Pros: The staff were excellent, and it was clean, efficient, and professional.
Cons: Nothing.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here for the Farnborough Winter Half in January, for which it is perfectly placed around the corner. Check in is an easy and automatic process though staff are on hand to help if needed. The hotel has an in-house pub, restaurant, gym and pool. I didn’t use the latter two so cannot comment but the restaurant was nice enough with polite, attentive staff and decent food. The pub is quite large with the standard selection of ales and beers and plenty of places to sit. The rooms are quite spacey, functional, business like but better than some five star hotels that I’ve stayed. Clean and tidy, no complaints there.
Cons: The shower head should be able to go higher than it does. I’m not the tallest person in the world but I had to stoop to get underneath it
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Food was good and staff very pleasant and helpful. The shower was excellent.
Cons: Room cups were not cleaned each day , we had to wash them out to make tea.
6,0 Good
Pros: Staff were excellent very willing to help. Shower excellent.
Cons: Fortunately had some antibacterial wipes as the tea tray and the bedside table were pretty filthy. At breakfast I had a dirty cup, I tried 3other tables all had dirty cups. I asked the waitress who brought me a dirty one then went to the kitchen eventually and washed one thoroughly and specially so extremely helpful but cups should be clean. Coffee and tea water were lukewarm.
6,3 Good
Pros: Good location, modern and clean
Cons: Self check-in, rooms very dark, bed legs stick out so you catch your feet all the time, no glasses no soap, heating did not work and the breakfast was very poor with very poor service.
7,0 Good
Pros: Hotel rooms very nice.
Cons: Bar area, food available in sports bar very noisy not for The old and grumpy like me that like a bit of quiet. Food very expensive and a bit limited on choose.

Cons: Expensive average food and when asked for a pint of lager top - got a single bottle of lager and a splash of lemonade in a side glass and charged £2 for the splash! Our meal - my dining partner asked for the potatoes to be replaced with veg please as they were no carbs and told that was ok to do. We were then charged on the bill for a full side of seasonal veg.

Cons: Price of dinner expensive
7,0 Good
Pros: Location and friendly staff
Cons: No air-conditioning meant that ventilation in the room wasn't great - especially as the windows don't open fully. Worse after a hot shower. This meant I couldn't sleep well and ended up having to go outside for a walk in the night to cool off!

Pros: Breakfast was nice and plentiful Gym is more than ample Staff were helpful when i asked for local knowledge Location was picturesque and convenient
Cons: Had to go from room to Bar during room service as i was not able to put the cost on the room and my details had not been taken nor requested on check in. Radiator noise kept me awake even when i switched off the heating, the flowing water through the system was a continual irritant.
6,0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: We were put in room 67 initially and the room was too warm and there were wires sticking out in the batheroom. We were then upgraded at a cost to room 201. This room was nice but it smelt a bit damp. The 4 poster bed was smaller than room 67.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in beautiful grounds and the building is stunning. Location really nice. I want to thank the reception staff Mihah, he was so helpful and accommodating. He managed to sort out an upgrade room for us and we got the honeymoon suite. Such a beautiful room with 4 poster bed. So so happy with that. Thank you Mihah!!!!!
Cons: Very disappointed with the pool and spa facilities. Very very basic. No jacuzzis and the steam and sauna were very small.

4,0 Okay
Cons: It’s old and tired. Desperately needs a refurb.
6,0 Good
Cons: Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the morning so we left early. I'm sure it couldn't be helped as we were there days before the UK closed everything because of the Corona outbreak.
6,0 Good
Pros: location
Cons: Old and worn-out carpets
6,0 Good
Pros: Lovely building and the location was great as we needed to be in central Farnham. Parking was good too - easy to access and always availability. Reception staff lovely. Impeccably clean. Quiet
Cons: Courtyard closed off and back door locked on Saturday night so couldn't get in at 11pm. No sign on door telling you how to get in so had to call main hotel number. Reception explained he was alone and had to do that, but a simple sign pointing to the entrance round the side (which we didn't know about) would have been good. Bar man on Saturday night was curt and unfriendly. Maybe the end of a long night? The room was OK - decorated very nicely but on the small side and we didn't want 2 single beds but the hotel was full. Might have been nice to create a double out of 2 singles but that didn't seem to be an option
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location and building
8,3 Excellent
Pros: It was ideally located in the centre of Farnham and only a few minutes walk from where I was working. It is a period property, but the rooms and facilities are very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

6,0 Good
Pros: Very nice comfortable room with a four poster bed.
Cons: Tea/coffee making facilities not in room - had to go down to bar area to make. This was also where sparse breakfast was available, Serve yourself to tea/coffee/orange juice. as well as make your own toast. ( Cereal and croissants/pain au chocolate also available which was fine).
5,0 Okay
Cons: No cooked breakfast very disappointed advertised 4 poster bed but it was only 3 hot water hit and miss when having a shower
1,0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The property was dark, dingy and filthy. This does not deserve to be called a hotel, one staff person for the hotel, the bar never opened, the one staff member was rude, the breakfast was left out around 6 am to help yourself with a very poor selection, I ended up leaving without even a cup of tea. I have seen better bed and breakfast houses than this. The place need shutting down and updating
8,0 Excellent
Pros: We got an up grade to the largest room with a super king sized bed and a huge bath for two (probably for 4 or more) people. Bath robes in the wardrobe, Free good WiFi and continental breakfast included.

Pros: Liked the room
Cons: Couldn’t find a member of staff Was like staying on the Marie celest

Pros: The room felt private with own entrance. Room is not huge but high ceilings create a sense of spaciousness. I enjoyed the food I had at dinner and the staff was very helpful around my diet requests. Great walks.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The Plume of Feathers is the exactly sort of traditional English village pub everyone thought didn't exist anymore. Oodles of character, excellent food and a lively atmosphere make this a wonderful antidote to the sterile chain-houses that seem to be everywhere nowadays!
7,5 Good
Pros: Character and charm and friendly staff. Very accommodating and good breakfast.
Cons: Was happy

Pros: Room was basic and compact, but exactly what I'd expect for the price.

5,0 Okay
Pros: Nice old pub in a lovely village.
