Excellent 10,0
Pros: The ski valet experience was great. Also the girls that clean the room were exceptional
Good 7,9
Pros: Spacious
Cons: Sofa bed uncomfortable
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The service was awesome & the bathroom was incredible
Cons: Our key fob wouldn’t work-we had to actually walk down two different times to have it re-activated. The pool was randomly closed for 5 hours on Saturday & there was a fashion show that was bumping hardcore music past 11pm.
Good 6,3
Pros: Good location, nice surroundings
Cons: Very poor food and room service. Housekeeping staff were not friendly The food in general was very expensive and not of a good quality
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Excellent location, large two bedroom accommodation, and wonderful staff.
Cons: There was a separate charge for parking.

Pros: This is a very cute restored hotel, centrally located in Telluride. Everything is within walking distances. The only room for improvement would be to include a mini-fridge in the room.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: location was great and rooms were clean
Cons: noise from bar went until 130AM on Saturday night. Rooms were cramped
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location was the best!
Cons: The hot tub isn't open in the winter...which is the only time when you would want it.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The hotel is located in the old town of Telluride. Easy walk to the Ski gondola. Located close to a good array of bars and restaurants.
Cons: We couldnt get a reservation to eat in the hotel's chop house. Tried for a couple of nights but they were full so we went elsewhere. If you want to eat there then book well in advance.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Loved the character the amazing location and the history creaking on the floors as you walked up to your room. The rooms are nicely laid out with a couch at endive bed for us and super renovated stylish bathrooms with a deep clean new tub.
Cons: I wish there was more 'service's as far as feeling like your a guest oppose to someone who rents a room upstairs. There is coffee in backroom but lack luster. A discount on the dinner perhaps (only breakfast lunch) and a better variety of room service menu and not just a million dollar steak. Mondays the restaurant is closed.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful historic hotel in ideal location - and the people there were very nice! Highly recommend
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Super comfortable and beautiful old hotel. Great service. High price was a negative and the cable was broken. I did not get to watch tv, but my breakfast was free. 5-star service. Great rooms and charming feel.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: The new Sheridan hotel is a beautiful building with a great location right in downtown Telluride, you walk outside and are right in the downtown street with beautiful mountain views all around. The inside of the hotel was lovely, it had this great old time feeling and was beautiful. The room was very nice and very clean, it was comfortable.
Cons: The hotel room while beautiful and clean was so tiny, for what we paid to stay there for two nights I couldn't believe how small it was, the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. They also advertise on their website that they have hot tubs, I called the front desk to ask how late they were open and the guy told me they didn't have hot tubs and when we tried to go up to the rooftop deck, the door was locked but we could see hot tubs up there. I just thought it was interesting that he said they didn't have any when we could obviously see them, it's one thing to say they're not open right now but why'd he have to lie?
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Fantastic location right in the center of downtown, with an easy walk to the gondola for skiing; super friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Wish that they had a hot tub, but otherwise was great
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Love the character, history and coziness of rooms which are clean updated but retain character and history of building and town. The original artwork and both restaurants are wonderful.
Cons: More amenities a little something to feel special being a guest.

Pros: The location was great and the scenery was amazing!!
Okay 4,0
Pros: The lodge was in a beautiful setting. However the rooms were dated and small. I would not rebook a stay there again.
Cons: Room was small and very dated. The bed linens were clean but were worn.
Good 6,0
Pros: Location is amazing and room was clean.
Cons: The check in person was curt, unfriendly and rather rude. Other staff was very friendly.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Hot tubs are built into canyon area. We were able to watch deer walk right by. Location is perfect for biking, hiking or simply walking.
Cons: Note: Bikes are not allowed in the room. THey have secure areas for your equipment. Breakfast was packaged pastries. The town is pricey on all meals (no food chains,or local grocery stores), so be prepared with your own snacks or ready to eat foods.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The location and the private springs. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Overall it is a great place.
Cons: The rooms were smaller than average and overfilled with furniture. At this price I would expect a larger room and teaming up with a local restaurant for free breakfast would be a good idea.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location was great & staff was very friendly
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Box Canyon Lodge is super well Located . Walk distance to the little village and Box Canyon Falls. The Mountain View’s are so beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are lodge style and clean. Very simple and comfortable place . Love the hot springs and the area with the swing .
Excellent 8,0
Pros: It was nice not being right in town but close enough to walk everywhere. The staff was great! Everyone was pleasant and helpful! The room was very clean!
Cons: The hot tubs didn't seem to be as clean as they could have been.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location was fantastic. Walking distance to the main street. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Room was noisy. Noise from other rooms as well as the air conditioner.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very close to the mountains
Excellent 9,0
Cons: I wish the bathroom window had a curtain over it. Light came through in the morning waking me up earlier than I would have liked.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: I loved loved loved this place! Our room was more in the back which was awesome cause we could see if the pools were full. We got to take a dip multiple times which was awesome! The location is perfect, you can literally walk to town from the hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing, we got hungry and the front desk clerk gave us breakfast! :) We cant wait to come back again!!
Cons: The only issue was when we got there at like 7 in the evening we got in one of the pools and it was pretty dirty with hair... I would be sitting there and a long hair would get attached to my hands and arms which wasn't pleasant but the following morning we woke up early and were the first ones at the pool and it was SO CLEAN, no hair nothing ... also the temp was significantly hotter in the morning vs the evening.

Pros: The location and views are spectacular!
Cons: The room was very dry and and tiny. The valet person tried to give us the wrong car as we were checking out. We called to the front desk 20 minutes before checking out to make sure our car was waiting. It was not ready and it them took another 20 minutes
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We opened the double doors, stood on the small balcony and enjoyed the wonderful view of the Rocky Mountains surrounding the hotel. Our room was a suite consisting of a living room, kitchen area, bedroom and bath. The staff were very accommodating.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff went above and beyond. The view and locations great. Beautiful & cozy.
Cons: The loud snow groomers at 3 Am in the morning.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was a perfect stay from check in to checkout. From the time Stuart and Shane checked us in and finding accommodations for my Corvette and Harley, all the way till to our final breakfast, this was an ideal place to stay on the mountain. And speaking of the included breakfast, Shane wasn't lying when he said it was the best in all of Telluride. The room had a balcony, fire place , small kitchen and a steam shower, which included use of a private hot tub on the top floor overlooking the mountain. We will be back next year, same time.
Cons: It was all good!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It is in Telluride
Cons: No
Excellent 9,4
Pros: The staff was very good, the food was excellent, the steam bath on the fireplace were nice, the location is good next to the gondola, had a nice big balcony.
Cons: I didn't have much of a view. The bedroom was a little cramped.

Pros: Tom and Cindy were both very nice and had lots of suggestions about local food spots and sightseeing. They also had robes, which we really enjoyed - especially after the hot tub!
Cons: No recycling on site
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Owners were attentive, they had games upstairs and breakfast was awesome.
Cons: The room was beautiful! The owners were awesome, very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Perfect location, loved the bench down by the creek! Walked to everything! Breakfast was wonderful both mornings! Owners were so nice and informative. Bed and room were very comfortable .
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Cleanliness and quality of room. Nice comfortable bed.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Great owners, great breakfast and wonderful happy hour
Cons: Breakfast a little late but they bend over backwards to accommodate us earlier
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location is excellent, within walking distance to restaurants. Third floor view is picturesque. Cindy and Tom are so gracious. I have environmental asthma, in this home the air is fresh with no coverup smells!
Cons: It is perfect.
Good 7,9
Cons: The "full service breakfast" wasn't served until 9:00 am,after we were already gone. Most folks don't want to hang around that long to have breakfast. The continental breakfast was typical to what you find at any chain hotel. Happy hour was choice of 2 wines a couple of beers, and not much else.

Pros: Setting, upgraded room, staff, location.
Cons: Plastic free (water bottles and shampoo)
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This extraordinary boutique hotel was a perfect mix of elegance, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service! Everyone from the valet to the front desk exceeded our expectations, and made us feel like we belonged here. Absolutely cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the staff.
Cons: Having to leave at the end of our stay...
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Telluride is an amazing place to visit for starters! The Lumiere was beautiful! The boutique style hotel was perfect for our weekend getaway. The room was larger than most. The valet and front desk attendants were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was set up in a buffet style but there were not any hot items except the option for toast or bagels. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
Good 7,9
Pros: The staff was outstanding in every aspect of our expectation. Our luggage was lost and they were great about seeing to it that we were informed when it arrived. The breakfast layout was second to none that we have ever experienced!!!
Cons: The late night false fire alarm was trying. However, I do appreciate the concession. the biggest complaint that we have is that the bed is far too hard for our comfort. I am not sure but it just seems way too hard and we hardly slept all weekend.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Stunning hotel. The staff was amazing. I cant wait to come back and stay again.
Cons: I wish I was staying longer

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful property and the location was spectacular! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant was excellent, especially the view from the patio. This is a pet friendly property too!
Cons: Valet parking is expected at a property like this and the attendants were fantastic, but it was a bit cumbersome to not have easier access to your vehicle at a moments notice.
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: Beautiful views, walking distance to gondola. Friendly staff.
Cons: Decent amount of mold in the grout and ceiling of the bathroom shower. Charged $25/night resort fee and $24/night valet fee not known at time of booking. Pool/ hot tubs closed at 8pm. No microwave in room. Too warm at night with no A/C.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The spa, workout facilities and both pools were wonderful.
Cons: The beds were quite soft. Our room was close to the atrium and the noise from there was quite loud. We finally complained at 12:30 am, but were surprised that the hotel staff didn’t ask them to quiet down earlier. We also had a room next to a barking dog
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The location and view.
Cons: Valet is expensive.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Good location & decent size room.
Cons: Bedding was a little uncomfortable, no coffee machines in rooms, & no ac unit. Staff was very pushy & rude to guests not wearing masks. (Would literally yell at you to put a mask on) made the stay super weird. Also, restaurant is closed. I feel like for the price it just wasn’t worth it.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Location is amazing for skiing. Amazing Views Great amenities
Cons: Didn’t feel very staffed Told several times by staff that they couldn’t find enough help yet Rooms are dated Tv didn’t work well and poor quality
Okay 5,0
Cons: restaurant menu was very limited if one was there for a week. Evening food was not that good - just par but with an overly inflated price.
Okay 5,8
Pros: The Spa Services
Cons: The textiles on the bed are uncomfortable, thick waffle weave blanket-extremely rough even over a sheet. When you need a good nights sleep, warmth and coziness in mountain conditions really matter.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Spectacular views, easy access to Mountain Village shops and the gondola, good recreation facilities, including outstanding gym and indoor/outdoor pools. If you like hiking, there are numerous hikes within walking distance, ranging from fairly easy to really challenging. We were there last week of August, which is a slack time for visitors, so had no difficulty finding reservations for any service we wanted, either at the hotel or elsewhere. The property is well maintained, and we had excellent weather, so spent considerable time outside. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful, although there are clear variations in experience level.
Cons: The first room we were given was a disaster. The hotel switched us to a second room quickly, but the construction in the next door room sounded like multiple jackhammers operating simultaneously. Hotel staff understood why they needed to move us to a third room, but should have known about the construction next to the second room before putting us there. The third room was attractive, with a great view and balcony, but the air conditioning didn’t work and the mattress on the bed was very worn and uncomfortable - made sleeping difficult. With a good mattress and better climate control, the third room would have been great.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The view
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Staff was really polite and curtious. Very clean place.
Cons: The only complaint I have would be the bed we slept on. I know everyone is different but our bed was really hard. Didn't sleep well any night. Jets in the master bath tub didn't work also. Was disappointing to get in there to relax and they didn't work.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: we Make a bi-annual visits to the Peaks Resorts and Spa with our dogs. The view from the sunset alpine vista room with the balcony always comfort us. We loved the recently remodeled room with a nice shower and the big tub. Everything was clean and staffs are always pleasant. Easy access to the Gondola station is also a plus! The steam sauna was very soothing with aroma of eucalyptus. We will come back again in Spring 2021!

Excellent 8,0
Pros: It was a bagged breakfast due to covid and it lacked flavor and quality.
Cons: When I walked in to check in the lady told me to go to the machine the machine told me to go to the front the desk. Not the best service.
Poor 1,0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: breakfast was pathetic and the springs were unattended with children and no social distancing. The staff failed to wear masks
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The location was great - walking distance to downtown and Cascade falls, but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were super clean and the beds very comfortable.
Cons: One receptionist told me to wait in the lobby, so he could answer a personal phone call on his personal cell phone. Staff all together was not too thrilled to be at work. They seemed annoyed. The prices at the restaurant and tiki bar were outrageous.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Breakfast was good accommodating the Virus pandemic
Cons: That I didn't get enough time there
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Cleanliness and comfort and 24hr access to pools
Cons: We were a little bummed that breakfast closed at 9 but that was our oversight
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful location, well groomed landscape, awesome hot springs and pool, short walk to town and surrounded by the amazing beauty of the mountains and all Colorado has to offer!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Great location with very nice grounds and atmosphere. Room was plenty big enough for what we needed for a one night stay. Very comfortable beds!! The main office was great also with a simple computer check in process. They had ice cream and popcorn!
Cons: No
Good 7,0
Pros: Great views.
Cons: Sent kids for ice cream. $23 for 4 cups of ice cream. A bit overrated as they would not eat as they selected vanilla and was strawberry cheesecake flavor. Rooms are looking a bit worn.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Management was responsive to my need to cancel second night of stay due to a death in the family. Despite the circumstances, my stay was a positive experience.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location is beautiful. Off the main street but convenient to restaurants and shops.
Cons: Parking was a little tight but not a game changer.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The location is great and the rooms are clean BUT ...
Cons: The breakfast facility is way too small, very uncomfortable since too many tables are set up and you are lucky when you get a table. The hot springs are way too hot and you can't put more than your toes in the water. I will never stay in this place!!!

Mediocre 3,0
Pros: There was no breakfast. The location was nice.
Cons: The room was extremely small and there was no refrigerator. We were charged $20 per night for parking, but were unable to find a parking spot. One morning we couldn’t get out of the lot because two cars were illegally parked and blocking us. The staff was useless in getting them to move.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The location is amazing if you don’t mind a bit of a journey to get to telluride...it’s located on top of a mountain with an amazing view... we were able to take the gondola into town which was awesome...the property was clean and comfortable.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Easy and safe check in/out process, given the global COVID-19 situation
Good 7,7
Pros: It was a nice, basic mountain lodge. Clean and had a great patio view.
Cons: Definitely more for skiing season. The room had one bedroom and a small living room that was small/slightly uncomfortable to hang out in. A better place if you just need to sleep.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Beautiful view from the room, comfortable bed, easy walk to the nearby gondola that goes to town, relaxing hot tub and sauna.
Cons: The lower level room didn’t let in a lot of light and the hallway could get a little noisy from other guests and the housekeepers. Complementary breakfast, or a voucher for the restaurant, would have been appreciated.
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: Not much other than the location itself and the guy who called to to over instructions
Cons: The process was very agrivating- no information was given to us until our very late check in time of 4pm. Then the bed is very uncomfortable- it is super squishy and bad for two people with scoliosis and slipped disks. Finally, the parking was expensive ($20 per night). The ice machines were down and while this is understandable due to Covid, some communication would have been appreciated. There were very few channels on the tv and the channel guide they gave us was just plain inaccurate. The issue honestly is that we laid 250 plus to stay after parking, etc. And ended up stiff and feeling like we got stiffed. This place should only be charging 150 per night for a room like this- if that. No fridge, cramped bathroom and no service.
Good 7,0
Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms were quite small and limited parking.
Poor 1,0
Cons: During our stay a student party took place on the hotel grounds. Neither the pool nor the hottub could be used by other guests. We were quartered in the same building as the students and they celebrated until 5 o'clock in the morning. It was very loud.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The resort, the architecture of the lodges, the convenience of the gondola were all outstanding. Truly a beautiful location.
Cons: The room was very small (we knew this ahead of time). But there was no surface on which to place anything except for the bathroom sink. No table or counter top on which to place a laptop, the coffee maker, etc. And parking was pretty bad.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: This property is nothing short of gorgeous! You can look out your window and the view is spectacular!
Cons: Our room was small. If I was to do this again I would book a larger room. That being said everything in the room is extremely clean and comfortable.
Good 7,0
Pros: Beautiful property. Never saw a staff person. No room service, no restaurant, no daily cleaning. We should have been informed and certainly not charged the rate we were based on no service. Telluride is stunning!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: location
Cons: power outage
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Beautiful mountain lodge with great views. The rooms were beautifully decorated, beds comfortable and staff helpful & accomodating.

Pros: Size of property, location, accommodations.
Cons: All was good.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: very nice
Cons: Small eating area and small pillows that get flat
Good 7,1
Pros: The lobby is beautiful and the local music at night was great.
Cons: Property is dated and the breakfast buffet is overpriced for the quality .
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Beautiful, well appointed, perfect location, staff was super helpful, all the amenities you need & a shuttle that takes you everywhere & anywhere.
Cons: Not one thing!
Good 7,0
Pros: Good location and the hotel offers covered parking for $20/night.
Cons: People in the room above us were partying all night long. It woke us up several times during the night. Since we traveled during CoVid, the hotel was limited in the number of rooms it could sell. That said, I wonder why they'd put parties directly above and below other occupied rooms vs. spreading them out. That would alleviate the problem.
Okay 4,0
Pros: The property is very nice, as was our room. The in house restaurant was also good. It was nice that they stored our snowboards and we had a shuttle to/from the gondola whenever we needed it.
Cons: We bring our dogs with us whenever we can, therefor we stay at places where dogs are allowed. We pay extra to have our dogs with us. Friday evening at 6pm, I get a call while eating dinner with friends and family visiting from out of state that our dogs are barking. I go back to the hotel and hear nothing. My husband decided to just stay there after that. The next day, at noon, when I'm snowboarding, I get a call that they're barking. Are you kidding me? Is someone never leaving their room or is it bothering the staff? I've never been so inconvenienced during a trip. Ever. I've never had a complaint about my dogs either, let alone one that completely interrupts my vacation. MANAGE EXPECTATIONS. I paid over $1600 to keep coming back for my dogs barking during daylight, waking hours. Hard pass next time. I'll stay at the mountain lodge where we've stayed before without incident and I'm on the mountain!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location was great. Warm feel to hotel with great beds, sheets and towels
Cons: Parking was a little tight, snow cleanup was a little lacking
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Love the property and the service, great location also!
Good 6,0
Cons: Was charged by booking.com when the room was booked and then charged again on departure. It took two calls and a week to get refunded
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great service, cozy lobby, just nice enough without being too fancy. Wonderful buffet breakfast for a reasonable price. Great place to stay for ski vacation.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel was very clean and all the staff I encountered were very friendly. It was nice to stay a dog-friendly hotel that actually catered to and acknowledged our dogs. I would definitely stay here again.
Good 7,5
Pros: We wanted to love our stay but everything was just a tiny bit off. At 9pm we were asked to pack back up and move our room ourselves (while sitting downstairs at dinner) when the front desk realized they had put us in a non-dog friendly room. The new, dog-friendly room was not as nice. We were taken aback and it sort of ruined the dinner and stressed us out on the night we had planned. The shuttle to the gondola is great, as was the live music in the lobby.

Cons: No Tv channels
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very helpful and friendly managers/staff, great breakfast including waffle makers, eggs, sausage, and good selection of tea. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of outlets for charging electronics.
Cons: Room was very dark, even with all lights turned on. Would help to put a dimmable light in the center of the room. Some noise from other customers on outside decks or adjacent room. A/C blasted cold air directly at the bed even on low or auto setting.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Price and location. 2 hot tubs. Decent breakfast. Everything worked and we did not have any issues.
Cons: Too much chemicals in the hot tub. Bathrooms could be remodeled.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The motel is well maintained and in a great location with a friendly staff.
Cons: The rooms are dated, the decor is dark, and the air conditioners are loud and have no auto or temperature setting functions so the unit runs continuously.

Pros: It was perfect for our family of 4 in a Cozy Cabin. We loved the location and the breakfast was great. Staff was super friendly and the room itself was great.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Didn’t get one
Cons: The only thing we did not like was the pillows, we had to take them off the bed and use the comforter for pillows
Good 7,0
Pros: Great location!
Cons: Some of the furniture pretty worn
Good 6,0
Pros: This was just fine for our one-night stay in an otherwise expensive town. The quality of the sheets and towels was excellent, bed comfortable. The minor issue that we had was dealt with quickly and courteously.
Cons: Tiny. No curtains to block the light that is on all night. The TV is directly above the microwave, which is sitting on the mini-fridge. The outlets barely grip whatever you try to plug in. I'm guessing they have more expensive rooms with nicer amenities.
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Nothing like the photos. The shower went from boiling hot to freezing, freezing cold in a small space so you couldn't avoid the burns or freezes. Thin walls and we were right under the reception desk so when they were setting up,6am and when they had breakfast starting at 7am you could hear chairs scraping, people talking, if anything was dropped it made a loud bang. No chance of sleeping in after driving 10 hours the day before. The location was great, the staff seemed friendly (only saw them for 2 seconds). But for over $200 a night? Go somewhere else.
Good 7,0
Pros: The location was great and house dog was adorable. One staff was super helpful and friendly.
Cons: The coffee wasnt served until 7:30, which for me, is a litlle late. And noise level pretty loud but worth the savings if you dont need the sleep.I travel with my own flat pillow-hint. Overall nice stay.

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, right next to gondola loading area, quiet, 10%discount for spa treatments, spa located near lobby. Fireplace in room. Robes provided for hot tub/sauna. Great breakfast included.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We love Camel’s Garden. Amazing location and facility any time of year.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: First thing I want to say: the pictures do not do it justice! We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was so spacious! We loved our view of the gondola and sunsets between the mountains, from the rooms or the lovely balcony which was perfect for coffee and wine. The bathtub was amazing. Huge and with a sloped wall to lean back and relax. Fireplace was pretty and easy to use. Bed was extremely comfortable. We traveled as a group of 3 and the sofa was also extremely comfortable - so much so that I didn’t even attempt the sofa bed, but I suspect it was at least adequately comfortable too given the quality of the couch. Didn’t use the steam room but it looked great. Hot tub was phenomenal for a soak looking up at the peaks. Lending library, breakfast included (with lox! And views and breakfast area!), free apples, location near at least three great restaurants, all great bonuses. Oak which is the restaurant in the lobby is a solid and fun BBQ place with a very diverse menu - even vegans could find good options. Didn’t use the Aveda salon and spa which is right off the lobby but for a longer stay that would have been perfect. Also didn’t have a chance to use the hiking trails that are right by it but that’s another perk for those who are staying long enough to do that. Staff was extremely friendly and professional, and in conversation we learned the owners are excellent employers, which is a nice finishing touch. This place is on the affordable end of Telluride, particularly for still having a flexible booking policy. Don’t hesitate!
Cons: Nothing! Extremely light sleepers may want to request a room further from Oak and the Gondola Plaza. Noise was over by 11 for us on weekdays, not sure if that’s longer on weekends, but wasn’t too loud and blockable with earplugs.
