Pros: a great hotel, stayed for 5 nights. enjoyed the large rooms. the great breakfasts and above all the great service we got from the staff - taking our bags to the rooms, remember our favorite drinks during breakfast, keeping a parking place in front of the hotel, turning the heat on before we get back, giving an electronic adapter for our stay and preparing an OTH coffee prior to our living at night. the hotel is not new (gives the feeling of an old mansion house, we loved it), is fully equipped with almost anything you need, the minibar is great and priced fairly, has a few private parking places, gym, a small garden and great stuff. when we get back to Cluj, we are definitely planning on staying there again.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the mattress, it was very thin but this did not take from the wonderful stay there

Cons: It would be nice to have a kettle in the rooms so anyone can make a cup of tea or coffee in the rooms. also will be nice to have cappuccino during breakfast. rather than that - the hotel provides all the necessities.

Pros: The room was big and clean, when we arrived the door was closed but there wes a number to call and the lady answered quick, she taled us the code for the main door and how to get to our room. They have a call taxi up that was very useful.

Cons: The place is 4 stars but actually it's 3 stars. The bathroom door handle was broken, the toilet seat mooved every time we tried to seat on it. The room is very plain and with now 4 stars accessories.

Cons: A small room in a villa with noisy surroundings especilly in the morning when you.d like to sleep more- we booked it for the Untold festival- so really needed some quiet mornings. We definitely payed for it a lot much more than it was worth it, but that.s what happens during the Untold weekend. At least try to book something in the city as this is kind of remote and the taxi fees are adding up to the expensive price you.ll pay at Caramell.
