Pros: a great hotel, stayed for 5 nights. enjoyed the large rooms. the great breakfasts and above all the great service we got from the staff - taking our bags to the rooms, remember our favorite drinks during breakfast, keeping a parking place in front of the hotel, turning the heat on before we get back, giving an electronic adapter for our stay and preparing an OTH coffee prior to our living at night. the hotel is not new (gives the feeling of an old mansion house, we loved it), is fully equipped with almost anything you need, the minibar is great and priced fairly, has a few private parking places, gym, a small garden and great stuff. when we get back to Cluj, we are definitely planning on staying there again.

Cons: We wanted to take a bath, but the water was greenish and with black pieces of dirt. Downstairs was an event and the music was too loud until late at night.

Cons: Hotel is looking dated, breakfast was average compared to other hotels, lukewarm shower the first morning but staff managed to resolve the issue after a little time. No spa facilities and only an outdoor pool. Hot tub in room wouldn't drain after use.

Cons: The place could use a little refurbishment. We booked an a executive room and the bathroom was nowhere near confortable: the shower cap was leaking all over the place, the bath tube was worked and reworked with old yellow silicone layers and the door hinges were about to fall down. Dubious color choices, as it is the blue cabaret light inside the room. Also, the pillows were very unpleasable, we preferred to sleep with the heads on the mattress. You can find better hotels at lower prices in Cluj.

Pros: The location was perfect, in the hart of Cluj but the place is really quite, the staff was very helpful, Professional. The hotel was extremely clean. We didn't take the breakfast because of lack of time (join the airport) but the buffet was impressive.

Pros: The hotel is centrally located and provides free parking, which for us was a plus. Also, the small pool on the 6th floor was of great use, as my daughter loves to swim. However, the biggest plus for the hotel goes to the staff, who are doing everything to make you feel welcomed, from the moment you arrive. They took excellent care of us and contributed significantly to our overall good impression.
