Pros (+) the winter rates i recieved were less than the rates at some nearby lesser motels. easy access to interstate 55 and 74. property seems very well maintained for as old as it is. halls and rooms seemed to have new carpet and fresh paint.
Cons (-) property is a bit dated. looks very 90's. even though the carpets in the hall and room looked new, the were very ugly. the refrigerator in the room was clogged with frost. it needed to be defrosted. Iron was bolted to the ironing board. was difficult to use.
