Pros (+) Loved the hotel's landscaping and the deign of the facility. I've never seen a landscaping crew work as hard, and their efforts showed. Liked the pool a lot as well.
Cons (-) The staff's professionalism can really be improved. They weren't rude but They need to work on the little things. My wife asked the front desk for a list of the costs associated with the hotel's laundry service. The guy at the front desk says "it's found in the closet near the tv" (which it wasn't).
