The oil at 0% was a little disturbing. When I called, the woman on the line basically told me to keep driving as according to her there were 2,000 miles before an oil change. I said I wouldn't do that and she agreed to exchange vehicles for me. Only problem was I had to go back to the airport to pick the vehicle up. They wouldn't deliver one to me. Also, on the exchanged vehicle, the key fob battery gave out so that didn't work!Reviewed Mar 14 2023

Pros:The car was good and they held my reservationCons:I don't know whose fault this is, Dollar's or Kayak's, but I chose to pick up the car at an off airport site because the price was right and the pick up spot was close to my lodging. However, when I made the reservation to pick up the car at 4 pm on Friday, there was no notice and I was not informed that the pick up counter closed at 4 pm on Friday and did not open again until 8 am Monday. Therefore, when I showed up to pick up the car the counter was closed and we didn't have a car for the whole weekend. Luckily, it didn't impact our trip too much and Dollar didn't cancel my reservation for not showing up on Friday. It would've been nice to get some kind of warning about the hours of the reservation desk at King Kamehameha Hotel so that I didn't have to spend Saturday morning on the phone with Dollar trying to make sure that they wouldn't give my reservation away.Reviewed May 16 2021
