Excellent 10,0
Pros: WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE!! Let me start by saying that when I was looking for a place to stay, truly the only thing I cared about was cleanliness and safety. We were three young women traveling, so it needed to be in a nice area where we didn’t feel unsafe. I also did not want to see bugs or have a toilet that smelt(two things I saw were a problem in a lot of reviews from OTHER properties). Let me tell you, this hotel FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS in regards to both of those thing. It was spotless, smelt great, and we always felt safe! Also, From our first moments there, I cannot name a more helpful hotel staff team! They truly took care of us right from the beginning. It’s a boutique hotel, so we loved the personal attention they paid to us and all of their other customers. We had to wake up early one day and they got up early as well to make us a breakfast. They gave us multiple suggestions on activities and helped set us up with taxis as well. The location is also perfect. Right in the heart of the Old Town, everything you need is right there.
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10,0

Pros: Very good luxury hotel with a great Thai architecture and impeccable facility and staff. Rooms are comfortable and very practical. Kettle and coffee maker are provided. Breakfast was sumptuous and plenty with great smiley waiter.
Cons: The swimming pool could have been more attended to renew fresh towels that was missing from the sun lounge or put at disposition a table with some extra ones.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: This is a lovely boutique hotel, right in the middle of the Old City in Chiang Mai. We started off in their standard room, which was spacious and well appointed but we were upgraded to a bigger room after our shower could not produce hot water for 2 days in a row. This was appreciated. The pool is large, wasn't too cold and good for laps as well as lounging. The breakfast was good although more local options would have been great. Staff were able to produce a really excellent coffee each morning which always makes me happy. The courtyard (open) lobby area was elegantly appointed and perfect for quiet reading and working in the heat of the day.
Cons: Wine options at the bar were limited and very expensive.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: It was such a pleasure to return each day after our activities in Chiang Mai. The courtyards are calming and full of the scent of plumerias. The whole property is full of understated elegance. It’s extremely clean and the staff exceptional. The Makkah spa is only 100 yards or so away so everything you need is close at hand
Cons: There was a bit of construction noise from the work they were doing in the library, but that may be all completed by now and shouldn’t affect future guests.
Good 7,4
Pros: Loved the hotel's landscaping and the deign of the facility. I've never seen a landscaping crew work as hard, and their efforts showed. Liked the pool a lot as well.
Cons: The staff's professionalism can really be improved. They weren't rude but They need to work on the little things. My wife asked the front desk for a list of the costs associated with the hotel's laundry service. The guy at the front desk says "it's found in the closet near the tv" (which it wasn't). This is supposed to be a five star hotel. Other places would apologize and quickly go find a list for their guests, instead of fault the blame on their guests. Additionally, there is no hair conditioner in the hotel's bathroom. I understand that some may not require this, but I'd be willing to bet a good portion of the hotel's guests do. You have to personally request conditioner from the hotel's maid service. Weird. And finally, their drink pool service has a lot to improve upon. I had to go to the hotel's other bar on the other side of the hotel to get drinks by the pool. On the last day of my stay, the hotel staff told me I could call that bar and they would deliver drinks over to the pool, but when I called, no one answered.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Everything. Fine design facilities and a sea of calm in the center of Chiang Mai. Marvelous hotel. Very nice food at the restaurant with reasonable prices. No kids policy.
Cons: WiFi was a disaster. No fitness center.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Location layout and decoration of hotel:quite superb. Very friendly staff.
Cons: Rooms are a bit dark.air con blows in your face at night.this type of air on system is very outdated.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: the ambiance of the resort is amazing. Landscaping is par excellence
Cons: room size
Excellent 9,2
Pros: I like it is so quiet and low key luxury in this hotel. The garden is elegant and very neat.
Cons: The breakfast is more westernized than I thought, not many tasty Thai options available. The room price is much higher than most hotels in ChiangMai.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Relaxing atmosphere. Chill out time. Pool was lovely and warm. Food could not be better. Staff were outstanding.
Cons: Found the ongoing renovations were rather noisy at times close to the pool. The angle grinder and hammering were rather off putting. You had to pick your times at the pool for this reason.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Overall appearance which was matched by excellent service - great planning day wn to the smallest details
Cons: Nothing I could think of
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Fabulously peaceful hotel right in the centre of town. Beautifully fitted out, helpful staff, lovely pool and gorgeous grounds. Child-free policy a huge benefit. Would definitely stay again.
Cons: Rooms are a little dark, with small windows and wide balconies; would be nice if the bar stayed open a little later, and breakfast finished a little later.

Excellent 9,6
Pros: A quite large room for a small family, hotel arranged a baby cot for our 2 year old daughter. breakfast was nice in the Canal restuarant. Hotel was set in a natual firendly way, plants and flowers are all around you. location is aside the canal and at the edge of old town, quite convenient to all locations in Chiang Mai. Airport pickup were very well provided, hotel also provides various choices of service connection (e.g. day tours, massage, etc.)
Cons: hot water was not stable in bath room, sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold. There is construction onging during the day, a bit noisy, acceptable when door is closed. Pool is nice, however the tree upthere happen to fall down in one of the evening, luckily not one got hurt.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Room, pool, massage service, location
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Coffee is nice and the breakfast items changes everyday. You can choose the egg dish, noodles and fried rice for free, great service.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Nothing.
Good 7,9
Pros: The facility and environment are good
Cons: but the shower water does not work at night and WiFi cannot be connected
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The room was very attractive and well decorated, and the beds were firm and comfortable. We enjoyed having a patio by the pool. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. When we needed a tuk tuk to go to the night market, they went out to the street to find one for us. They also provide free nightly shuttles to the night bazaar and weekend shopping street, and free airport transfer. Most of all, we enjoyed the pool, which was clean, beautiful and peaceful. We would stay here again for sure.
Cons: The breakfast was too expensive and not really worth it. Even a cup of coffee was three times the price of a neighboring gourmet coffee house. The location of the hotel is right on the edge of the old town, next to a busy road, but it was still a very quiet and beautiful hotel.
Good 6,5
Pros: Location
Cons: I booked the hotel based on the reviews, but to my disappointment, it didn't impress me. The staff is nice, the location is good, that's all I can say the good things about the hotel. The hotel is not big, the setting is okay, the room is out dated, the food is the worst Thai food I ever had. So don't eat your dinner their, the complimentary breakfast is not bad. I am glad I stayed at the hotel for only one night.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The overall experience was wonderful the staff were very polite and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and dinner also. The pool is fab
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9,6
Pros: We really liked this hotel, quite central.
Cons: Pool closes 7pm
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The food was good at the restaurant. Had breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Same menu for lunch and dinner but nice enough. Staff friendly and attentive. Pool nice. Rooms spacious and clean with comfy beds.. Transport to markets was very good each night. The location wasn't near any nice places to eat or any shopping.
Cons: The location wasn't great as no restaurants or shopping nearby but that can't really be changed.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: All was good. Very clean. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Well located for walking to see things in Chiang Mai.
Cons: Decor was typical traditional Thai. A little dark, as opposed to light and modern.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Pha-thai house completely meet my expectations. I enjoy small, friendly places like this. I've visited CM many times, but this was the first time I stayed in the Old City. I really enjoyed this location, noise was not a problem. It's a great location. I didn't include breakfast in my stay, but did eat there one rainy morning-quite acceptable. Coffee good.
Cons: Our twin room a little small, but other rooms looked large. If you can't handle steps, ask for room on ground floor.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The hotel was great - the open lobby with classic wooden furnitures, with open water with fish swimming by, great location, large and nicely finished room with a balcony overseeing distant mountain, nice pool open up late. Breakfast was simple, but very tasty.
Cons: An expectation to take shoes off at the bottom of the stairs was awkward. But it's just a minor annoyance.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Very quiet and gentle
Cons: Morning coffee was ok
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Right in the middle of the old town. Convenient to everywhere.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The location was in Chiang Mia old town and easy to walk around and lots to do. The hotel was set in lush grounds and the outside space was very lush. Breakfast was very reasonably priced. Room spacious and shower very good. Could see the mountains from the balcony.
Cons: You are able to actually pick up the safe from the wardrobe in the room and basically do what you like with it which makes it a bit pointless offering an in room safe. Shower room could do with updating and one very small shower jel was left for 2 people. Again don't half offer services.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: This place was lovely, the staff were extremely friendly, and super helpful, not just during my stay here but they also helped plan different parts of my trip, helped me hire a scooter, looked after my bags while I was away... first class service, thanks guys! Rooms were great and the pool, although small, was a nice bonus. Garden area was super relaxing.
Cons: This was a great place and I would certainly go back.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Nice staff always ready to help and give good advises. The beautiful garden is a quite place to read.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: great location in the old city, close to everything. ‏the place is perfectly clean, ‏really helpful staff. the garden is beautiful and ‏all the facilities are well kept.
Cons: The room was not completely dark even with the curtains close. Breakfast is not recommended, but it's not intended anyway and many places to eat around. Was a little noicy because reconstruction, but not too much.
Good 6,7
Pros: Location when I complained shower was very slippery they went and bought mat which made it better
Cons: Bed was hard shower needed good scrub breakfast same limited choice each day

Excellent 10,0
Cons: Wonderful and relaxing hotel. All the staff was super nice and oriented to make our stay as more comfortable as possible. Highly recommend
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Perfect place to see how the traditional thai house was. You can really feel it and it's great added value. Rooms very clean! Staff fullfilled all our askes without any problems including late check out and transport to the airport. Nice and comfortable.
Cons: Everything was fine
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The view of swimming pool and atmosphere was lovely.
Cons: I just with price can go lower than now. Plus, I would prefer buffet style breakfast. Everything else was fine.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The location was convenient yet offered peace and tranquillity. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Breakfast choices for Westerners very limited. No choice in cereals or yoghurt. Had to decide breakfast the night before!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We were treated very well. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasurable stay. We had a problem with a car rental place and their was a language barrier issue But the owners family helped us by speaking to the car rental place and relating the information to us so we could resolve the issue.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful hotel and very professional staff. I will stay there again next time I visit Chiangmai.
Okay 5,8
Pros: Pros: Nice pool, nice balance of modern and Thai influence in design, clean facilities
Cons: Cons: No tourism advise from staff, staff speaks little English, very far from center (you will pay extra to drivers to/from the hotel)
Excellent 8,3
Pros: I love all the wood in this place, it provides a special atmosphere. The rooms are mostly around the swimming pool; the whole place just has a nice atmosphere. It is also quite handy to Chiang Mai airport.
Cons: Breakfast is included, but there is a strange system where you have to nominate the time and what you want to eat the night before. As very commonly in Thailand, vegetarian options are quite limited. Note that there is no lift to the second-floor rooms.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the wooden building and traditional feel of the resort. It was close to the airport, which is great for early morning departures. I loved that there was a swimming pool. This resort has a lot of potential but needs a little work.
Cons: The resort itself needs a slight upgrade as the wood is easily susceptible to the weather. The deck around the pool can be unsafe and needs to be replaced. The breakfast is not worth the money and should be included in the price. If you want us to pay for the breakfast, then you should provide something much better.

Pros: The room was large and clean. The staff at reception and in the cafe were very friendly and kind. The location is close to the airport.
Cons: There is a lot of noise from the very busy road. Breakfast was not included (although the cafe is lovely!). There is not much within walking distance although there is a really nice place called Hideaway Restaurant that's close and on a quiet street.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Very helpful staff and super close to the airport
Good 7,1
Pros: The open floor plan of the whole building.
Cons: Not enough privacy as need to keep curtains close all the times
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The service is very good and the staff is friendly
Cons: There should have been breakfast or change the name.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Absolutely loved that they are dog friendly, though this simply means that they allow dogs in the rooms. We had to cross the busy road to find grass for the dog to use as a potty. Location is actually not too far out of the way if you already know the city, but it can be difficult to find tuk tuks and passenger trucks to get you where you want to go.
Good 7,9
Pros: Staff were helpful. Beds were super comfortable. Close to airport
Cons: No safe in room. Door wouldnt lock properly. Needed assistance to ensure door was locked over night (room 14) Could hear neighbors very easily
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful place, great location to shopping and coffee shops, the staff went above and beyond when our ride to the airport fell through! Will definitely stay there again!
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Very friendly staff, large clean rooms, free refreshments in lobby, really good coffee shop part of hotel
Cons: Nothing to add
Excellent 10,0
Pros: standard of cleanliness absolutly first class.Good fast wifi. The most comfortable bed out of the dozen or so hotels i stayed at on my tour of Thailand.Staff most helpful in arranging my transfer to airport.I recommend this excellent hotel for early flights from Chiang mai airport.
Cons: nothing needs to be improved at this hotel so long as the management and staff keep up the high standard.WELL DONE.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: 150 baht from the airport. Car rental is directly next to but hidden. This ended up working out awesome in my favor cause car rental is cheaper than car rentals at the airport ($20 a day). Super cute little front outside seating area with coffee and nice staff. Rooms could be updated but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend!
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Very clean & elegant room. Food stalls are also available nearby.
Cons: The noise from the road is a bit loud.

Pros: If you desire to be near the airport, this is an excellent location.
Cons: I got blood on the linens and they tried to make me pay $1K Baht for the sheets. I asked them did they not know you could wash the sheets in cold water with spot removal and the stain would wash out? They advised they needed to visit with their boss. I never heard anything further. Beware, they will run this scam on you if they can. There is a sign in the elevator advising the price of everything in the room. They are preparing the situation. Scam adverted!
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The location is perfect for the airport and for the Airport Plaza, which is the best shopping in Chiang Mai. The value is exceptional and the staff are very friendly and helpful
Cons: The television channels choice and reception is poor, but may improve during the present renovations

Pros: I really like this place because clean and quiet so good for family to stay on holiday but a bit far from down town area and will take long time until can get there. But this place close to Robison only walk about 5mins. There are lot of things and convenient as well.
Cons: I didnt like take too long until go to down town because of bad traffic but bad traffic only 3 times morning at timework, lunch and evening. After 7pm then will get better.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Very close to the airport around 150 baht to get to the property. Very clean and very modern. One of the best nights sleep we’ve had on this trip and the beds were so comfortable. Showers were powerful and hot. Was very close to bus terminal around 20 minutes and 150 baht in a grab taxi. Would recommend to anyone who wanted to be near the airport after a long day of travelling.
Cons: Taxi ride to the main town.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The place is near to Central Plaza, 7-11 and airport. It is delightfully decorated.
Cons: The staff don't understand English. I requested for receipt to claim VAT but was given a handwritten receipt without letter head or rubber stamp of hostel. It would have been good if there was shower screen in the bathrooms.
Good 7,5
Pros: Comfy beds - clean room ... close to the airport. Great for one night.
Cons: Both cab drivers had a hard time finding this place... they need some signage on the main street since they are tucked away down a long driveway.
Good 7,9
Pros: Big rooms, clean, next to the AirPort. Breakfast is ok.
Cons: Staff doesn’t speak english
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Close to the airport, the staff was really nice and great.
Okay 4,6
Pros: The bed was comfortable; the towels new and fluffy.
Cons: It is very expensive for what it offers. My single room was small, bare and cell like with a concrete floor and no view. I had to ask for a waste paper basket, towels and water. There was no bedside table or bedside lamp. I couldn't sleep as the guests above were banging and shouting till about 2 a.m. and there was no one on the desk to control this behaviour. I choose this location for its proximity to the airport though it is in fact not very convenient as it is hidden in a cul de sac which taxi drivers have difficulty locating and as the direct route to the airport is blocked by a wall it is necessary to take a long way round. I had to walk to the airport as the reception were unable to help with transport at 6.30 a.m. and I was advised to walk, which took half an hour. The early breakfast that was offered failed to materialise.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I liked the quietness and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: Bed was hard.
Good 7,5
Pros: Everything good except the seating and the Wifi. Breakfast good. I really liked having the hot water and coffee in the room so you don't have to wait for breakfast to open. Also, one of the few rooms i had where the refrigerator stays on even if you remove your key. This is a good idea if you try to keep ice. Most places kill the electricity to the whole place. Way to go, Noble Place this is a good idea. The room was very clean which can be rare for hotels in Thailand.
Cons: The WiFi is open (Unsecured with password). I thought Thailand learned their lesson about this years ago. I work and bank on the run, but I cannot connect to an unsecured WiFi router. The first floor has is secure, but it is really easy to enable throughout the whole building. Please do this. The room was quaint and had the Noble look, but as stated earlier, I work and found the wooden stool and sofa hard to sit on for very long. I think this is my fault that I didn't ask for a chair. I am sure they would have given me one.
Good 7,9
Pros: Very good location, close to the airport and within walking distance to the Central Festival shopping mall. Staff were very friendly and the room was nice and spacious. Good value for money!
Cons: A little more dated than how the pictures look. Not many amenities like toothpaste, hairdryer etc.
Good 7,5
Pros: Good location and late check in.
Good 6,3
Pros: Room quite big. Good a/c. Big bed. Good location; I walked to the airport for early flight. Friendly staff.
Cons: A bit tired. Those soap dispensers rather than proper soap.
