Police presence upon arrival should have clued me in immediately but it was extremely late and I was exhausted. Swimming pool/hot tub out of order. Room smelled strongly of urine. Bathtub had paint stains (I assume paint). Got 4-5 hrs of sleep and left. Extremely poor value for price.

Pros (+) It looked like the room had been redone recently. New countertops, new bath/shower surround, possible new carpet. The room was very clean, but also tidy and well kept. The hotel grounds were very well taken care of, and free of weeds, leaves, and debris. Very comfortable stay.
Cons (-) Would have been nice with a few more offerings in the breakfast area. I can understand why they don't, its a small room with very little counter space. Still, just enough to get going in the morning.

Pros (+) great restaurants close by liquor store close by, Poke stop on grounds.
Cons (-) smokers hanging out on walkway as there must not have been any smoker units left. I felt surrounded by smokers. The spa was not working
