Pros (+) Close to Stateline.
Cons (-) Overall the facility was definitely not maintained. I latched the deadbolt and had a very difficult time getting it off. If there had been a fire I probably would have had to go out the window. Carpet was among the top 3 dirtiest I have ever seen. No water in the pool which only lended to the overall appearance. Good place to sleep and go.
