10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was a perfect stay from check in to checkout. From the time Stuart and Shane checked us in and finding accommodations for my Corvette and Harley, all the way till to our final breakfast, this was an ideal place to stay on the mountain. And speaking of the included breakfast, Shane wasn't lying when he said it was the best in all of Telluride. The room had a balcony, fire place , small kitchen and a steam shower, which included use of a private hot tub on the top floor overlooking the mountain. We will be back next year, same time.

Pros: This extraordinary boutique hotel was a perfect mix of elegance, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service! 10,0 Excellent
Pros: Telluride is an amazing place to visit for starters! The Lumiere was beautiful! The boutique style hotel was perfect for our weekend getaway. The room was larger than most. The valet and front desk attendants were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was set up in a buffet style but there were not any hot items except the option for toast or bagels. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
7,9 Good
Pros: The staff was outstanding in every aspect of our expectation. Our luggage was lost and they were great about seeing to it that we were informed when it arrived. The breakfast layout was second to none that we have ever experienced!!!
Cons: The late night false fire alarm was trying. However, I do appreciate the concession. the biggest complaint that we have is that the bed is far too hard for our comfort. I am not sure but it just seems way too hard and we hardly slept all weekend.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Stunning hotel. The staff was amazing. I cant wait to come back and stay again.
Cons: I wish I was staying longer

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, right next to gondola loading area, quiet, 10%discount for spa treatments, spa located near lobby. Fireplace in room. Robes provided for hot tub/sauna. Great breakfast included.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We love Camel’s Garden. Amazing location and facility any time of year.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: First thing I want to say: the pictures do not do it justice! We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was so spacious! We loved our view of the gondola and sunsets between the mountains, from the rooms or the lovely balcony which was perfect for coffee and wine. The bathtub was amazing. Huge and with a sloped wall to lean back and relax. Fireplace was pretty and easy to use. Bed was extremely comfortable. We traveled as a group of 3 and the sofa was also extremely comfortable - so much so that I didn’t even attempt the sofa bed, but I suspect it was at least adequately comfortable too given the quality of the couch. Didn’t use the steam room but it looked great. Hot tub was phenomenal for a soak looking up at the peaks. Lending library, breakfast included (with lox! And views and breakfast area!), free apples, location near at least three great restaurants, all great bonuses. Oak which is the restaurant in the lobby is a solid and fun BBQ place with a very diverse menu - even vegans could find good options. Didn’t use the Aveda salon and spa which is right off the lobby but for a longer stay that would have been perfect. Also didn’t have a chance to use the hiking trails that are right by it but that’s another perk for those who are staying long enough to do that. Staff was extremely friendly and professional, and in conversation we learned the owners are excellent employers, which is a nice finishing touch. This place is on the affordable end of Telluride, particularly for still having a flexible booking policy. Don’t hesitate!
Cons: Nothing! Extremely light sleepers may want to request a room further from Oak and the Gondola Plaza. Noise was over by 11 for us on weekdays, not sure if that’s longer on weekends, but wasn’t too loud and blockable with earplugs.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: There are wonderful perks with this hotel.

Pros: Location, historic charm, on-site restaurant was exceptional
Cons: Small-ish room and bathroom, lots of stairs may not be for everyone

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect
Cons: Very noisy at night and early morning Our room was over the kitchen and bar
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Super comfortable and beautiful old hotel. Great service. High price was a negative and the cable was broken. I did not get to watch tv, but my breakfast was free. 5-star service. Great rooms and charming feel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old hotel in great location in Telluride. We were upgraded to a King room with a view over the main street as it was our honeymoon. The room itself was fantastic, lots of character, comfy, great bathroom. We had breakfast in the Hotel every morning and it was always perfect. The bar next door is also a great spot to have a drink in the evening. Easy walk to the Gondola and everything else that Telluride has to offer.
Cons: It does get a bit noisy on the street at night from the bar or from the trucks plowing the snow off the road. Otherwise it's a great hotel.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, right on the main strip. Room was very clean. Beautiful establishment. Room accommodations were available.
Cons: No parking, except in residential area, felt bad for using residents parking areas. Checkin desk was not visible. Did not feel welcomed as soon as I walked in the building. The gentleman at the checkin desk was very nice.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable and clean and the hotel restaurant is exceptional.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: This is a very cute restored hotel, centrally located in Telluride. Everything is within walking distances. The only room for improvement would be to include a mini-fridge in the room.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: Room was a little small
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Located close to everything you’d like to do. Atmosphere of hotel was relaxing. Service was excellent at the bars, restaurants, and front desk. I’d definitely stay there again.

5,4 Okay
Cons: There was no hot water to take a shower on Sunday morning.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: location, privacy, great reception, dog friendly
Cons: overpriced mediocre room service( food and service), everything closed early, couldn't order breakfast New Years day at 1030am? Non English speaking staff made getting towels and coffee a challenge. Waited 1 hour for towels at bath time, forgot coffee order placed night before twice, 3 calls to get a coffee beverage at 6pm New Years eve.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Unique in its layout... Nice atmosphere and decor...
Cons: Not that we were there to watch TV.. But we had one show we wanted to see (being the time we were there was perfect) and it was the only station that had bad "snow reception".. Figures.. No ice vending on our floor, I suppose we were to call for it.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The Madeline was above and beyond our expectations. The fitness room had more than we needed, the pool and hot tubs were the perfect temperature with a magnificent view of the mountains and sunset. The complimentary s'mores was a nice touch as well.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were spacious, clean and updated. Easy access to skiing and the village. We were surprised several times with small thoughtful gifts like hydration water, gingerbread hot chocolate, and sodas. Staff was always courteous.
Cons: Priced very high. (Over Christmas though)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location and a beautiful hotel close to great restaurants, shopping and breathtaking views.
Cons: The only thing I would change is more light in the bathroom. So, you see, it was nearly perfect.

6,0 Good
Pros: Room is nice, clean and comfortable
Cons: Out of season, no dinner server, which can be expected, but in the morning also no breakfast and the coffee bar was out of creamer, turned out no creamer even in storage. This way they can better just close the hotel out of season
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The lobby was so beautiful. Cookies were great and tasty. The room was beautiful. Great view and downtown was a walk away. Thank you for a great couple of days
Cons: I wish the restuarant was open but it was off season
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful stay and amazing staff!! My only complaints would be that the room we had, didn't fit the description given and the neglect to tell you about the $60 a day deposit that is required at checkin, which you're obligated to pay or you will forfeit what paid on your reservation. Other than that, it was truly a wonderful visit, will definitely go back!!!
7,9 Good
Pros: Nice big room and good facilities. Friendly driver for the shuttle.

3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Beautiful views, walking distance to gondola. Friendly staff.
Cons: Decent amount of mold in the grout and ceiling of the bathroom shower. Charged $25/night resort fee and $24/night valet fee not known at time of booking. Pool/ hot tubs closed at 8pm. No microwave in room. Too warm at night with no A/C.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The spa, workout facilities and both pools were wonderful.
Cons: The beds were quite soft. Our room was close to the atrium and the noise from there was quite loud. We finally complained at 12:30 am, but were surprised that the hotel staff didn’t ask them to quiet down earlier. We also had a room next to a barking dog
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location and view.
Cons: Valet is expensive.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had the most amazing experience! We went for my husband’s birthday and the resort went above and beyond! They made sure that we got an upgraded room and a bottle of champagne for no extra cost! The location was also amazing and only took about five minutes walking to get to the gondola. We didn’t have to get our car once while we were there.
Cons: That the valet parking for $24 a night.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was really polite and curtious. Very clean place.
Cons: The only complaint I have would be the bed we slept on. I know everyone is different but our bed was really hard. Didn't sleep well any night. Jets in the master bath tub didn't work also. Was disappointing to get in there to relax and they didn't work.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The view
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property and the location was spectacular! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant was excellent, especially the view from the patio. This is a pet friendly property too!
Cons: Valet parking is expected at a property like this and the attendants were fantastic, but it was a bit cumbersome to not have easier access to your vehicle at a moments notice.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff! Room was spacious and modern. We hated to leave.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location is amazing for skiing. Amazing Views Great amenities
Cons: Didn’t feel very staffed Told several times by staff that they couldn’t find enough help yet Rooms are dated Tv didn’t work well and poor quality
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Spectacular views, easy access to Mountain Village shops and the gondola, good recreation facilities, including outstanding gym and indoor/outdoor pools. If you like hiking, there are numerous hikes within walking distance, ranging from fairly easy to really challenging. We were there last week of August, which is a slack time for visitors, so had no difficulty finding reservations for any service we wanted, either at the hotel or elsewhere. The property is well maintained, and we had excellent weather, so spent considerable time outside. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful, although there are clear variations in experience level.
Cons: The first room we were given was a disaster. The hotel switched us to a second room quickly, but the construction in the next door room sounded like multiple jackhammers operating simultaneously. Hotel staff understood why they needed to move us to a third room, but should have known about the construction next to the second room before putting us there. The third room was attractive, with a great view and balcony, but the air conditioning didn’t work and the mattress on the bed was very worn and uncomfortable - made sleeping difficult. With a good mattress and better climate control, the third room would have been great.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The Spa Services
Cons: The textiles on the bed are uncomfortable, thick waffle weave blanket-extremely rough even over a sheet. When you need a good nights sleep, warmth and coziness in mountain conditions really matter.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: we Make a bi-annual visits to the Peaks Resorts and Spa with our dogs. The view from the sunset alpine vista room with the balcony always comfort us. We loved the recently remodeled room with a nice shower and the big tub. Everything was clean and staffs are always pleasant. Easy access to the Gondola station is also a plus! The steam sauna was very soothing with aroma of eucalyptus. We will come back again in Spring 2021!

7,7 Good
Pros: It was a nice, basic mountain lodge. Clean and had a great patio view.
Cons: Definitely more for skiing season. The room had one bedroom and a small living room that was small/slightly uncomfortable to hang out in. A better place if you just need to sleep.
6,2 Good
Pros: Staff was friendly and tried to help . . .
Cons: The room (which we could not see when reserving on Kayak) was literally the smallest hotel room I've ever seen - a glorified closet actually. We also could not determine if it had one queen or two doubles - the fact of a single double proved highly difficult for my 19 year old daughter and I since it literally took creative engineering to fit the cot in the room . . . all this for only $200+ per night . . . buyer beware
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful view from the room, comfortable bed, easy walk to the nearby gondola that goes to town, relaxing hot tub and sauna.
Cons: The lower level room didn’t let in a lot of light and the hallway could get a little noisy from other guests and the housekeepers. Complementary breakfast, or a voucher for the restaurant, would have been appreciated.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Difficult to describe the resort. We arrived late and no one was there to check us in. Keys were left. Easy to access and everything was in order. We were there just to sleep and up the next morning to next location. Overall everything was fine.
8,6 Excellent
Pros: Mister in room for dry air. Tub size. Bed comfort.
Cons: Price. No stopper for bathtub.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Accessible to slope, and the Gondolas. Very clean and beautiful.
Cons: Although I didn't really need to interact with staff, I witnessed some troubling customer service. Get angry at them, and they get angry right back. Made it a little awkward waiting to ask a question with a guest and person behind the desk yelling at each other.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing views with great access to the town via the free gondola. Pool has amazing views!
7,3 Good
Pros: Great bed, hot shower, great views
Cons: Staff was a bit young and really unprofessional. A huge party over 2 days took place at the common area with blasting rapping music and 100 college aged kids taking over the pool and hot top so a 30 something like me wasn't able to relax in the tub at 10pm after the days activities. The staff didn't try to stop anything from happening. Would not stay here again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: location
Cons: power outage

4,0 Okay
Pros: The location is near downtown
Cons: There are 6 parking spaces for all the numerous rooms. Parking is on the street and difficult to find. The hotel says it is handicap accessible but to check in you have to go up 8 steps. Breakfast is 3 small tables in the lobby with cereal and a roll.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Convenient to lifts and downtown. Friendly staff
Cons: All good
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff, value.....
Cons: This place was perfect.... No complaints.
6,0 Good
Pros: This was just fine for our one-night stay in an otherwise expensive town. The quality of the sheets and towels was excellent, bed comfortable. The minor issue that we had was dealt with quickly and courteously.
Cons: Tiny. No curtains to block the light that is on all night. The TV is directly above the microwave, which is sitting on the mini-fridge. The outlets barely grip whatever you try to plug in. I'm guessing they have more expensive rooms with nicer amenities.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: great location, within walking distance to many great restaurants, shops & the gondola.
Cons: layout to the office was a bit maze-like and the breakfast area was quite cramped.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location was good, short walk to the town gondola and lots of restaurants. Room was fine, but a bit worn. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. Great hot tub!
Cons: The breakfast was sparse. Only plus was the oatmeal made to order. No tissues in the room. Very difficult to control heat in the room. Had to open windows and use the provided fan to cool room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location. Cozy but small room but it was perfect for the two of us. Free parking. Only 1 block from the gondola and 1 block from the main strip. Great value. Very friendly staff. Would stay there again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: 100 yards from gondola
Cons: there is no elevator for grandma
7,0 Good
Pros: The location was great and house dog was adorable. One staff was super helpful and friendly.
Cons: The coffee wasnt served until 7:30, which for me, is a litlle late. And noise level pretty loud but worth the savings if you dont need the sleep.I travel with my own flat pillow-hint. Overall nice stay.
7,9 Good
Pros: great location, stayed there before

And speaking of the included breakfast, Shane wasn't lying when he said it was the best in all of Telluride. The room had a balcony, fire place , small kitchen and a steam shower, which included use of a private hot tub on the top floor overlooking the mountain. We will be back next year, same time.
Cons: It was all good!

Pros: Room is nice, clean and comfortable
Cons: Out of season, no dinner server, which can be expected, but in the morning also no breakfast and the coffee bar was out of creamer, turned out no creamer even in storage. This way they can better just close the hotel out of season

Pros: The lobby was so beautiful. Cookies were great and tasty. The room was beautiful. Great view and downtown was a walk away. Thank you for a great couple of days
Cons: I wish the restuarant was open but it was off season

Pros: Wonderful stay and amazing staff!! My only complaints would be that the room we had, didn't fit the description given and the neglect to tell you about the $60 a day deposit that is required at checkin, which you're obligated to pay or you will forfeit what paid on your reservation. Other than that, it was truly a wonderful visit, will definitely go back!!!
