Pros: What a delight! This is a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Happy hour, with complimentary drinks and snacks, is a great idea, where everyone congregates to meet one another. The homemade hummus and pita bread on 1 night and cheese and meats selection on another were a delight. Breakfasts were Devine with homemade blueberry pancakes & maple syrup, fresh home baked cakes and great sharing omelette. Beach passes along with beach chairs are supplied - what a great idea. What a lucky find! It we are visiting the area again, we will be sure to stay. Thank you for a great stay.
Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The property is in a convenient location The staff are very friendly and eager to assist at all times. We enjoyed the complementary happy hour - this is certainly not something that you get even at the best hotels.

Pros: Very nice place. Away from the main area but within easy walking distance down to the marina. Rooms were nice and good sized with an overhead fan and another fan in closet. Nice little outdoor patio with o bistro table and chairs overlooking the nice grassy grounds with hammocks, lawn games and a bbq area with 3 bbqs to use. The continental breakfast was great and a large gathering room with table to eat or play games. The gal on staff was super sweet and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Also dog friendly with no weight restrictions.
9,1 Excellent
Pros: The rooms have just been renevated. It's a small hotel. They were so nice. Actually called us to tell us the room was ready early. It is close to everything. The staff will help with recommendations from place to visit, things to do and yummy food, based on your preferences.
Cons: A nice bath mat would be appreciated on the stone floor. Hooks to hang up things in the bathroom. Another chair in the room would be nice.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was very quiet and peaceful.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and professional. Great location and beautiful grounds. The little "extras" made the place even better such as thick towels, name brand toilet paper, luxurious bath products, water and snacks, Keurig in the room with creamer and sweetener, etc.
Cons: We thought everything was pretty great. If I had one complaint, it would be that we didn't feel that the pillows were very comfortable but that could be a matter of preference.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Large, comfortable, very clean room overlooking a lovely green space. Reception was super - desk clerk accompanied us to our room and provided great recommendations on things to see and places to eat in the area. Definitely recommend.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very, very, very quiet and comfortable room. Snacks, water and coffee are always available. HOT TIP! If you're celebrating a special occasion or just want a fantastic dinner... try Fiore's, right across the street!
Cons: Not a big deal, but if you're expecting elevators... nope! Also, walking to the gondola complex or casino's is a stretch!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable and very clean. We loved the snacks that were set up in the room for us! Love the fireplace and sliding glass door to the little patio overlooking the grass/trees! Walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. Jasmine was very sweet!
Cons: Nothing - it was amazing!

Pros: Our names were on our lodging door, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel like one of the family. We sat under the pines with a glass of wine while juice and crackers were served to the two children. The children identified this experience as much better than the house rented near Homewood! Top experience for hospitality!
Cons: Identified as a B&B, it was a bit more like a motel accommodation but all the hospitality of a B&B was present and accounted for - and deeply appreciated.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: My girlfriend and I had the best time here. The property is close to the town centre (10-15 min walk or less than 5 min drive) and to three of the best restaurants in South Lake Tahoe. Breakfast is simply amazing, with Linda making something new and fresh everyday. Don’t miss the happy hour between 5 and 6 pm and enjoy the company of Johan and Linda. Great, great, great. Bellissimo!

Pros: Bed was comfortable, room is really nice, the location is pretty good. It has a pool and a hot tub which are very nice.
Cons: The room was really hot for some reason (our visit was during the summer), there was no control of the heater/AC, so we opened a window and it was still pretty hot.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: From the very beginning of the check in process we had amazing customer service provided to us by the staff!! Staff are superstars at making everyone feel welcome and comfortable! The property is spotless from the rooms to the cute quaint pool!
Cons: NOT ONE SINGLE THING!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Printer in the room was a nice surprise.
Cons: Television volume was surprising low. No AC, but your just not going to get that in Tahoe.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Location was fantastic--could walk to dozens of restaurants/shops, the lake, etc. Outside of property was cute, with a pool, games to play, etc. Despite being on a big street it wasn't loud. Service was good.
Cons: The room could've used updating. In particular, the mattress on the king size bed was uncomfortable. We honestly didn't get very good sleep, and that was the number one disappointment. With some updates to the room, the stay could've been much better.

Pros: Vallet was included. Was a nice convenience with all the ski gear.
Cons: Nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, full kitchen, multiple living spaces, gorgeous views, beautiful living spaces, great for large groups.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was wonderful! Best service I have ever had! From beginning to end!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I think the thing I liked most was the location. While the Gondola portion of Heavenly is not my most favorite, staying at the villas is just so convienent. Once you park you never really have to leave. Supermarket is across the street, cinemas are on site, so many good restaurants are also on site, there’s so much to do within walking distance. It’s really what sold me. Secondly, since there are so many nice places that offer the same close proximity of the gondola is the villa itself. We had plenty of room for our party of 7. We cooked most nights, then frequented the pool area. So relaxing. And very spacious. Not all accommodations can offer the room to stretch out with 7 persons in a room.
Cons: Maybe communications on what was going on activities wise. For instance I didn’t even know there was a ski check until the end of my stay, it could have made my stay so much easier by checking ski equipment rather than lugging it up to the room each day.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I love that it is so convenient to everything! I only had to use my car twice during my whole trip. Everything was walking distance!
Cons: I'm not sure what had happened but my car had valet parking. And they returned my car with wheel/ tire was flat

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Really well thought out resort with great access to beach and restaurant/bars. Rooms couldn’t have been more comfortable and the heated bathroom floor was a nice touch.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We like the room size. Liked the heated toilet seat.
2,9 Mediocre
Cons: We've had a painfull and horrific experience, I fell in the shower due to an unacceptable and dangerous slippery tile floor. an accident report shows a sprain to my right foot which has put me out of commission for the next three to four weeks . and the shocking part of this iwhole incident was the fact that the hotel charged s for the one nights stay.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the location, hotel restaurant, access to beach, shuttle service to town, nice room.
Cons: Had a bathroom sink leak which took away from the hotel room experience. I told staff on Saturday night. They offered to fix but was late and we wanted to sleep. We left next day.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Was such an amazing experience! Everyone was polite and got everything to us as soon as we requested it! Definitely will be going back
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, perfect for the lake. Jimmy's restaurant was very nice and the wait staff were great!
Cons: We booked a pet friendly room for our dog, we were told we could only stay on the ground floor next to the lake car park. It was very noisy and the nightly cost did not match my experience. I am a seasoned traveler and this was not good value for money.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice rooms and nice hotel design and style and close to the beach.
Cons: It is located on the road, so the room will either look at the road or the parking lot.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The views
Cons: Nothing.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Had a good restaurant and free bike hire
Cons: Rooms were a little outdated
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great. Room was incredible. Will stay there again.
Cons: The restaurant wasn’t very attentive but we noticed that was the case in all of South Tahoe. That wouldn’t keep us from staying there again.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The on site restaurant, Jimmy's had excellent food and drinks. The view was great from the patio. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. One of the few hotels right on the lake and a complimentary beach pass was a nice perk.
Cons: Sound deadening could be better, could hear the guests above my room
6,7 Good
Pros: Great location. Nice room
Cons: Overpriced. Hard to find main entrance. Champagne not offered until I asked. Passed through some narrow hallways before getting to elevator. Self parking is limited and far

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location was central to everything.
Cons: The area can be a bit touristy but if you select your days well you can avoid the crowds to some extent. The crowd is very family oriented so it was good from that perspective.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and kids friendly
Cons: No view
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The programs the resort offers and the pool.
Cons: Nope
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Felt I was in a cabin, and homey I felt very comfortable
Cons: No all was perfect
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Would have liked thicker comforter - not bad but not like a cloud
Cons: Robes are nice in the closet
7,5 Good
Pros: All the staff I had contact with were outstanding. Rooms were good as always with Marriott.
Cons: Fire & Ice was pretty bad and the staff (some) were over bearing and tried to push us into eating. The person who greeted us was trying to sell something that wasn't really there.
7,1 Good
Pros: If you have a family, this would be a fairly nice place to stay. The rooms and amenities were nice. The location was very good.
Cons: We were there on our honeymoon, and the facility didn't really have anything aimed at couples. Families are very nice, but we were hoping for something a bit more romantic. There wasn't food/bar service at the pool, which was a deterrent from coming back. We planned on spending lots of time at the pool, and ended up leaving the property often in order to find places to enjoy a romantic meal and conversation.
6,0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The cleaning crew folded and hung up dirty towels like they were clean. We hang up our towels if we will use them again but the towel on the floor that was obviously very dirty was folded and hung up. It was disgusting.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: As an avid snowboarder, I loved being able to leave my room, exit the hotel and immediately get on the gondola to ride the mountain! Also, it was nice that there is a small convenience store in the lobby where you can grab beer, wine, cereals, etc.
Cons: The bed was HARD as a rock!!! I read a few reviews that were complaining about how hard the beds are here but I ignored them. Sure enough, the reviews are correct... the beds are super firm here! (Considering how great this place is, I can overlook this.)
7,9 Good
Pros: The entire staff in every capacity, was most friendly and professional throughout our time there.
Cons: The room for luggage in the room was very limited as was the drawer space.... limited drawers. There was not even a luggage rack provided. We only had two large suitcases and even with that, it was difficult to find a space where you could easy access to your clothing on a daily basis. The closet space was decent for hanging purposes and placement of shoes, but you could not fit a large suitcase in the closet due to permanent racks. Also, the distance from our room to the lobby and main entrance was extensive...…… very long walk to and from.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The location is fantastic, the pool is great. My kids loved the youth club with xbox and wii. The room was pretty spacious and the kitchen was more than we needed.
Cons: I wish there was another parking option other than the 29$ valet.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: It is right in the Heavenly village so you can walk to everything.

Pros: The location was beautiful right on beach. Room was right on beach. This is the only true thing said about hotel.
Cons: The room needs upgrades. The shower was horrible. No microwave for the price we paid. Not enough chairs to accommodate guests. Only 1 elevator. Also it says private beach which makes you think it will only be hotel guest using it, well think again.

Pros: Great location, nice amenities, friendly staff.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: The ideal spot with superb lake views. The room was clean and the bed very comfy.
Cons: Many roadworks taking place which delayed movement around the lake.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great, scenic location. Quiet, many conveniences nearby. Also, good eating facilities nearby. Room very comfortable, immaculate. Microwave & refrigerator very handy. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but they looked really nice.
Cons: All was good; the hallways were a little dark, could use a spruce up, but it didn’t bother us at all. Just an FYI, the property is on the busy road. The buildings near the front are near enough to hear traffic noise, but not bothersome to us at all.
5,8 Okay

Cons: No breakfast or food vending
5,4 Okay
Pros: The staff was nice
Cons: Paid for a lake view. It's across the a very busy street. We were on the 2nd floor so our "view" which I paid a premium for was not that great. must stay on 3rd. floor. Cleaning crew did not come until 4PM, we were already back in our room. Called for additional towels. Completely disatisfied with the experience at this hotel. PS: bring your own pillows.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Big, roomy, updated, easy for parking.
Cons: The heater did hold at a temperature. It only gets warmer. Maybe it's broken. Otherwise the hotel is very nice.

Pros: Very attentive staff, location, parking, discounts they had with local businesses.
Cons: Small tv, bed runner had stains, bed wasn’t very comfortable. Picture shows very modern and updated rooms in line with a four star hotel but in reality it looked a little old like a three star.
7,5 Good
Pros: Robes, clean,balcony
Cons: Coffee tasted like dirt, bed was so hard , tough to get comfortable to sleep, Disappointed that I couldn’t get in hot tub when my achy body hurts in the morning, disappointing to the view of lake , no picture to display what you get , I would of picked different place, I payed extra more than I would ever pay because I wanted the best access to lake and view

Pros: Location was great, room was quiet and clean (we had a one bedroom suite) I would definitely stay here again and bring our kids next time.
Cons: Bed was too soft, heater in master bath was broken, HBO kept cutting out while trying to watch Game of Thrones!! Parking lot was being redone while we were there so we kept having to rotate where we parked but it wasn't a huge deal

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Clean, quiet, rooms set back from the street, full breakfast available, bed and pillows were comfortable, variety of sizes, room was well appointed.
Cons: GPS is a little funky right where this hotel is, so be prepared to turn the wrong way to get anywhere you're trying to go to leave the parking lot.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is strategic, good breakfast
8,3 Excellent
Pros: 1) Nice location. Plenty of parking space. Close to the all attractions (the beach, shops, restaurants). Izabella Ristorante Italiano is a great Italian restaurant that is in 50 meters. Just do not forget to reserve a table in advance.
Cons: 1) The carpet in the room looked quite clean. However, after a few minutes of playing on it, the knees of our baby became dark. I do not know if it is a carpet color or dirt, but it was hard to wash off. 2) Overpriced (as everything in Tahoe in summer). 3) The breakfast area is too small. I suggest adding more tables outside. The breakfast itself is average.

Great service,, great food and beautiful view. Within one mile of the Nevada line which has many restaurants and casinos if you like that sort of thing.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, room was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful, would recommend this hotel highly.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were lovely! Clean and spacious. Fridge in the room was great. Little bit of a walk to the main village centre but easily doable!
Cons: We had a room right at the top of the stairs - the only issue we had was noise with people obviously walking past our room given the location of it, late at night. But it wouldn’t stop me from staying again!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice staff and very clean. Loved the free bikes to ride thru town.
Cons: No elevators
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The suite was excellent value for money, with a wet room and massive bed. My wife didn’t want to leave the room. Complimentary bikes to explore the area were a lovely bonus.
Cons: Think they’ve missed a trick by not providing food or having a bar although there are plenty of places nearby that do so wasn’t an inconvenience.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Super comfy bed and pillows. Two showers and an amazing heart shaped jacuzzi bath tub in lovely open plan suite. Plenty if towels and a fridge, microwave and coffee machine.
Cons: The separate toilet didn't have a handbasin inside. You had to come outside to the kitchen area to wash your hands.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing room and location, the place was way beyond perfect. Jacuzzi tub was perfect size for two people and the room setup was exactly what I was looking for for an extended anniversary vacation.
7,9 Good
Pros: Near the lake. Comfortable.

Pros: The spa.

Pros: The hotel is pretty decent. The remodel is nice, there are still a few things that need taken care of. The spa baths should be replaced. All in all it was a great stay and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Pros: Location is great, Just across from the village. Staff was friendly through the whole experience.
Cons: Room smelled musty or moldy, ceiling fan was broken, smoke detector was broken. No air conditioning.
6,3 Good
Pros: Location is the key
Cons: The price for the small room
7,9 Good
Pros: Close to pretty much everything
Cons: Very warm in the rooms. Air con was very noisy
4,2 Okay
Pros: I did not like anything about it.
Cons: Rooms were very small. We booked family room which was supposed to be a double room. It was a very small room and a closet size room that had a bunk beds. I think they should not advertise family room as double room. It is very misleading for the guests. It is very expensive for what they offer.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are very comfortable and the location is great.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Motel room was clean and boutique looking. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Close to beach and shops.
Cons: Room was on the small side but perfect for a couple.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Front office staff was nice and helpful.
Cons: Walls were paper thin - we could hear some old Suck man coughing something up all night You can’t get coffee in the front reception area until 730am They forgot to clean our room Parking lot is difficult to maneuver
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was super clean and cozy
Cons: N/A
7,5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: It was probably about 50 years old but appears to been kept up. But the room and bathroom is really small, the shower looks like it was recently redone. I probably would stay there again if I was alone or some different.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was very convenient
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are clean and updated, great location. Staff was very nice.
Cons: Pillows were too hard.
6,5 Good
Pros: The location. You're walking distance from everything. Right in the center. But you're off the Main Street, which makes getting your car out way easier.
Cons: It's kind of run down and scary haha But my opinion is, I don't plan to spend my vacation in a hotel room. So it was ok.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room and the bed were extremely comfy. The kitchen was very nice, and the instructions/information was helpful. The lodge is close to many things!
Cons: Maybe the pull out bed from the sofa? It was not comfortable according to my friends.
6,2 Good
Pros: Hospitality was average, maid service was good.
Cons: Gap under front door letting cold air in, heater system very inefficient (took a whole day to get to 68 degrees), smelled like any killer spray when we checked in the room, one 2'x2' section on the bedroom floor was always warm, small 2'x2' section in front of the bathroom sink stays warm but not in the area where you would stand while using the sink (both as if there was a heated floor but was placed in the wrong area), couch cushions were had as a rock, just needs to be updated if the want to charge the price they charge per night. We were there from 12/31/15-1/3/16, premium because of New Years but not with the $200 per night. Also, something in the room made my skin break out in bumps and hives, maybe the laundry detergent they use? I don't know. I will not be coming back here again.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: We arrived on Saturday around 9:00 and office was closed. So we were not aware that office is not open 24-7 and had to wait for our friends to arrive back to room and open it for us. Basically if guests will arrive out of office hours they will not be able to get in to the room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in a very good good 1-bedroom apartment. Apartment is clean and well designed. It has all you need, including proper kitchen. Great price to value, especially for a small group of skiers.
7,0 Good
Pros: Great location, fairly quiet, double pane windows
Cons: Interior walls don't seem to be well sound insulated. Hydronic heating system doesn't seem to cool (only heats).
7,7 Good
Pros: It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were bigger than I expected and the play area had a BBQ and a net for badminton and volleyball which the kids loved. They also had a small selection of videos in the lobby. It was within walking distance of the casinos, shopping and the lake.
Cons: It was a little noisy with traffic, but the hotel itself was very quiet.
7,7 Good
Pros: When I got there they did not have my reservations on file. The lady was very nice and called and they found it. I had booked it for 2 days but was very sick when I got there, (Bad cold) so I asked the lady at the front deck, if I can just stay one night and she said yes, they will just charge me one night. Very nice people working there.
6,0 Good
Pros: We really liked the kitchen unit and the location of our unit.
Cons: They only had one washer and dryer. You needed to get the key to use the facility and the hours were limited up to 8:00 p.m. on week nights.
6,8 Good
Pros: Friendliness of staff and location.
Cons: Room very dark which could be much improved with some updated window treatments.
6,4 Good
Pros:
Cons: I did not like my reservation experience. When I arrived in hotels system my reservation wasn't entered and I had to wait to clear up this issue. My luck was that hotel had a vacancy, if not I would be without facility
4,8 Okay
Pros: Free internet
Cons: The walls were the thinnest I have ever experienced at any hotel in my life. You can literally hear every word of your neighbors' conversations, day and night.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The whimsical camping theme was very fun! The live music, lights, and camp fires was such a joy for the kids and adults. The staff was nice enough to decorate the room for my daughter for her birthday and even put a gift together for her!
Cons: I was charged $100 for a duvet cover after I left that I did not take. However after emailing the manager it was taken care of promptly and professionally.
7,9 Good
Pros: The location is great, and the room was spacious and decorated nicely. The room was clean.
Cons: For paying over $300 for one night, I would have expected to have a parking spot upon arrival. We were told parking was first come first serve. That's unacceptable. We had to wait until the front desk attendant was off work to move her car so we could park in her spot. We waited about 30 minutes. We came back to the hotel for the night, and enjoyed a beer with friends at the picnic tables. The staff started closing up and took our plastic cups off the table, not even asking if we were done as I still had some beer in my cup. A little communication goes a long way. The fan in our room made a clicking noise that was pretty obnoxious while trying to sleep.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Really fun amenities and areas to relax and hangout with friends. Central located and walking distance to many fun things to do
Cons: Cleaning service could be better
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the grounds and the firepits.
Cons: nothing
7,9 Good
Pros: The location was perfect; less than 10 minutes from the lake, and casinos. The beer garden area was really fun.
Cons: Both hot tubs were out of order.
5,8 Okay
Pros: While I can see that the hip vibe of this hotel would appeal to some people, make sure that your room has air conditioning if visiting in the summer.
Cons: Even though reviews stated that rooms are being/have been updated with air conditioning, the room I received on Aug 28, 2019 did not have the air conditioning unit installed (and was told that there were no available king rooms with air conditioning during the middle of the week). Please note, the in-room air conditioning unit was installed on the wall, all that's been done is a hole been cut in the exterior wall, leaving a large, unsealed opening to the exterior.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome non-casino location, atmosphere was welcoming and decor was very nice.
Cons: Parking is a little tight but we found a spot!
5,0 Okay
Pros: I liked that they had a beer garden, and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash.
Cons: Over $300 for a hotel room that smelled, and zero airconditioning, garbage pickup around the hotel was poor, the smell of urine in the hallways/stairways was horrible. Room was just satisfactory.
6,3 Good
Cons: It could use some updates. No Ac and phone did not work. Breakfast needs some improvements
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location ,short walk to beach and main roads and shops
Cons: Road noise and late nighters not considerate of time
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to activities, shops, and restaurants.
Cons: The king room was below a family room and there is minimal sound insulation. The upstairs neighbors kept us up all night.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Cool vibe
Cons: Many staff members were kinda snarly

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice rooms & beautiful overall resort. Many on-site amenities and a perfect location close to Lake Tahoe, restaurants and entertainment. The staff was also great.
Cons: The check-out time of 10am seems really early. We stayed only one night, and with a 4pm arrival, having to leave by 10am was a bummer. Parking/Check-in (due to parking) was also challenging.
6,7 Good
Cons: They couldn't find my recervation and the resort manager charged me twice and without my authorization I told them to fix the problem and they kept saying the didn't know how to fix it. It was quite disappointing the poor customer service
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean room
Cons: Leaving

Pros: Kitchnette...had all the basic to cook simple meals.
Cons: Parking...
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Small room.
6,7 Good
Pros: I liked the fully equipped kitchenette. Instead of going out to eat we used the kitchen.
Cons: Couldn't turn off the stove. There was no one at the front desk to help so they asked us to go the fuse-box and turn it off. They also didn't clarify where the fuse-box was. I didn't appreciate having to do maintenance work for free.
6,7 Good
Pros: Location.
Cons: Studio room was very small with 2 double beds. It felt cramped.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Parking was difficult at the resort.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Price, location. Check-in/Front-desk staff person was very helpful and accommodating despite some challenges with parking.
Cons: not enough parking. charging a "resort" fee, but not feeling much of a "resort" feel.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location on the lake. Check-in and concierge staff were very nice, cordial and intent on you as a guest the the best out is the stay.
Cons: The lighting in the room was very dim in the bedroom. It was hard to read anything on paper. I had a two room single to double entry, room A and B. The light was out in the entry way to the two rooms. To get any light upon entry/exit I had to hold open the entry/exit door to see and open the next door. Otherwise, it was completely dark in the tiny atrium to the two separate rooms. The hallway room signage was terrible and inadequate. I got lost easily going in and out of my car. The parking was inadequate for the size of the facility. Parking is like plumbing. What city allows homes to be built without adequate parking? The same holds true for a hotel. The hotel should have never been built as large as it is if it can’t provide parking to fit the size of the hotel.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, comfortable, clean. Nice pool and jacuzzi, had fun playing pool and table-tennis.
Cons: They made us accept 23$ fee for using the Services of the hotel for one night only that was not mentioned at our reservation, this made our stay 23% more expensive. I find this to be robbery.

Pros: The location was impeccable
Cons: Being put in an ADA room... it just felt wasted on us. And the tub was great, but a high step to get in... it should have another step to enter and safely exit the tub when wet.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the place despite our AC was broken. The management gave us 50% OFF one night so I thought that was fair.
Cons: Air conditioner broken told staff morning of our second day. They told us someone would come to our room and fix but no one showed up.
5,1 Okay
Pros: The location is perfect and they allow pets.
Cons: Cleanliness! The couch, carpet and pull out bed were dirty and showed signs of previous guests.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I keep coming back because it feels like home and I love the location.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Room very clean and most staff are very nice and helpful.
Cons: Actually received the most low level room in that hotel seemed due to online reservation. Lot noises from upstairs and neighbors. Did not receive beach access pass in the first day until we asked on second day afternoon.
7,9 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed was a must, exceeded my expectation.
Cons: No laundry facility
7,5 Good
Pros: Great location and super clean room.
Cons: Upgrade towels
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable and clean with a big bed. Everything worked. The bathroom had a bath/shower - I was very pleased to be able to have a relaxing bath. The staff were friendly. Great location close to the beach.
Cons: The room was very dark. The area with the sink and mirror had bright lights, but the rest of the lamps had very dim bulbs. It actually made it difficult to pack/unpack because it was so gloomy, even during the day.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Pool, hot tub
Cons: For the price, this was disappointing. Should have been priced more at the $150 per night range vs $400. Shower needed to be fixed before it would work, lock-off room had little noise barrier, bathroom needs clean-up & maintenance, skimpy on towels and self service blankets and pillows in the lobby - overall experience felt weird for such a high price.

Pros: The convenience of the location.
Cons: I didn’t care for the lighting in the bathroom. One overhead light for a 2 sink area. No way could you properly put on mAke up or fix your hair. There was 4 of us sisters.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: So close to everything. The price was so reasonable. Wish I had time to use the pool and hot tub. The proprieter was super nice.
Cons: Two night stands instead of one. That is all.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location and clean. Staff was very very kind. Great for families.
Cons: The jacuzzi was a bit old and the green carpets
7,5 Good
Pros: Staff was GREAT! And being off the main road and closer to private beach was GREAT! Pretty quiet hotel also. No party noise even on weekend. All in all, it was a good stay and no real complaints except the late availability of coffee/breakfast.
Cons: Breakfast/coffee was served too late in the day! Who in the world wants to wait until 8am for coffee??? Room was really cramped for 3 people and a dog but I did notice there were larger rooms. Not sure if the larger rooms were "pet friendly". Chairs in room were REALLY uncomfortable and there should probably be "grab" bars by toilets because those were the shortest toilets I've seen!
7,9 Good
Pros: I will include boiled eggs for breakfast.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great. Hotel and food is awesome. Friendly staff. Room is super comfy. I'd definitely be back.

Pros: Our cable got burnt after the first night and we didn't have TV for a day. When it couldn't be repaired, the front desk shifted us into an adjacent room.
Cons: The pool could have been bettero
