As our visit was for a special occasion we were very kindly given an upgrade to the Sea Facing Master Bedroom, which was amazing! Room was huge, immaculately clean, small details such as short bread/bath salts/bath robes/slippers really made a difference and the view was just the cherry on top. Would highly recommend.

3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Just the view is nice. It was the only thing which was what we have expected.
Cons: About reception: The quality of our welcome at reception on our arrival was really poor. After check-in, the staff tried to force us to have the New Year's Eve Dinner at the hotel, by forcing us to make the table reservation straight away, showing us the dinner card just for a couple of seconds. About the room: We have booked a sea view room and get a view of the parking place. We claim this at the reception and the man on the desk answer: we can't provide a sea view room, that's just luck to get one!! As it was New Year's Eve and after a long drive to get there, we were too tired to fight with him. Also, we have to ask about towels as there was missing. Later other guests told us they have to the same problem as we had. The condition of the TV is poor as well. The screen is too small and there was a sound cut all the time. Cleaning was not existing. The carpets in the room were dirty at all, it wasn't vacuumed for at least a couple of weeks. We find some stuff from the previous guests on the floor (e.g. a lighter). Dust all over the furniture. A backpack that we put on the desk and was instantly covered in white dust. In the bathroom, there were hairs in the shower when we arrived. The room meets not at all our expectations. On the website, they say that the standard rooms having been finished to high standards. That's just fake news at all. The carpet is at least 5-6 years old by this condition what we have seen. The paintings on the wall were on some parts not finished at all, you can still see the wood. The matrasses must be older than 2-3 years as it feels like sleeping in a hole. In general: The view and location of the hotel are really nice. But this it. The hotel is like a maze. To find our room, we have to ask a couple of times the staff. For diable people, this hotel is a nightmare. Small doors, the lift is too small at all and you do not have access to all levels with it. The staff, in genera is really friendly.
6,7 Good
Cons: Creaky floor above our room, constantly walking up and down their room till midnight then started again at 6am.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The whole hotel is lovely, quite old fashioned but it's all part of the charm, extremely well priced and in a gorgeous location. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, our room was cosy but absolutely no complaints. Nice range of board games in lounge but could do with being updated a little
Cons: Mattress was slightly too hard but perfect if you like a hard mattress. Kettle placed under the TV facilities

6,7 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly & helpful but that and the location was the only good things about our stay.
Cons: The bed was terrible - it was very hard & the mattress was thin - it had a huge sag in the middle not very good for a nights rest. The breakfast was greasy and by the time it crossed the lobby from the kitchen to the dinning room was luke warm to cold.
6,7 Good
Pros: Beds were comfy, hotel is old and creaky and worn in and has a lot of character!!
Cons: The plumbing is so loud! Flushing the toilet made such a racket!! No water pressure at all in the shower. Staff tried to seat our party of 5 as 2-2-1 at breakfast because they "didnt expect us down so early" (at 8:15, breakfast Is between 8 and 9 according to the guest info book) .
7,0 Good
Pros: Although the décor was a little dated the room was quite large and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfasts were excellent with a good choice. Although I cannot comment on the evening meal as I eat out with friends.
Cons: Apart from the décor there was nothing to complain about.
5,8 Okay
Pros: I traveled with my three year old son who was in his buggy. Staff was very nice and showed me lift and how to get to our room. The room was big with lovely view of the seaside and town.
Cons: the room couold do with some refurbishment, e.g. carpets were quite old and scuffed, It was very basic furniture and only small bar soap for hands. I would do with a blanket as duvet was quite thin and more suitable for Mediterranean climate.
4,2 Okay
Pros: The location View from room as it was sea view
Cons: No one at check in on arrival - no apology or interest in us as guests they did not ask if we have been there before etc and did we have any questions
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Hotel in need of full scale decoration. Place very dirty and carpets threadbare and held together with tape in places. This hotel caters for bus tour companies and not visiting guests.
