Pros (+) Good location - everything in South Lake is in walking distance.
Cons (-) The room wasn't clean. There were stains on the carpet, walls and ceiling. The room hadn't been updated in years, which is fine if you're paying $40/night but I was charged $180/night due to a festival taking place at the time.
