Despite reserving 5 days earlier, when I arrived at noon there were no cars. None. The staff could not say when they would ever have a car. It could be in 2 hours, or it might be two days. Plus, there were several people "in line" ahead of me that had also been promised cars, that would be given any arriving cars ahead of me. They did nor call me or any of the others in advance to advise of this problem. Thus by this time of the day, no rental agencies in the area had any cars. I asked some one to drive me to another Enterprise location one hour away, where I was able to rent a car. My departure was thus delayed by several hours. On top of this, Despite insisting that I should pay the same price as my previous reservation, and receiving agreement that the price would be kept the same, when I arrived to pick up my car at the new location, I was charged ($9) more.6,0 Okay

They didn't have a car despite my reservation and was obviously irritated that I dared to think there should be a car for me. Horrible experience. Twenty minutes before pick up time, rental place calls me and says "we don't have any vans...sorry they let you book it" So, trip ruined, 7 people didn't get to go as planned, etc. bad birthday for my daughter. Furthermore, Kayak accepted no responsibility and passed the buck to Payless... Just a sad situation. I also was charged for insurance on the vehicle that I never even picked up...since there was NOTHING available.3,2 Poor

The 30 minute wait (really 30 minutes) to get my rental, while the salesperson tried to upsell the only other person in the rental trailer. It is quite a drive to the off site rental trailer. The wear on the outside of the car was very noticeable. Lots of nicks, and chrome pealing.8,0 Very Good
