Pros: The architecture, antiques, artifacts beautiful gardens and serene solitude. Great pool and close enough to walking street. Loved all the old wooden doors to your room and bathroom too.

Cons: Nothing loved it.

Pros: Loved the hotel's landscaping and the deign of the facility. I've never seen a landscaping crew work as hard, and their efforts showed. Liked the pool a lot as well.

Cons: The staff's professionalism can really be improved. They weren't rude but They need to work on the little things. My wife asked the front desk for a list of the costs associated with the hotel's laundry service. The guy at the front desk says "it's found in the closet near the tv" (which it wasn't). This is supposed to be a five star hotel. Other places would apologize and quickly go find a list for their guests, instead of fault the blame on their guests. Additionally, there is no hair conditioner in the hotel's bathroom. I understand that some may not require this, but I'd be willing to bet a good portion of the hotel's guests do. You have to personally request conditioner from the hotel's maid service. Weird. And finally, their drink pool service has a lot to improve upon. I had to go to the hotel's other bar on the other side of the hotel to get drinks by the pool. On the last day of my stay, the hotel staff told me I could call that bar and they would deliver drinks over to the pool, but when I called, no one answered.

Pros: Everything. Fine design facilities and a sea of calm in the center of Chiang Mai. Marvelous hotel. Very nice food at the restaurant with reasonable prices. No kids policy.

Cons: WiFi was a disaster. No fitness center.

Pros: Location layout and decoration of hotel:quite superb. Very friendly staff.

Cons: Rooms are a bit dark.air con blows in your face at night.this type of air on system is very outdated.

Pros: the ambiance of the resort is amazing. Landscaping is par excellence

Pros: I like it is so quiet and low key luxury in this hotel. The garden is elegant and very neat.

Cons: The breakfast is more westernized than I thought, not many tasty Thai options available. The room price is much higher than most hotels in ChiangMai.

Pros: The property is magnificent, peaceful. A wonderful outdoor library to chill with a glass and a book. The staff is adorable and the food excellent. One of the best places done so far. Congrats!

Cons: Our driver took us for 2 days. He was really nice but not sure he had « guiding » experience as we did not get explanations or felt we stopped in very touristy shops. It would have been nice if I compare to previous travel experiences :) but again, really nice person.

Pros: Relaxing atmosphere. Chill out time. Pool was lovely and warm. Food could not be better. Staff were outstanding.

Cons: Found the ongoing renovations were rather noisy at times close to the pool. The angle grinder and hammering were rather off putting. You had to pick your times at the pool for this reason.

Pros: Overall appearance which was matched by excellent service - great planning day wn to the smallest details

Pros: Hotel is in quiet street about 1 minute walk from Tha Phae gate. Handy for all restaurants, markets and sights. Airport bus stops nearby. 20 baht instead of paying taxi prices. Staff were lovely. Room was large and comfortable. Very clean.

Cons: Everything was good

Cons: The noise. Very loud hallways and you have an open bathroom window to that loud hallway.

Cons: Little noisy early in the morning with the housekeeping

Pros: It was a great location. Right on the border of new and old town, which meant easy walking. It was tucked away off a busy street so it wasn’t loud either. Very modern and lots of mirrors.

Cons: There was no elevator. Not bad for young ppl but older ppl with luggage could find it a little hard. In the shower there was no where to put the soap that was provided. So they had to be placed on the sink which means the floor got wet from reaching for it. And there was no door on the shower. Not the worst things. But a bit awkward.

Pros: Location was OK

Cons: The staff were very abrupt and not polite. It appeared that my attending the hotel was more a burden to be borne, rather than a welcome guest. The desk people never smiled, never offered basic courtesies of please or thank you. There was no parking and I was asked to move a car several times, which I was happy to do... but it was moved 2 metres... then later, please move another 2 metres. Seriously, could we not have moved it 4 metres to begin with? The room itself was nothing exciting, but it was clean. I was back in chiang mai 3 days later and I booked somewhere else. I won't be going back, which I imagine will please the staff - if they can be pleased.

Pros: Thank you to the last stay already knowing staff, the long hair recep and the kitchen side staff, still give us the welcoming smile. As a service line, being friendly is very important.

Cons: The little chub glasses lady named Hong (if not mistaken). Don't shout to you customer and being impolite. When customer asking (just asking only) don't shout to you customer. Even though I know mostly you dislike your customer from China, but we are not from China, don't show faces. As service line, politely is very basic attitude towards your customers. Beside this was our fifth time stay in this accommodation and it will be last time. Before this, all the staff so welcoming and friendly, but this time totally opposite. Wonder why?

Pros: its like a tiny place where you can hide away from the old city in just a sec, location is very convenient.

Cons: parking is almost impossible.

Pros: It's a lovely hotel very close to the centre of chiang Mai. Very handy for the old city! A nice modern hotel, very clean with comfortable rooms. Excellent bathrooms with a hot shower and the best towels I've found in Thailand. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons: The only downside is there is no lift. Not a big deal if your fairly healthy.

Pros: The fish were a nice touch to the hotel, staff were very helpful and very easy to understand from times of different meals in the hotel to what was near by for example night markets. They even have there own taxi service.

Cons: The fact that if you just need one taxi ride it could cost you 1000tbh as it cost us that yet we wanted to go to a few destinations which was money well spent, however if you just needed one stop I would suggest a tuk tuk which is only 100tbh

Pros: The location is great, and the hotel has an architectural charm. Pool was fine but it was simply too cold to enjoy it. Breakfast was copious but the breakfast room looked rather cavernous. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons: We had taken a 'standard room'. I cannot compare really, but I saw that most rooms had a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sparse sun. Our room had a very small terrace that overlooked roofs only - and not the nicest ones. The room was quite cold (but the weather was cold too), and the lights were poor. Internet connection was a problem: I had to reconnect at least 4 times a day.

Pros: Perfect location with local eateries around and walking distant to both sunday and saturday market.

Cons: The ceiling is a little thin that we can hear kids running in the room above us.

Pros: I loved how the hotel was right on walking street and close to many of the great temples. Great great great breakfast included!

Cons: The property is tired. Needs a softgoods renovation (mattress, bed covers, drapes, towels, paint). Internet Photos were taken years ago. We only saw 1 other guest during our entire stay (super low occupancy) yet we were denied a 1 hour late checkout.

Pros: There was big human feces stains on the bed sheets when we arrived.

Pros: Hard to say as everything in the hotel and the rooms is very very old and in desperate need of an upgrade.

Cons: I had organised something via Facebook messenger but when we checked in they denied any knowledge of the communication when I showed it to them they said the staff was away.

Pros: The breakfast was incredible, so much choice & certainly something for everyone from cooked to cold, Western to Asian, breads, pastries, fruits & juices, tea/coffee & even salads...…..so much! The facilities throughout the hotel are amazing & the fact that it connects with a large shopping Mall including a food court, there is something to do even when its raining as you do not even have to venture out onto the street!

Cons: The bed was large but the comfort level of the bed was lacking some softness & possibly because the hotel is getting old & does need a bit of an upgrade yet still great value for money.

Pros: Good location for Nimmanhaemin & old town. Massive rooms with great view of Doi Suthep. Big rooftop swimming pool

Cons: Lobby entertainment very dated with Thai Elvis every night
