Pros (+) Excellent location. Wonderful dinner at Friday's Station with a wonderful and thoughtful waiter, Michael.
Cons (-) No coffee pot, no microwave, no refrigerator, no room service, no maid service, no buffet, no entertainment thanks to mandates from the state of Nevada. Thin walls between rooms. I have not been to Harrah's since 1989 and it looks the same. The hotel, casino and rooms are outdated and need to be refreshed or updated. All the restaurants and cafe were expensive. Pros (+) Staff was efficient, prof, kind. Bellman knowledgeable re hotel history & gave ample instructions on room features. Beds comfortable. Dbl bathrooms great-esp with more than one woman getting ready for an event. Lots of mirrors and good lighting. Plenty of elec outlets for all those devices. Ample closet space with more hangers than most. Glad to have a safe in room. Heating/cooling system quiet. B...
Cons (-) Could be so much more for price. Feels like using luxury features to hide needed maintenance of paint, simple repairs of marred molding and fraying carpet edges. Sheets on both beds were thin with wear and both had actual holes the size of a dime. Our privacy light did not light up like other rooms. Casino way too warm for comfort! Skimping on AC?!

Pros (+) Loved the fact that it was right next to all the shops and had a casino on site.
Cons (-) Wifi costs were outrageous. Parking was tough. Rooms were not very clean. Hotel felt old even though decor was modern. Just doesn't seem like a grand hotel, which is not what it is in the first place. Weekends are about 300% more expensive than week day stays. Stay there if you need a place to sleep as it has a bed and tv. Beds were comfortable.

Pros (+) The hotel rooms are very nice and newly renovated. Most of them come with 2 bathrooms and a couch. Very nice with beautiful views. It's a very convenient location to the heavenly village.
Cons (-) The cigarette smoke in the casino can be pretty overwhelming.

Cons (-) the house keeper ignoring the "do not disturb sign", ringing the door bell, walking in and walking me up at 830am. the counter agent ignoring this complaint and not even offering a discount or anything more than "i'm sorry sir, how would you like to pay the resort fee?"
