Pros: Nice B&B, comfortable and nicely decorated room. Good breakfast. Good communication. Friendly people
Cons: Location not easy to find even with GPS
8,8 Excellent
Pros: We'd never stayed at a bed & breakfast before, but as we don't like staying at chain hotels, we decided to go for Bookcliffs bed & breakfast instead of a local hotel. Sam & Judy were lovely hosts, very friendly and there were a lot of facilities in our room. It was quite a hot day for September, so we were very happy to find a proper AC in our room. We got served a lovely breakfast in the morning before going to Colorado National Monument, and had a chance to chat with them which was great!
Cons: I know this is a personal thing, and some people love it, but the complete bedding of the bed was this silk-ish fabric. I really dislike sleeping on silk-ish fabric as I start sweating a lot and it makes me really uncomfortable, therefore I had trouble falling asleep and woke up a lot.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly, very clean, hosts were very nice
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful people!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: We had a great stay. Hosts Sam & Judy were very helpful, and the location was IDEAL for the event we were attending that weekend. Room was comfortable and especially enjoyed the adjoining exterior deck to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Breakfast was enjoyable and very healthy and filling, considering i REALLY like food. It was ready @ 8 AM as we were told at check in.
Cons: The ceiling fan was great so we didn't have to run the A/C unit, which was a bit loud. Room was nicely decorated, however, the extra decorating items, statues, cutesy things, could be simplified, with more space available for personal items.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly hosts
Cons: There was nothing to dislike

Pros: Clean. Staff were all very kind and helpful.
Cons: My room was apparently near a compressor of some sort. Than would go off randomly. It went off almost every night, and while it only lasted a few minutes, it was so loud that it would wake me from a dead sleep- could even hear through ear plugs.

Pros: Great bedding! Clean bathroom!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Owner so friendly. Nice size room, nicely furnished, comfy bed and clean.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: This is an old-school motel, which has its charms. The room was scrupulously clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good. There's a fridge and a microwave and a coffee machine. The furnishings were up-do-date and well-maintained. Bathroom had new appliances. Paint, carpet, tile, etc. were in good shape. It was a bit noisy, but the noise diminishes as the evening progresses. It's Grand Junction, after all. People go to bed. A comfortable, basic room. For the money, it can't be beat.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: only a few minutes drive to the centre of town

8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable and clean, and a great value! The female owner was very friendly and pleasant.
Cons: I would have considered staying here again, but the male owner decided to harass us in the parking lot as we were leaving. He was concerned about what we were doing “driving around everywhere” when all we were doing was turning around to pull up next to the ice machine to get a little ice for our cooler. Unfortunately this experience was enough to ensure we won’t return.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very very clean. Great friendly staff.
Cons: Perhaps could use a bit of updating but overall nothing to complain about.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: The shower was absolutely pathetic, no pressure, barely a stream of spray and temperature went all over the place while trying to sort-of shower.

5,0 Okay
Pros: redecorated recently and had nice finishes.
Cons: A door bell rang 2 times during the night. Itas actually the bell the cleaning person uses while working to signal someone entered the office. Office said they had been looking for it. the office did`t respond to our calls about this which was frightening for us. Took $20 off our tab.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: What i would assume is the owner or manager was beyond friendly. He made me and my friends feel so welcomed and happy to stay here. For a tiny little motel everything was clean, the beds were really comfy, there were no bad smells or anything uncomfortable. Me and my friends ran into a terrible situation with another Hotel; the staff was so rude and refused to refund us after overcharging us and treating us bad. We came from our home town 6 hours away so we needed to book somewhere fast and affordable. I found this place listed and was hesitant at first after our last hotel mess. But after going in the tiny checkin/out office i was welcomed by such a sweet and super friendly staff member. (maybe the owner) and he just talked with us in such a kind manner about the place and asked us about ourselves. Even when checking out the next day he apologized for the random construction that appeared the night before across the street even though its out of his control. He was just so caring and respectful. Most highend Hotels give you like a sheet and two pillows to sleep on, but these beds had like 3 blankets and a collection of pillows. I slept so comfortably and happy. It really was such a cute and wonderful little motel. We left with such big smiles on our faces.
Cons: Well the rooms were a little stuffy when first entering but nothing the AC couldn't fix in an hour or so. there's really honestly nothing bad about this place. I am genuinely happy with my stay there.
7,0 Good
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Minimal amenities
7,9 Good
Pros: We really appreciated the help from front desk women. We really needed to do laundry but realized that the motel doesn’t have coin laundry. Because my husband is handicapped, the front desk woman did our laundry in their facility. We just simply passed dirty clothes to her and got all clean and warm clothes back. Thank to a such nice woman. We really appreciated it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Rey clean and the shower had great water pressure.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Don't know, couldn't hang around to see what was offered.
Cons: Didn't like the fact that the supposed continental breakfast wasn't available until 7 am, which was too late for our required departure time. Fortunately ,we had a mini fridge in our room, so brought our own breakfast food.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Nice big windows with a lot of natural sunlight, we had a corner room. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was quiet and the view was nice. We enjoyed the sitting area, couch with a nice ottoman. We were able to use our own Netflix account, which was nice. The hotel is located in a great area, walking distance to all the downtown shops & restaurants. The only thing that was disappointing is that the nice fire pit in the front patio wasn’t lit- but the wind may have been a factor. Our stay was pleasant and we would definitely stay again. As a side note, our request for an upper room and street view was accommodated.
6,0 Good
Pros: Room was comfortable and well-appointed.
Cons: Breakfast was rather ordinary. No help with luggage. And the big surprise was that we were charged for parking. When we arrived, the front desk person asked 'Would you like a parking pass?' when what she should have asked is "Would you like to buy a parking pass?' For the price we paid for the room, we would have expected more spectacular breakfast, help with luggage, and free parking.
6,8 Good
Pros: Gym, Breakfast, Bar Area
Cons: Staff was okay, our room was on the 2nd floor and you could hear noise from the street and the elevator and the AC unit was ill positioned next to the bed and we were either too hot with it off or freezing and waking up sick with it on.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good variety for breakfast...good coffee!
Cons: Not enough toilet paper -not full rolls & no extra in arrival room. Mostly decaf coffee in arrival room. These 2 oversights were not discovered until early the first morning! Lobby bar didn’t open until 5:00...most places have happy hour @ 4:00 or 4:30

Cons: All good
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Open lobby, good breakfast, convenient location, helpful, friendly front desk.

Pros: Room decor was modern and up to date
Cons: Very noisy!!! I could hear everyone walking down the hall and it sounded like they had a bowling ally or frat party upstairs all night!!! My toilet handle broke off at the first flush!!! No extra blankets or pillows.
6,0 Good
Pros: The location and hot tub/pool access were nice.
Cons: The staff played a bit of good cop/bad cop around a nuisance issue -elm seed bugs were rampant in the Grand Junction area when I stayed here and were coming into the room via the not-very-well-sealed windows. Offer an alternative next time.

6,7 Good
Pros: Hot tub
Cons: Upon check in we were charged 2times our room amount when I caught it they then told me 5-7 business days for it to be returned so we were out that money for our trip! Followed by wait 15min to be seated at breakfast where the area wasn’t even half full and several members of staff just looked at us and the other people waiting after another few min of no one seating us my husband had to find someone! After we placed our breakfast order of huevos ranchero and a breakfast burrito 30 min went by with no food and no wait staff checking in on our empty coffee and blank food areas. It wasn’t until 45min went by with still no breakfast that we flagged down a waitress who wasn’t even our waitress to find out where our food was that anyone did anything! So after waiting over an hour we finally got our food(dinning area was still not even half full so being busy was a bunch of bs they tried to tell us ) and it was so dry(my husbands)over easy eggs were like rubber and my very soggy breakfast burrito were left with a bite each taken we took ourselves out somewhere else! Such a disappointment since my husband and I VERY rarely get to just have us time(6 boys) we won’t be going back to this location

Pros: It was good to be there I like it so much
Cons: The coffee was ok but need better coffee To have to drink
1,0 Poor
Pros: Studio layout.
Cons: People yelling down hall at all hours. Thin walls so you can hear conversations and banging both upstairs and next door. Weird lady came and tried to get into my room early morning. Loud airport behind the hotel. Very disappointed with all of the noise.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was great. Nothing bad to say about the place.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room had everything we needed and was comfortable. The property was well kept and pretty. Breakfast was great so was the pool and outdoor areas. We will definitely stay here again.
Cons: The gym could have used a few extra things like a yoga mat and a few hand weights were missing. They more than make up for that by offering a day pass for a local gym.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It was all as it should be.
Cons: No
6,7 Good
Pros: The staff was super nice. We checked in and when I ask for a great pizza place I was told to visit a great little restaurant in the downtown area.
Cons: The pool was very cold for an indoor pool. Too cold for our baby. And the spa was super hot. Too hot for our baby. My 5 year old son didn’t care but we were hoping to go swimming as a family and it didn’t happen. Disappointed especially after I specifically looked for a hotel with a nice pool. When I told the girl at the front desk she said she’d make note of it. I asked if others complained and she said “they” have heard this before. Seems like it’s a common complaint and they don’t seem to care. The poor girl at the front desk probably has to take all these complaints and she was so nice. The parking lot and landscape are in really bad shape. It made me question this locations safety and quality. After all said and done, I wish we’d stayed in the downtown area. It’s much nicer down there.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great staff (checkin). Decent breakfast. Quiet.
Cons: Hidden fees - $6 per night parking.
7,5 Good
Pros: Room was big and comfortable, staff where helpful and nice. Didn't get breakfast as we were sleeping so well we slept right through it. Exactly what we were looking for.
Cons: Restocking the room. Out of conditioner and body wash. The tee tree shampoo is great for hair but will burn/ tingling (like icyhot) other areas when used as body wash.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Big rooms, full kitchen, quiet.
Cons: Great place! Room was spacious and clean! Only staff encountered was at check-in, she was wonderful!
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The first morning we were there the breakfast was great! Everything was filled and seemed to be running smoothly.
Cons: I was staying on the third floor and had some sort of beetle bug (not bed bugs) in my room. Not just one or two, there was about a dozen. The hotel was booked up, so we couldn’t be switched and there was nothing else available in the area. They were even in the extra set of linen for the pull out sofa. Our AC also wasn’t working right, so our room was pretty warm. Not a pleasant experience especially for the price of the room. Very disappointing.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The property seemed relatively new and clean. It's in a good location.

Pros: We have stayed here several times and the rooms are always very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a queen studio, the kitchen had all the necessities, although we did not use it. The bed was very comfortable and clean. There were full size bottles of J.R. Watkins shampoo, conditioner and body wash, that was really nice! It has always been quiet when we have stayed. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The location is good, close to tons of a hopping and many dinning choices. It’s right off the interstate and highways. The only complaint we have, is the coffee bar doesn’t have many creamer choices, but a deal breaker! Will stay again.
7,5 Good
Cons: No pool.. the maid didn't come clean our room with clean towels or make the bed take out the trash.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff and room
Cons: Well for price no food. And price was high to stay on grand junction

Pros: Good location. Nice room.
Cons: The air conditioning didn't work in one room. The maintenance woman tried fixing it twice to no avail. She also thought she left her keys in the room and knocked on my door at 11:30 at night.

Pros: Location Downtown, walking distance to Main Street shops and restaurants
Cons: Did not ever receive maid service and was there three days.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Walkable to everything downtown. Clean and modern.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: It's hard to get a real good feel for a hotel in one night but no complaints. We were showing some friends around downtown since we inherited some property on the other end of the mall. We had dinner and drinks so it was nice to close to the hotel. The beds were awesome, very comfortable and the staff was friendly.
Cons: The elevator rubber wheels made a sliding sounds when coming to a stop on the 4th floor. It sounded like the rubber wheels were trying to catch up with the elevator stopping, a little weird sounding and bothersome. You might want to check on that.

Cons: The front desk did not have our booking information. I presented a copy of the reservation, no number, they honored our booked price that I copied, could not use AAA.
9,6 Excellent
Cons: Would have been nice to have breakfast, especially considering the cost relative to nearby hotels.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Hotel location close to family that we were visiting. Lincoln tried to accommodate our family.
Cons: Air conditioning units had to be replaced and after 1 1/2 hours moved to another room with no mountain view. In the second room, the highway noise was awful and the toilet ran all night long with an annoying noise. Apparently, the hotel opened in 1984 and the rooms definitely needed brand new AC units, not repaired units, and needed brand new toilets. There was a conference and hotel management did not do their proper planning with sufficient staff, more than one cook, and enough room for guests in the restaurant. Then the food was not appropriately stocked for the breakfast buffet. Due to the conference, there also was not adequate parking for guests. In the past, Hilton has been my go to hotel brand, but this hotel did not live up to Hilton standards.

Pros: The location is perfect!! Easy access to all of Grand Junction! This hotel was a great value. My stay was was 5 nights, and I took advantage of everything the hotel offered: pool and hot tub, guest laundry service, and of course the breakfast every morning. The staff were always more than willing to help in any way needed. They had Tide pods, dryer sheets, and bleach available, so I didn't have to make a run to a store to purchase what I needed.
Cons: The only thing I would like to see changed is the quality of bed pillows used. They are the tiny half-size pillows. COMFORT Inn should provide ultimate COMFORT with luxurious pillows. Otherwise, everything was amazing!!

Pros: Lots of activity in this area. Plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and every chain of store you can think of is close by the Holiday Inn. We loved Red Lobster which was about 8 minutes away. You can walk to the grocery and Starbucks. The breakfast was great, always full and will attended to. The room was cozy and we slept well. The air worked great so we were comfortable. The bath had toiletries of plenty and the shower was nice and hot. The employees were friendly and greeted you on the way in and out. Maids were attentive. We would stay here again.
Cons: The hall carpets were pretty dirty. I white gloved my room and it was spotless so I do not understand why they would not attend to a dirty carpet? It was kind of a turn off upon the hike to our room. BUT like I said our room was shiny and clean.

Pros: There is one staff person that takes the job too personal.
Cons: The staff is judgemental and mean. After the thousands of dollars i spent there i should have not been treated disrespectful. My room was very dirty causing allergies. No deep cleaning just dust. I cleaned my own bathroom, trash and used my own towels.

Pros: Pet friendly
Cons: Pool was cold. Pool needed cleaning. Cloudy and found quite a bit of hair.

Pros: The room for the price charged was excellent....
Cons: Was given the wrong room upon check-in by the front desk. Only found out when the maid came in the room to prepare it for use. Then when I went downstairs I was given the right room but had to go back downstairs as my room key wouldn't work. A little inconvience that was offset by the room itself. I'd stay here again.
7,0 Good
Pros: Good size room in a clean modern hotel close to an Interstate junction. Comfortable overnight stop.
Cons: The main restaurant was closed the night we were there to guests who were not part of tour groups. We tried the bar area but it was busy and noisy. The only free tables had not been cleared after previous diners so we went elsewhere to eat.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: The housekeepers were nice and so was one blonde front desk agent that was working when we checked in, unfortunately she wasn't the one to check us in.
Cons: Hotel is old and dirty. Staff was rude. A struggle to get a late c/o w/the GSA saying "you still have over an hour before c/o" than offering a 30 minute c/o finally agreeing to a hour. GSA who checked us in was very sweet to the men but not the women.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place
Cons: No
6,7 Good
Pros: The breakfast was pretty good. Several proteins, as well as other choices. The eating area was spacious and pleasant. There was a large recreation area with a good swimming area fully enclosed by the surrounding wings of the motel-- I can't call it a hotel. There was adequate parking, and several entrances, each with its own stairway to the second floor. If you were a family looking for a family friendly stop next to an Interstate exit, this would work fine, except for the lack of an elevator-- and the staff discourtesy-- see below.
Cons: This appears to be a 1980 era Interstate Exit Holiday Inn designed to appeal to traveling families. It is a 2 story motel with the larger number of rooms on the second floor, and NO ELEVATOR. The staff was only reluctantly helpful, or not helpful at all. We arrived fairly late in the evening. My wife needs milk with one of her evening medications, and there were no grocery stores nearby. Of course we are not familiar with the area. She asked the long-haired brown-haired lady at the front desk if there were a way she could get a glass of milk for her medicine. The answer was emphatic: "There is no milk here at the front desk. You could go that Shell station over there. They might have some." This disinterest in helping is something we have not experienced before. As my wife walked away, a male staffer asked what she was looking for, and she told him. He said to wait here, and got her some milk from the kitchen. He did charge her $1.00 for it, which is a first, but at least he did get her some. The nearest ice machine was on the first floor, under the stairway. Yes, our room was on the second floor.
