Cons: Car style was not available. I was offered a smaller car. Ultimately was given a dirty car that I had requested. I did receive a “free” tank of gas, but car was almost empty when I got it. Probably not use again.

Pros: Quick and close pickup. No shuttle needed and just a short walk to the car. Clean is an understatement, as the car only had 3 miles on it. Return was smooth with a close by drop location.

Pros: My pick up was very smooth and I did a one way rental so I was happy with the price for having to take it to a different location.
Cons: The only hiccup I had was when dropping off my car the reservation number was unreadable from the print out so we had difficulty finding my reservation in the computer. When I called my pick up location they were very helpful and gave me the right one.

Pros: The car was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.
Cons: The car wasn't as nice as I was expecting - and my definition wasn't really luxury. It's a $20k car.

Efficient and Easy
Pros: I booked this last minute and everything was ready when I arrived! It was a very efficient and easy rental!
Cons: Had to park in the middle of nowhere to return car but it is a small airport so it isn't so bad.

Pros: We got a great low mileage mini van and it was perfect for our long trip. The budget counter person was very helpful and honest, as we got a mini van that was just returned. It wasn't cleaned and had less than a qtr tank but he told me about it up front and I was good with it.

Cons: Car was not what I booked....I requested large sedan for extra leg room. I am older (also 6'4") and have knee and hip problems ....hence the NEED for extra leg room the average person would not need.....I was not happy and I will not book a rental through these folks again
