The Enterprise agent who handled our transaction at the Tucson Airport on January 14 was excellent! And, the Toyota Camry that we rented for seven weeks was clean, spacious, and in excellent condition. A first rate experience overall.Reviewed Mar 8 2023

The pick up process could easily be improved. I waited in line for way too long just to confirm my email and phone number. We arrived seven hours later than we’re supposed to and it was midnight to my children. That line was torture. Everything else was great and staff were friendly. Well two things I booked a car at the airport, which come to find out it was not correct, I then rented a cab to get to the other enterprise location only to find out they overbooked. So I was then stuck there for two hours until I got a hold of a friend to take me out to the racetrack, I then had to hitch rides all weekend to and from the hotel .
