I've had 2 Hertz rentals in the past 3 weeks. My first one from Wilmington NC was excellent. My 2nd from Parkville MD was not as good. The vehicle was clean inside but they forgot the outside the windows had to be cleaned before my trip tp NC. This is there job not mine.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Be sure to check the exact address of location, especially is a large city. I thought I made my online vehicle rental reservation at my local airpor location. I missed the fine print. It was 26 miles miles from the airport. Luckily my friend dropping me off did not mind rerouting me to the correct location.Budget
