Pros (+) I liked that we were able to use the hot springs and pool whenever we wanted with the 24 hour access. However, the lights turned off after midnight and it was difficult to see where the pool and the outdoor hot spring was.
Cons (-) When we booked our trip, we thought that we would be staying at the hotel- we ended up staying at the condos down the road from the hotel. At first we were excited that we will have access to a full kitchen and living room as well as a hot tub. Pros (+) I love that the pool and hot tubs are available to use 24 hours. The free hot breakfast is great! There is laundry on site, as well as a gym. There's also free wifi and it's pretty good as long as the weather isn't too bad. Same for the satellite tv.
Cons (-) Not all rooms are the same! At first we were put into a very small room with the tv beside the bed, instead of across. I did not like that at all. But the staff was very nice and we were able to switch rooms. Parking may be an issue if the lodge is fully booked.
