interstate and main road
Cons: There was only one outlet and it was nowhere near the bed. I had to move the refrigerator to unplug the microwave so I could plug in my CPAP. The only other outlet was on the far wall for me to charge my phone. The neighboring rooms sound like they were in your room.
5,0 Okay
Cons: There was a dirty towel, stain on bed sheets, a/c was not working properly and when I checked in staff was not helpful. I was disappointed.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: there was a bottle opener in the bathroom attached to the sink.. that's.. something

5,4 Okay
Pros: If you are looking for the basic necessities, this S8 will suffice - good value. Clean, not fancy. Pet friendly for a fee.
Cons: Tried 2 different GPS's to find the location. Both sent me miles out of the way to an empty lot. S8 needs to contact GPS companies to straighten this out. Once found, the location was adequate. Although advertised as non smoking, hallways smelled strongly of smoke (maybe weed). Commode was broken - clearly a long term issue.
