Pros: decent location, small fitness center, a few on-site restaurants Cons: many staff were rude/unpleasant, pool is not heated/freezing, no beach/lake pass, no coffee maker or hair dryer in room, not a good value for the money, $25 parking fee p/night Felt like I was paying for the name; will never stay at this or any HRH in the future.

Pros (+) We really enjoyed the courteous staff at check in and they accommodated it us for a noon check out. We really loved the bed and pillows in the room plus the pool area.
Cons (-) we reported a complaint that our shower head fell off and it almost injured my foot, they never came to fix it and on top of it nobody cared to follow up, we couldn’t take a shower, had no compensation for that hand paid the resort fee on top of it

Pros (+) View was nice. Location right at stateline was really nice. Easy to walk or ride to where we wanted to go.
Cons (-) Can easily tell this was an old hotel that was renovated. AC in room wouldn't get below 75* and when I asked to have a tech come and check it out, they never arrived. Called the front desk late after waiting for someone to come, I requested someone to fix while we were gone the next day. Said they couldn't put in a repair note for the next day.
