My second stay here. Love the biscuits and gravy at breakfast. My room was secure and clean. The desk staff were delightful. The shuttle from JFK to hotel really helped ease my travel woes. I was too exhausted to eat in the little bar, but my last stay the food was soooo good

The staff incorrectly charged me for the hotel even though it was prepaid. This caused me to have to call traveluro multiple times, and had to speak with the hotel manager about it. All of this was unnecessary and colored the stay as a negative.

I called about a week prior to my arrival date and specifically told their front desk that I will need a quiet room on the higher floor. When I checked in, they gave me a room on the 5th floor near the elevators and ice-maker. The hotel was nothing real special. A typical Hampton Inn with ok amenities. The staff was friendly enough. We were only there for a night to fly out of JFK. Hotels all over have gotten over priced so I try not to hold it against them but for around $300 for a night it wasn't anything special.
