Room did not have working AC and smelled really bad. The outlets they had next to the bed stopped working at some point and my phone wasn't charged the next day. The hot water randomly would randomly cut out while showering. Staff did upgrade my room for free though. I would not stay here for more than one night.

Pros (+) The pool and spa area was old, but served its purpose. Great breakfast dining area, but the buffet area was so packed in the morning, I couldn't squeeze in just to grab a scone.
Cons (-) Super loud. They put our family of 3 (with a 3 yr old) directly across the hall from some sort of male adult gathering. Doors closing/slamming all night. Someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night and woke me up. Way too much activity - the staff never should have put us on the same floor and in the same vicinity as the group on our end of the hall.
