Rooms need updated and or cleaned better. Carpet all stained. Curtain partially connected, a/c intermittent, and front desk personnel not personal or friendly.

Pros (+) They had a nice grassy area in the middle for dogs
Cons (-) The fridge made noise, so we had to unplug it. The shower leaked. The pool had no water. The room was very dark with poor lighting. The TV was glitchy.

I was ignored for a full ten minutes, standing there wondering when one of the three staff members at the front desk would acknowledge my existence. 2. Pros (+) It was a very nice room with lots of space and and clean. Big comfy bed.
Cons (-) The heater didn't work and the room was freezing. Also there weren't any extra blankets and I froze. Also the internet hardly worked it took about 5 minute to check an email. Overall I might have been better off sleeping in my car.

Cons (-) Our room was not clean. There was debris in several places on the floor. There was food left in the mini fridge from a previous guest. The faucet and pipes in the sink leaked. There was not toilet paper in the bathroom. The beds were lumpy. Overall, the room had a shabby appearance.

Pros (+) The staff was pleasant, never letting on that I was about to get the worst hotel room of my life (a life that has been filled with hotel rooms.)
Cons (-) Filthy. Stained. Soaked in smoke smell. Had rowdy all hours clientele that kept me up all hours. Boo.
