Pros: Loved how comfortable the bed were.
6,0 Good
Pros: The place might not be for everyone. The design is "artsy" and industrial as per manager and exposed concrete might be your kind of thing or not. The manhattan view is great if you don't look down at the houses that are below with with exposed dumpsters. I think it's decent if you're traveling alone, then again this might be perfect for others.

Pros: Beautiful view very classy look
Cons: The stand up shower head
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Manhattan view & toiletries
Cons: Horrible parking situation, on same block as school so good luck Monday through Friday. Restaurant on site not good. Gym has one treadmill and 1 elliptical and that's pretty much it. No iron in room , available upon request
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, accommodated us for an early check in
Cons: A little bare-bones for a 4-star, but compared to comparably priced hotels for the night we stayed I think it was great.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: friendly, chill staff. nice amenities. great view from our room across the river and on the roof
Cons: it's concrete, so doors closing are loud, but not bad.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the room especially the food!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: View from 11th floor corner room was outstanding.
Cons: Not having a coffee maker and a refrigerator in the room!
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was yummy. Great location to get to the subway.
Cons: Need another chair in the room and a luggage rack already in the room (you have to request one).
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I love the balcony ... beautiful
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The decor and cleanliness were lovely, and the location was great - quicker walk to subway and trip to Manhattan than I'd expected. Bed and sheets very comfortable, quality towels, and spacious room and bathroom. View was also terrific.
Cons: The only reasons I'm not giving 5 stars are: not enough towels for a couple (despite asking for more). Breakfast/coffee service ridiculously slow and chaotic. (And really, should you charge a guest for a cup of regular coffee?) Bath products strange-very strong masculine scent to most; strong enough that I didn't feel I could use them. Shower charmingly minimal but not that practical-because it's open at one side, you end up getting water everywhere and it can get chilly for activities like leg shaving.

Pros: I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. how cordial the staff was with us in this stressful time during COVID-19. The cleanliness of the room and the comfortable feeling it gave us. It is quite a luxurious space.
Cons: Well we did not get the opportunity to have access to the wellness center because of the strict guidelines placed by the governor of NY. We would have preferred to dine in at the restaurant and enjoy our meal there. But we completely understand.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Surprised they provide snacks and liquor but for a cost.
Cons: Their tv channels.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff - very helpful and kind. The beds were comfortable. I was only there 1 night for a quick trip to NYC - the price and the room fit my needs for this trip.
Cons: I don't like any of the hotel "resort fees" (and that is for all NYC hotels) - not exactly sure what I was paying for. But I did take advantage of the free breakfast before heading home.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are comfy and the views are great
8,0 Excellent
Pros: This is not a 4 star hotel. Then they add on resort fees.
Cons: Beds remind me of college
10,0 Excellent
Pros: LITERALLY EVERYTHING. WILL BE COMING BACK SOON .
Cons: Breakfast food it was more for show . That’s about it lol
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Broken night stand
7,0 Good
Pros: The tub was huge and comfortable, staff was friendly and tried to accommodate me, the view of the Queens borough bridge was amazing, which is why I stayed there in the first place.
Cons: I stayed at the Z Hotel from February 14-16, 2020. I booked the "Deluxe King room." I was initially excited to stay at the hotel because it was Valentine's day weekend and I wanted to do something social for my partner. I saw the pictures of the room and the view of the Queensborough bridge looked amazing, so I decided to book a stay there for two nights, however, the hotel was nothing that I imagined it to be. My experience there was disappointing, to say the least. When I checked in to the hotel, staff was very friendly, however I was asked for my credit card which I presented, it was swiped, I was given a room number with two room keys, the 50 dollar hold charge was explained to me very quickly and vaguely, I was asked to sign a form which I did. I never recieved documentation, to keep for my own personal records and this is a practice I am not used to, as I have stayed in other hotels prior to this one and I have recieved a printed receipt or confirmation from them, but not there at the Z Hotel. As soon as I walked into my room, I noticed the smell of cigarette smoke and heavily sprayed air freshener of some type which made my stomach queasy. My room was dusty with stains on the carpet, dust flew from the curtains when I drew them back to see the view of the bridge, dust was settled in the window seal, the sink had what appeared to he make up smeared on it. There was also a crack in the sink, which I complained to the Manager of Maintaince about, as I did not want to be held responsible for it after my stay there was over. The grey and white lounge couch in the room had ink stains on it, the window had a hand print and finger prints on it and even the night stands were dusty. The small table near the window was dusty and dirty, and the window had what looked like glue from glue gun stains on the window. I had to call for maintenance.
1,0 Poor
Cons: We had to change our room, 3 times due to bedsheets filled with either make up stains or hair follicles. Would not recommend. (Have visited this hotel, previously in 2018 and it was WONDERFUL, hence re-booking it.)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beer
Cons: New York
10,0 Excellent
Pros: From the minute we checked in until check out the front desk, management and maintenance staff were wonderful! This trip was for my husband and I’s honeymoon. Hotel was low key and romantic. Easy access to Subway lines. We will be back 100%
Cons: The breakfast bar could be better. For the price you pay in fees for your stay the breakfast was sub par. Maybe some scrambled eggs and bacon and toast or waffle maker would really go along way.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent customer service by Danny at the reception desk!!!
1,0 Poor
Pros: The view outside of our room was decent.
Cons: It was about 20 degrees outside and our hotel room had no heat. The thermostat was set to 85 degrees but there were no heat coming out. We had to ask for extra blankets to sleep through the night. Hotel was only willing to reimburse their hotel fee.

Pros: Restaurant / bar was really good. Every room is unique.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout. Facilities were in excellent working condition (shower, toilet,ac etc). A great value - definitely recommended !!

9,0 Excellent
Pros: The room size and the view. The decor was stylish.
Cons: Breakfast could have been better. Also, there was no creamer in the room to go with the coffee.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: One of largest amazing studio size guest room in NYC. Power pressure show head in wide shower room is very comfortable for refreshing. Comfy sofa in living section next of king bed and shower head is the best I've experienced in any hotels I've stayed.
Cons: It's not what I dislike but a coffee maker was not in a great condition and needed some work to make it work. Comfortable and very clean bed linens but other area of cleanness is not something for 4 star quality. Staff are friendly except couple.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Modern decor, great views
Cons: Noise level of dayclub. No water provided for guests other than in the lobby.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was great, we had a little balcony for ourselves. We went there for a wedding which was good because we did have a restaurant and bar in the same building. :)
Cons: Whenever I travel I like to have some stores nearby, I wanted a pharmacy or a bodega and couldn't find one that wasn't closer than a 15 min walk. But after talking to the front desk they did notify me that they have a shuttle that could pick you up or drop you off to the subway stations so that was nice, and if I would have known i could have taken that shuttle to get me easier access to those stores
9,0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in 2 different rooms. The first was nice , the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was sufficient, and the staff was kind. Location is easy to approach, however it's 10-15 minutes walking from the metro stops. But the hotel offers a free pick up/ shuttle to the metro stops.
Cons: In the first room the air-conditioning/ hearing system was a bit off, when we turned off the heating by the morning the room cooled down quite much. That was a bit of an unexpected suprise.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: quiet, clean and beautiful view from my room’s balcony

6,0 Good
Pros: Shuttle was great!
Cons: The fan on the ac/heat was extremely loud!! Poor quality sleep. Stool didn't flush well. Coffee wasn't refilled till we didn't need it. All that was left was decaf. I don't do decaf!! If we were supposed to have a queen bed, we didn't get it. Room 403.
2,0 Mediocre
Cons: They charged me $420 even after the room been paid for don’t go they will continue charging your card with out you knowing then they have no answer to how you getting your money back smh
5,0 Okay
Cons: There was an emergency alarm being tested and sounded in our room for about an hour each afternoon. There was no luggage rack provided for my suitcase. The coffee was terrible and the breakfast was cold.I've stayed at 3 star hotels better than this.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Do not like anything. Not friendly personnel, dirty room, very noisy. Very far from the subway station. Do not reccomennd to anyone.
Cons: Do not reccomend to anyone. On the 6-th floor there is a night club, it was noisy all the night. Even the room was booked four days before, it was given the worst room in the hotel near the entrance to the night club and near the elevator. Couldn't sleep all night long because of noise. The personnel was not friendly and very strange: because of noisy night the personnel proposed as a compensation the free of charge breakfast. When we agreed on that we were told that the breakfast time is over. The room was dirty, the tv remote control didn't work, the air condition system was very noisy. Do not reccomend to anyone at all.
7,7 Good
Pros: The room was up to date and very nice with a decent city view even though we were on a lower floor. The staff was professional and the free parking was a huge plus. We were actually given an upgrade at no cost!
Cons: Our stay was fine, and the lobby was nice, but the hallway and elevator seemed dark and a bit dingy, and made us a little hesitant as to what our room would be like even though the hotel had come highly recommended by a friend. but the room was very nice and a wonderful surprise.
7,0 Good
Pros: The view of the NYC, cleanliness of the room.
Cons: they said the shuttle was free, but we end up paying for it. I asked for extra shampo, and never got it.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ravel Hotel. The Staff where friendly and extremely helpful with any questions I had about the hotel or New York City in general (trust me, there where lots). The rooms where clean, modern, and very spacious with pretty much all the facilities the traveller needs, if not more. The location of the hotel is 10 minutes walk away from the local subway stations. The biggest highlight for me was the view from the rooftop restaurant/bar. It was simply amazing. When I come back to New York City, will I stay at the Ravel Hotel? Most definitely yes
7,7 Good
Pros: Very friendly staff , nice and modern ,
Cons: On Mondays both bars at the hotel are closed , a trip to the city is about 20-30 minutes and there is nothing else in the area . The hotel is very remote , there is practically nothing else there only industry. Felt like a little unsafe area to walk at night . ( hotel did offer free local shuttle service)
6,8 Good
Pros: Good rooms, really helpful staff, fantastic view from the roof terrace, good to be away from the "toytown" atmosphere of midtown Manhattan.
Cons: None really, although it would be nice if the subway stop were about 5 minutes nearer (it's a 10 minute walk).
7,6 Good
Pros: It was close to where I needed to be in Astoria Queens.
Cons: They didnt have enough carts to take your bags up to your room. There wasn't any shower caps in the bathroom .
5,2 Okay
Pros: Pleasant & contemporary.
Cons: Location was too far from city. No room service available, cafe had limited choice of food.
4,8 Okay
Pros: Relatively close to main attractions at reasonable price
Cons: Lack of breakfast facility
6,8 Good
Pros: It is a very tasteful designed hotel with beautiful rooms and view on the East River, Manhattan etc. Nice and helpful staff

1,0 Poor
Cons: No parking , shabby rooms, small bath area, bath door leaking ... not deserve the price at all. Not recommended.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The room was ok, I liked the balcony (although it was not kept very well since there were cigarette butts all over the floor)
Cons: I felt it was over priced for the quality. The shower leaked water all over the floor and the shower had mold in the corners - the floor boards were warped (prob from all the water leaking from the shower)
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was nice and very close to the 7 train, shopping, and restaurants. The attendants were nice and helped us with fast service!
Cons: In our first room, the WIFI would not connect and the desk attendant came up to help figure out why. He then moved us to another room swiftly. This second room - the TV volume did not work, which was very annoying.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The room was nice.
Cons: There was no valet and the receptionist was parked right in front of the hotel so you couldn’t pull up and drop your bags off, I then called the hotel to see where to go to check in they advised me to go around the block and park in a public lot. When I questioned this upon checking in the receptionist offered to move her car but we had already parked and walked to the hotel. We tried to get ice and were sent on a wild goose chase to different floors.
10,0 Excellent

4,6 Okay
Cons: We saw a cockroach in the bathroom, and there are some blood or something looked very dirty on the quilt.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is friendly and everything is clean. Super close to the airport and subways.
Cons: The free breakfast, it was old and cold.
7,5 Good
Pros: Really clean, quiet, nice size rooms
Cons: There should have been some accommodation because there was no breakfast due to COVID - 19 .
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and very quiet. The breakfast was amazing!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Huge dining area with great breakfast with bacon, quiche and cheesy hashbrowns on one of the days. Large staff preparing the food.
Cons: Shady location, dangerous if you walk the area after dark. But if you walk back-and-forth to the subway to Manhattan two blocks away you should be fine.
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: The room was dark, there was always cold. Air conditioner worked really loud. Neighborhood isn’t nice. And the most sad thing - we were overcharged. In reservation room costs 67$ ( with tax) but at check-in we paid 88$. We thought that it was some kind of deposit for the room, but it was 10 days ago and no one’s going to back this 21$. Hotel doesn’t answer. And it’s really sad, we booked this room only because of the cheap price.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Just as requested. Clean room with a good view and the breakfast offered was excellent.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are clean, friendly staff, everyone was great.
Cons: The microwave available for guests to use on the 1st floor is filthy, please clean the microwave so your guests can use.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very prepared to help with any question for tourists. Maps handy to share with guests. Summary of most important sights handy for guests. Staff engagement and friendliness was huge. I especially liked Staff at the reception and at breakfast.
Cons: Perhaps for some location might be an issue (outside Manhattan). Best way to discover a city is by its public transit, NYC's MTA is impeccable; public transit gives you exposure to locals, culture, arts, local social issues, etc., something missed.
5,0 Okay
Cons: The bathroom tub was not clean good. There was hair in the tub and on the shower curtain.
4,0 Okay
Pros: the property was good
Cons: because of covid19 the management should provide microwave. you have microwave available, but you have to go out to 1st floor to reheat our food. as you know you stop immediately the breakfast . we have to buy or order outside food and bring to our room. so? we need a microwave.
