Cons:I paid for a truck but when I got there was told that they had no more trucks, and thus was given a very small compact car. Having a small car hindered us from going down certain icy roads in Yellowstone. I still had to pay the same rate, even though a compact car should be cheaper. FrustratingReviewed Jan 21 2019

Inconvenient drop off and pick up locationsPros:The service this was well staffed, the staff members were efficient and friendly.Cons:They did not have a wide range of vehicles (we rented an SUV) and it was a long outdoor walk to pick up the vehicle from the lot, and an even longer walk to drop off the vehicle. This is not at all convenient given that we had an infant and was rather cold.Reviewed Oct 22 2016
