Cons: "Business class on the 3.5 hour flight was just blocking the middle seat in the front of the plane. No leg room, narrow seats. My husband is 6’4”” with wide shoulders. His legs do not fit and therefore extend into the aisle. Flight attendants were constantly bumping into his shoulders. Very cramped We were not aware of this configuration."

Pros: "Clean plan that was only slightly delayed"
Cons: "I was charged for water on a 4+ hour flight. That’s unheard of! Also, the seats didn’t even recline. I will never fly British Airways again"
Pros: "Friendly staff, good food, comfy seats, clean plane"
Cons: "The lights broke on the plane so we all had to sleep with the lights on. That was the only negative."
Pros: "On time."
Cons: "Was an older plan but ok. No plugs at seats."
Pros: "I enjoyed the flights attendants attentiveness and friendliness. The food was surprisingly good (I enjoyed a nice curry dish); we appreciated the portions as well as snacks on our long flight. The music and video selection also made for a much more pleasant flight. The plane was newer and offered features like USB charging ports. Would definitely fly British Airways again!"
Cons: "My only complaint would be the tightness (closeness of rows) of the seats. But it’s coach, so not much can be done there. They were at least comfortable and reclined quite a bit."
Cons: "Once we got off the plane we had to go through security again and then rush through customs to get to our connecting flight. Customs agents wanted us to have our landing cards filled out before we got there but the crew on flight didn’t give passengers landing cards to fill out prior to landing and customs didn’t even have pens for us to fill our our forms. Super unhelpful and rude. Then our flight was delayed two hours which caused us to miss the train we needed out of the airport to West Jesmond. Thus forcing us to take a cab that was horrifically expensive. Super bummed on heathrow and British airlines. Would not travel through heathrow again."
Pros: "Check in was a breeze, and the food was good!"
Cons: "Our flight was delayed d/t engine trouble, & we missed our re-booked connecting flights twice & finally our third flight was only available to a different city than originally planned.. (Newark, NJ instead of JFK) In compensation, we were offered a coffee voucher but had to dead run to catch the next flight. No time for coffee."
Pros: "The service is fantastic. Very friendly flight attendants and very lovely meals. The boarding process was easy and pretty quick."
Cons: "The plane is just old. It needed to be upgraded about 10 years ago. It vibrated so badly on takeoff I wasn’t sure that the wing would hold. The movie screens are so small you can barely see them and they are very grainy. You can barely hear the movie with max headphone volume. There are no individual air ventilation systems above your head. It just badly needs an overhaul— especially for a flight that costs nearly $1,000 USD."
Pros: "Staff were great, classy even, making the journey pleasant"
Cons: "On checking in I wasn’t given the option to add a bag, meaning I had to pay over double the rate at the airport. Trying to add one online or on the app failed. Calling the support helpline was a waste of time and money; spending 10mins on hold before being told there was nothing to be done."
Pros: "Meal was nice"
Cons: "Crew were disinterested. One piece of luggage arrived the other a day later."
Cons: "Higher Priced seating was left empty and people were not spaced properly in the cheap seats in the back despite the extra room on board at takeoff."
Cons: "Check in problems with precheck. There seems to be a consistent issue with seeing our precheck on our boarding pass. This has happened twice. Otherwise good overall. Time to fix the problem"
Pros: "Seats and layout was updated. More room in economy. Staff was personable 3 bathrooms in economy rather than just 2."
Cons: "Offer dinner service for a six hour flight."
Cons: "Older airplane with ragged seats; food wasn't very good"
Pros: "Getting off the plane."
Cons: "First, it was a big ordeal to get seats together, traveling with 3 children. Seats did not recline. No movie screen, entertainment. Weren’t allowed a carryon, only under seat. Will not fly united again."
Cons: "Another airport would be better, no extra charges for bags would be even better!"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "What a rip off airline trying to nickel and dime you every chance they can. You think you got a value until they add in extra money every chance they can. $13 to pick your seat. Tight fitting seats. They don't allow a carry on bag when you book economy and you have to pay for your carry on. Etc."
Cons: "Extremely poor communication. Arrived in Bozeman almost two hours behind schedule. Sat on the runway FOREVER waiting to get to the gate after landing. Flight attendant gave reason but couldn’t understand her. Rude flight attendants. Just overall not a good experience. It’ll be my last with United."
Pros: "Clean, comfortable, wonderful crew, even got an appearance from Santa (we flew week before Christmas) which our 3ywar old loved"
Pros: "Getting off the plane. The unusually chipper voices telling us “B-bye”"
Cons: "I remember reading that Aeroflot in Russia has better customer service than United Air Lines. Well, it was on full display today on our flight from LAX to Kona repleat with the veteran battle ax barking orders at passengers; “The Bathroom is by the blue curtaaaaaaiiiins!!!!!’ Poor victim seemed utterly humiliated. Seating is cramped, seats narrow and unsupportive and the old 757’s (c. 1997) entertainment system is ancient...the touch screens seemed unresponsive, but were in fact just slow...as 5-7 seconds would elapse between touching the screen and the command being implemented. A full re-boot was ordered about 30-45 minutes into the flight. As expected, there were some bumps in the air, but we welcommed them because it required the crew to sit down, freeing us of their ultra passive agressiveness."
