Pros (+) The beds were so comfortable. The location is prime for all the downtown local eatieries and casinos
Cons (-) The breakfast is not good. There needs to be more options. The hotel owns a restaurant for goodness sakes. There has to be other and better options

Cons (-) Inm was closed but reservation was still made. Arrived to find hotel empty and paper sign on door. Number provided on the office door didn't connect. Very frustrating but was able to find another hotel for same price and much better services.

Pros (+) the staff were so helpful and friendly. Sean the front desk clerk was wonderful.
Cons (-) I did not like the shower, temperature of the water changed so quickly to too hot or too cold. the water pressure was so poor.

Pros (+) They always had fresh coffee and water in the lobby. I could walk out our door, cross the street and be in the middle of downtown. There were so many restaurants and shops right there.
Cons (-) Our sink was leaking but once we told them it was fixed right away.
