4,2 Okay
Pros: I've stayed at the properties before so I was holding this hotel to the same standards and was really disappointed. The girl that checked us in was a little rude and seemed to give robot responses to questions we asked about restraints. The room was very old. The mattress appeared to have a stain on it. The shower was clean but there was. I soap or shampoo so be sure to bring your own.
6,5 Good
Pros: The staff was very nice and got us checked in quick during our late night check in.
Cons: We had small children with us and after being in the room for about 15 minutes the lady at the front desk knocked on our door and said the people below were complaining. My kids were not running or jumping, we were just trying to get them settled in quick for an early morning. I understand it was late but still I think it was unnecessary after only barely walking in the door to be told to be quiet when we're not making excessive noise in any way.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Dog bark was not bad. Hard boiled eggs hard to peal. Small item.
Cons: Staff was very very good.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very nice and rooms were overall very clean with the exception of the shower. Beds were comfortable, but I hadn't slept in a real bed in about a week so I'm a little biased.
Cons: Shower wasn't the cleanest
5,1 Okay
Pros: The staff were very helpful in each interaction. Octopus Coffee nearby is EXCELLENT!
Cons: Paperthin walls resulted in lots of noise from neighbors and outdoors. Very lump bed and pillows resulted in very little restful sleep over three nights.

8,2 Excellent
Pros: Large clean and comfortable rooms. Parking right at your door and a reasonable breakfast choice offered. Friendly & helpful staff.
Cons: A 7min drive from the historic area. Nothing really to walk to from here, but easy access from here. Tiny bathroom with no towel rail & nowhere really to put things.

Pros: Great place to stay. Rooms were very clean and well designed. The sense of pride and commitment shows through for the owners in every detail. They were happy and very congenial is every way. We will be back.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: They were super accommodating for us traveling with our two dogs, an put us in a room with easy outdoor access.
Cons: The breakfast left a bit to be desired
6,0 Good
Pros: Room was comfortable and well-appointed.
Cons: Breakfast was rather ordinary. No help with luggage. And the big surprise was that we were charged for parking. When we arrived, the front desk person asked 'Would you like a parking pass?' when what she should have asked is "Would you like to buy a parking pass?' For the price we paid for the room, we would have expected more spectacular breakfast, help with luggage, and free parking.
6,8 Good
Pros: Gym, Breakfast, Bar Area
Cons: Staff was okay, our room was on the 2nd floor and you could hear noise from the street and the elevator and the AC unit was ill positioned next to the bed and we were either too hot with it off or freezing and waking up sick with it on.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The layout of the room was so efficient! We loved the fact that one could shower and yet there was a seperate lavoritory.
Cons: Ok, I don't want to be a punk here, but ..... there really was not anyting! Even the "Free" breakfast seemed first rate. Hampton has been getting pretty chinsy lately.

Pros: Pets were allowed, the breakfast was great and varied, and the suite and hotel were very clean. The free use of the gas BBQ was a great bonus to not have to eat out.
4,5 Okay
Pros: After our "over booked-no room available" welcome, I was not in a mood to find much to appreciate.
Cons: "No room, we are oversold" Both my daughters & my booking provided an extensive conservation about sleeping accomidation. Steven, the desk clerk was doing his best to find rooms at other hotels. Everyone was full. After suggesting that I was considering restricting company expense allowances by any employee traveling on company business at all Marriott locations, he located one room at his hotel and found one additional room at another location. During the course of our conversation he mentioned that his manager instructed him to over book the number of rooms available. A very frosting experience!!!!!! (We called and informed the hotel that we would be checking in late)

Pros: The rooms and facility were overall decently cleaned.
Cons: The comfort of the rooms was awful. The bed felt like I had slept on a bed of bricks. The hallways smelled terribly of Marijuana smoke. For the price of the room a lot more was expected.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean and well kept up. The staff were all friendly and smiling the entire time we were there. I loved that the young lady at the front desk was interested in why we were there and gave some great suggestions for food, activities, etc.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great! So friendly. My only complaints would be that the general hotel temperature was way too hot. 80 degrees in May. I was dying and I'm from California . And the wierd eggs for breakfast that I thought were just eggs but had a creamy cheese filling. Should have been labeled .Otherwise, I loved the place and will for sure stay there again. And will! Comfy beds...get a worth it.

Cons: Changes to my reservation couldn't be made at the front desk, but had to be handled by The online tools wouldn't allow me to alter my reservations either so I had to call to make the change. That said, the phone representative was very helpful and had no problem issuing the change. Just wish it was that easy to do it online.
7,7 Good
Pros: Good breakfast. Decent wifi.
Cons: Property could use a makeover.
5,4 Okay
Pros: 2 beds view of pool HBO
Cons: 1.) We could not find the "do not disturb" plaque and called the front desk to have someone bring us one, but they told us we had to go to them to get it. Would have appreciated better room service. 2.) We bought laundry soap and dryer sheets to do some laundry our last day there, but then found out you did not have a change machine and your machines only took quarters. We did not have enough quarters, so drove to WalMart because it was later in the evening, but they did not give change like that and their customer service area was already closed. We ended up having to leave the laundry soap and dryer sheets there, un-used. Too much to pack in our suit cases, for the trip home early the next morning. Would have appreciated a change machine that could change dollar bills into quarters. 3.) There were no stairs, and with my arthritis, it was very difficult for me to carry all my luggage up to our room. Had to make several trips just to accomplish it all. Would have appreciated an elevator, as I'm sure any elderly and/or disabled person would. 4.) Was difficult plugging in lap-top at desk area. Had to get down on the floor and reach far behind the refrigerator area just to plug it into the strip area there. It was do that, or unplug the refrigerator in order to use it. Would have appreciated another wall outlet that was easier to gain access to.

Pros: They were nice the rooms were clean they have an outside pool that my kids loved so all in all they had fun as did I.
4,5 Okay
Pros: The complimentary breakfast was great. I believe, Marta, had the place up and running before 6am. The French toast was not overcooked, had hot syrup, & sausage was great. Sil, at check-in, was accomadating to get me a first floor room after a long day of traveling. She was also friendly at check-out early the next morning. The room was not clean. There was someone else's hair from shaving on & around the dish that had the shampoo/soap bottles. The bathroom had at least a week worth of dust on top of the shower. Dirty washcloths were in the bathroom as well. The tea bags in the room were stained so at one time they had gotten wet, but were just returned & flipped over. I probably will not be back to your location!

Pros: Helpful Staff
Cons: Every door on my floor slammed ridiculously loud anytime one was used- not conducive to relaxing or getting much needed sleep.

5,7 Okay
Pros: The place was pretty clean and they really tried to put a touch of class to the lobby. But that is what you should expect for less than the price you pay. They were able to accommodate a one hour early check in 2pm instead of 3pm.
Cons: The pool was just a small hole in the ground. The breakfast spread was standard for hotels that are priced out at half of what I actually paid.
5,7 Okay
Cons: Pool wasnt available

Cons: Hot tub broken Parking fee
8,8 Excellent
Pros: It's hard to get a real good feel for a hotel in one night but no complaints. We were showing some friends around downtown since we inherited some property on the other end of the mall. We had dinner and drinks so it was nice to close to the hotel. The beds were awesome, very comfortable and the staff was friendly.
Cons: The elevator rubber wheels made a sliding sounds when coming to a stop on the 4th floor. It sounded like the rubber wheels were trying to catch up with the elevator stopping, a little weird sounding and bothersome. You might want to check on that.

Cons: Furnishings are sparse but comfortable.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Super comfortable bed, nice view of the mesa to the north, clean room, and a bar with live entertainment if you're into that sort of thing.

Pros: Love the large windows in the room, good Spacenter in the room.
Cons: Room felt like it was just the extra stuff room, paid for a sweet, much larger room.... same sized TV and stand put further away from the bed in an awkward location and setting. We stay here everytime I travel through this area and love there normal rooms. Will not upgrade again.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Close to CMU. Great lounge. Clean room. Good staff.
Cons: Wi-fi was weak and mostly didn't work. I wanted to watch a baseball game that wasn't available in tv channels that were available.

Pros: location - close to highway. Updated, tho a bit old.
4,2 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: It wasn't clean. The hotel might be out dated, but that is no excuse for all the dust that was in our room. There was about a one inch line all around the room where the vacuum couldnt get closer to the wall.

Pros: The price was good for the location and cleanliness of the room.
Cons: The hallway smelled heavily of tobacco smoke.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean. Bed was comfy.
Cons: The room had a bit of a musty smell to it, nothing major but definitely noticeable.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Very clean hotel and friendly desk staff. Checked us in right away and gave tips about where to park and unload near our room. Gave lots of shampoo and little bars of soaps. There was a fridge (not sure if it was working), coffeemaker, microwave, and iron. Free simple breakfast items until 10 am. There was oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, coffee, bagels, etc. Very happy with this place for the price, I will be looking to stay at more Days Inns.
Cons: In the morning, the cleaning staff was yelling and talking to each other right outside our door! We were still trying to sleep, so it was upsetting that the staff would be so inconsiderate. Then, when they were cleaning the room next door, they were banging stuff around and continuing the loud conversation.
7,7 Good
Pros: Staff was super friendly and helpful. Bed was clean and comfortable. Would definatly recommend if on a budget.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean and well kept throughout our stay. Property was quiet. Ample parking. No concerns.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: It looked like the room had been redone recently. New countertops, new bath/shower surround, possible new carpet. The room was very clean, but also tidy and well kept. The hotel grounds were very well taken care of, and free of weeds, leaves, and debris. Very comfortable stay.
Cons: Would have been nice with a few more offerings in the breakfast area. I can understand why they don't, its a small room with very little counter space. Still, just enough to get going in the morning.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very reasonable, nice staff, close to restaurants
