Pros: Good location, good atmosphere, good size room. Tasty tea provided in rooms.
Cons: Disliked the proximity to the motorway. We booked a late check out but our key cards expired at 11am. There was a lot of ambient and romantic, low light settings in the room but no bright light options. A shower screen rather than a shower curtain would've been preferred.

Cons: Nothing not to like
8,0 Excellent

Pros: Close to visitors attractions and gateway shopping
Cons: The noise from the motorway when your bedroom is at back of hotel Constant drone through the night So sleepless night Kettle not working but only stayed one night so reception said they report it to housekeeping Breakfast was a bit slow. Few people waiting on bacon to arrive at food station had to ask staff if being attended too as no one new maybe someone should be keeping a eye on the hot plate as plates were cold
